This is a REALLY simple little recipe but the outcome is really yummy and you can make it with any fruit.

All you need is:
Puff Pastry Cups
Powdered Sugar
Peaches
Peach Glaze.

To Make the Peach Mix: Dice up the peaches into little small bits. Mix with the glaze, add sugar to taste.

How to make the rest: Grab the Puff Pastry that's already in a shape of a little bowl/cup. Bake it as directed on the box. Then add the peach mix, top with powdered sugar.

Thanks! The great thing is that you can freeze the peach mixture for a long time too. I made this after it was frozen for a while, just felt like a snack.
