Nero walked along the sidewalk not really paying attention to where he was going. There was no real need to not with Kei walking next to him, the site of the scorpion boy and his rather large dragon was enough to keep most people away. Nero was wearing what he normally wore, baggy shorts and a tank top that didn't quite cover his midriff.
He normally made a point of not being alone with Kei but today he didn't have much of a choice. A fight had broken out between Ella and her brother about Kei and his tendency to break things within Ella's house. There hadn't been any yelling but Nero had a feeling there was going to be, especially since Ella had asked him if he minded taking Kei and going out for a while. Unsure really on what he and Kei should do he looked over at his dragon and asked, "W-would you l-like some-something to eat K-kei?"
In response Kei look at Nero and gave an evil little grin which Nero took to mean yes and started to look around for a place to grab something quick.
(wasn't sure if you wanted Ter to join (or if Orpheus even wants to) too so I just put Zyan and Nero in the title for now)

(can we keep it just Nero and Zyan this time around? then we could do another rp with all three of them <3 )
There were many things about the mantis girl that had remained the same and a lot of things that had changed as well. More peircings darker clothes longer hair, and an attitude to match it all as well. At the moment she was fiddling through her change purse as she herself was dying for some food. Having such a high metabolism had its advantages and disadvantages.
Her own dragon Hinder was stretched out on the side walk looking as if he owned it. The green was just as impatient as his girl in the wants for treats. Though he would prefer a nice steak..icecream would do just as well. He wasn't picky.
Growling she wanted to fling the vynil change purse to the ground in frusteration. Why did she have so much god damn change and no bills?? Giving an exasperated sound she reattached it to the chain attached to her rather short skirt and tucked the purse into her back pocket. Today Zyan was sporting a white tight muscle shirt sporting a black bunny pirate skull across the front. Her orange neon bra straps were advertising themselves again but she didn't seem to care. Too lost in her own thoughts she didn't notice the pair coming up towards them.

Nero was so absorbed in trying to think of a place to take Kei before he started getting angry and taking it out on him, that he didn't notice the girl and the dragon sitting a few feet in front of him till Kei started grunting in what could only be described as malicious laughter. Brought back to earth by the threat of Kei causing trouble Nero looked around to see what Kei was looking at.
The first thing he saw was the green dragon sprawled along the side walk, then looking past the dragon he saw someone he hadn't expected to see. "Z-zyan?" He said tilting his head to the side slightly and smiling. It had been awhile since he'd seen any of his old friends, so the sight of the mantis girl was quite a happy surprise. "I-it's been a-awhile!"
While Nero was busy talking to Zyan, Kei had decided to go and get a closer look at the green dragon on the ground and see if he couldn't have some 'fun'.

The girl jerked her head up as she was addressed, her her turning quickly a scowl on her face which melted away in an instant as she reconized the person approaching her. Her narrowed eyes widened in surprise her face breaking out into a large smile.
"NERO!" She cried out in a girlish glee which was very much unlike Zyanya, but seeing her old childhood friend she charged over to him and enveloped him in a big hug. She was glad she had put on her scorpian earings this morning she had for a while switched to a pair of silver skulls.
Her extra legs intertwined with his own as she embraced him, she down right nearly gave the boy a kiss instead turning her head to nuzzel into his shoulder.
"Ah its been so long!" She hurried along looking up at him with a child like demenor. She couldn't help it around Nero...she...couldn't hold up her tough girl act around him..she idolized him ever since they first met.
Hinder looked over to notice a large wyvern headed in his direction, as first he thought it was Baroness but realized after a moment that this was definately not her. In fact it was male to begin with. He swished his tail in a lazy fashion.
Halt, who dares approach Prince Hinder? He demanded moving to sit more regally, as this was his favorite game to play with dragons he had never met.

