I finally got Doom 3!
After 1 day after its release (That feels so long!), I got it.
Its a survival horror game, combined with intense action. Its so scary, I had my eyes peeled until I stopped playing.
I should wait till midnight. ninja

I want the Doom 3 too. But, I can't. I have no money. What so ever. Oh well, that's what I get for damaging the car, I guess.

You know, my brother was downloading that illegally (WITH key generator--already!! eek ) yesterday... People get that stuff up damn fast.

Partisus You know, my brother was downloading that illegally (WITH key generator--already!! eek ) yesterday... People get that stuff up damn fast. Did you delete it? sweatdrop If the people that got pirated copies bought it instead, they would probably have $200000 more, according to GameSpot atleast. sweatdrop

Did you delete it? sweatdrop If the people that got pirated copies bought it instead, they would probably have $200000 more, according to GameSpot atleast. sweatdrop One of the sites that had the torrent for Doom 3 the day it was released on the net (the first or second of this month, I think) showed about 25,000 people downloading it. As of a whole two seconds ago at least 18,000 people are still downloading it via bittorrent. It's been a few days so it's probably quite well spread on the other p2p networks so less people are using the torrent. Still, if all of those 25k people had bought it instead of downloading it id'd be $1,375,000 richer, but you have to realize that a lot of people that download it would never have bought it anyway, so $900,000 or less is probably a lot more accurate. That still a lot of money. =p

That still a lot of money. =p :O You changed!! It's kinda amazing to think about. Whenever you download a song/game...you don't think it'll hurt that company in the slightest. I mean...it's id...how will they know if I download one copy of their game. When that many people think the same way...you're talking millions of dollars lost. Poor id...they made such a good game to have it be pirated.
