I dont wanna go into detail, but long story short i slapped my chick, its something i feel absolutely horrible about, but i lost my cool and put hands on her, she called the cops i confessed to it and went peacefully, i dont know about your local law enforcement, but the CPD where hella nice, and s**t. they kept tellin me if i dont resist i would be out by Saturday. and yeh i was out at like 4 on saturday. But man bein in there was like the worst feeling in the world... i didnt see out side once... like no windows and s**t. and i cant imagine being sentenced to like 3 months... that would drive me insane (in a bad way hah). But i met some cool dudes in there (one dude was arrested for being drunk at the Mall hah!) but yeh iam now out and i aint never going to go back...

Oh yeh and it was the first time ive ever been arrested. anyways the Judge let me out R.O.R (released on Own recognisance) and i didnt need bail or nothing i have a Court date on monday at 9 but my chick already told the State attorney that she wants to drop the charges and I will ask to have it expunged from my record. We'll see if that happens.

they don't let s**t like domestic violence or dispute slide man. belive me. thats why my parents divorced when i was 9.
depending on what state you live in they'll give ya 90 days since it's ur first offense.
but if u do get it takan from your record be careful cuz next time something happens to u and the law gets involved...they're gonna take ya to jail and u might end up sitting for 6 months. and jails no pretty thing buddy. u can die even in a county jail... even rape and murder happens in jail bro.

What? nah 90 day for what? In jail? Hell no i mean my chick wants to drop the charges. i was told that it would be cool if she says she doesnt want to press charges they wont do anything.

it depends on if the police end up pressing the charges...thats not uncommon in the united states.

s**t man, Doesnt it matter if i have no previous arrests? i mean my girl told the cops she didnt want to press charges. but they could just press charges themselves? oh well if i end up serving time ill do it i mean s**t i hit my girl so obviously its against the law and all that. i hope i can get Community service and maybe a fine, or anger management would be useful...

Im out til some unnamed date where i will acctually go to court... but the ROR detective said that its unlikely the state will press charges. So it probably wont even be an issue.