Nero hadn't expect to be greeted with such enthusiasm and couldn't help but smile. He put his arm around Zyan's shoulders to return her hug. "I-it's gr-great to s-see you ag-gain!" He said, his smile growing even wider. Nero hadn't expected to see anyone that he knew while out, so having someone so happy to see him made him very happy.
Suddenly remembering what he was originally doing he asked, "H-hey! Me a-and K-kei are g-going to get s-some l-lunch, w-would you l-like to c-come t-too?"
Kei stopped as the green dragon spoke to him. He was a little taken aback, most creatures didn't talk to him let alone try to tell him what to do or question him. Letting out an evil sounding laugh he replied, Prince, huh? I wonder if that means you taste better than most others? Then just for fun he leaned forward and snapped his jaws inches away from the green.

Zyanya enjoyed the feeling of the hug being returned, she enjoyed it very much, releasing him from her grasp she moved to take a step back so she could look him over. Yep..same ol Nero. It was nice to see that some people didn't change.
At the mention of food Zyanya nodded her head eagerly going to eat with Nero would be fun.
"Sure thing! Where were you going?" She inquired wondering what exactly was close by.
Hinder was not one to be so easily cowed. After all he delt with Baroness another wyvern as well with Keir who happened to be a black all the time. Blinking in a lazy fashion he merly yawned in the other dragons face.
My my how rude. No shinies for you. He retorted as he then went to stand up noticing that Zyanya seemed ready to go somewhere. True he was smaller than the dragon...but he never was one to let size judge on ones intelligence.

Nero chuckled a little at Zyan's enthusiasm. "W-well I'm n-not r-really sure w-what's a-around here." He admitted and looked around trying to see if there was anything close.
"W-what are you i-in the m-mood f-for?I-i'm game f-for an-anyth-thing." He said as he started to walk down the sidewalk still looking for anything that resemble a restaurant.
Shinies? Why in the world would I want something like that? Kei asked a little taken aback by how calm the green was. He wasn't used to others acting so calm when he tried to intimidate them. He found this new situation quite entertaining.
Kei looked to where Hinder was going and realized that it looked like they were finally going. Walking up behind Nero, Kei gave him a hard nudge which caused the slight boy to stumble forward a few steps. Laughing to himself Kei followed as he walked along.
"K-kei! W-would you st-stop. We're g-going t-to get f-food now." He told his dragon as he looked at him from over his shoulder.

Zyanya loved being left in charge which where they were going to each, reaching forward she took hold of Nero's pincer like 'hand's and smiled.
"I know a GREAT sushi place that is a couple blocks down! We could go there!" She said in an excited manner. She looked over at Kei, she didn't think she had ever met the dragon before...it was another wyvern like Ter's was.
"Wow..he reminds me a lot of Baroness." She commented looking the dragon over before noticing that her own dragon had come to join her.
Hinder only laughed inwardly at the dragon's comment. Shinies prove your worth in the dragon world...shame you don't have any by the sounds of it. He replied casually as he sauntered up to Zyanya eager to get going.

Nero followed Zyan as she took hold of his pincers and lead the way. "S-sounds gr-great!" He said. He'd never had sushi before but was willing to try anything.
Looking back at Kei for a second he asked, "B-baron-ness? W-who's th-that? O-or rather w-who d-does she belong t-to?" He figured Baroness must be a dragon since Kei was like her.
Kei snorted, 'Prove your worth'? What a ridiculous notion. He replied as he followed along behind the boy and girl. Then just for the fun of it gave a small shove to Hinder with his shoulder.
Nero noticed the shove. "L-looks like K-kei m-might act-actually like y-your dr-dragon." He said with a small laugh.

Zyanya pulled the boy along more than happy to get to have an unexpected day out with her old friend. She was actually smiling...which was a rare thing when she wasn't around her boyfriend. When the question came to Baroness she guessed that he had never met Ter before.
"Baroness is my boyfriends wyvern. She looks like yours and acts similarly." She chuckled wondering if all wyvern's were like that. "I am guessing you havn't met them Ter is a cobra." She explained while they continued walking down towards the sushi place she knew of.
Hinder looked a bit quizzically at Kei as he was nudged, was he trying to get his attention? You must of been left out of the loop then. All dragon's hoard shinies, unless you really arn't a dragon.. He trailed off with a snicker. This was a fun game to him.

Nero sighed and then chuckled lightly. "I've n-never m-met any o-other wy-wyverns.I-I'm k-kinda glad I-I ha-haven't. I'm n-not sure I c-could ha-handle having t-two of th-them to-together." After a short pause he added, "Th-though I'd l-like to m-meet y-your b-boyfr-friend. A c-cobra i-is a type o-of sn-snake r-right?" Nero was genuinely interested in what kind of person Zyan's boyfriend was.
Kei growled. He didn't like that Hinder was questioning whether he was a dragon or not. He stopped and turned to face Hinder, You dare question me on whether I'm a dragon or not? I'll show you just how much of a dragon I am. He said as he crouched down and hissed.

Zyan gave a laugh as Nero explained that he was glad that he hadn't met any other wyverns. And she nodded her head as Nero asked about her boyfriends DNA.
"Yeah he is part snake. Got the hood and everything. Can even poison people if bit them." She explained it all rather proudly. Why one would be proud that their boyfriend could kill someone easily was anyone's guess.
"I have a feeling your dragon and Baroness would...ug..'get along..' " she continued as she looked over to notice it was hissing in Hinder's direction.
Hinder looked to the dragon with a 'raised eyebrow' expression, he wasn't exactly a fighting type, he liked a battle of wits much more than brute strength. Leave that to the blacks and wyverns though.
And you are going to show me how? Fighting? Please...any lowly animal can just duke it out. Takes an creature of intelligence to have a battle of wits. He replied with a roll of his eyes.

Nero smiled at how proud Zyan seemed to be of her boyfriend. "W-wow, th-that s-sounds really n-neat." He said. Then looking back as he heard a hiss he felt his stomach drop slightly as he realized that it was Kei hissing.
The more Hinder talked the more pissed Kei got. I'll show you who's a lowly animal! He growled as he raised himself up onto his hind legs, ready to drop down with his full weight onto the smaller dragon.
"K-Kei!" Nero said quickly and louder than normal. "St-stop i-it! D-d-do you w-want me t-to t-tell El-Ella? Y-you kn-know if y-you st-start any more tr-trouble sh-she'll use the wa-water b-bottle on y-you ag-again."
Kei growled low in his throat and glared at the boy as if he was thinking of attacking him instead. Then slowly he lowered himself back onto his front legs and resumed walking, despising that woman he had to live with even more than usual.

Zyanya watched in mild amusement as Nero scolded his dragon, she seemed unfazed that Hinder could of been squashed. Tucking some of her hair behind and ear she only laughed a bit.
"Seems all wyvern's have a temper. " She commented finding it rather interesting she then went and took Nero's hand again in hers. "Come on the restaurant isn't too far. Maybe if we get some food in them they will behave better." She suggested as she found that a content dragon was a full dragon.
Hinder had been a bit worried as Kei raised himself up...he wasn't a large dragon...of course he was younger so that may of been a large factor, but was glad that a threatened dousing seemed to sour the wyvern's mood to squish him.
Still he looked smug as he raised his head in a regal manner. He had heard mentionings of food, and that was enough to encourage him to move faster.

Nero let out a sigh of relief as Kei backed down from attacking the green dragon. "I-I d-don't know a-about other w-wyverns b-but K-Kei c-certainly has one." He said with a nervous laugh.
Nero let himself be led again as Zyan continued to walk. He was glad to hear that the restaurant wasn't too much farther. He had a feeling that a lot of Kei's problem was that he was hungry. "Y-yeah hop-hopefully food w-will calm him d-down a b-bit. Th-though n-nothing seems to w-work for l-long."
To say Kei was mad would have been an understatement. He hated that that boy had managed to stop him, though he was mad he continued to follow behind trying to think of a way to get back at the boy while also completely ignoring Hinder.
