Ellie was sitting by quietly, watching her boy as he went through the motions that he had been taught by his teacher in a way that seemed so out of the ordinary for him. He was a big boy, getting close to six feet now and he was still young... he went tromping everywhere he went, he was broad and strong and yet... he was so careful when he used that weapon of his.

Her tail set to swishing back and forth and if it were possible for a dragon to blush she may have been doing just that. The teacher that her boy had was amazing! To be able to get her boy so focused like this. He was interesting to look at as well with his bright colored hair and neat, dragon tattoos.

Valens seemed for the moment oblivious to the fact that his dragon was starring at him in an unblinking manner. Instead he was completely focused on each motion of the naginata that he was wielding. It was the wooden one, heavier then the first one he had been trained with and as such took a lot more concentration to use but he enjoyed it greatly.

His ears were turned forward, his chocolate eyes were focused, and he was getting rather sweaty due to working so hard in the sun. He paused, resting the weapon on his shoulder as he looked around to see if the car were there yet... not yet. Huh, where was his mother.

Valens's ears flicked back and forth before he turned to face the voices and noise that he heard behind him. He had half expected there to be more then that but all he saw in front of him were a trio of children with horns. He gave a bit of a smile as he watched the two of them as they played with a toy and then looked to the third who was being quiet.

He gave a jump when Ellie gave him a n**, "Rude to stare." She said in a hushed whispered, feeling rather embarrassed. There were times he didn't think and it worried her a bit...

The horse boy looked down at her for a long moment, trying to figure out what it was he should do in this situation before waving and saying, "Good afternoon." To the trio, there we go!

Ellie gave a smile a nod, "Much better." She praised her boy.

Valens blinked in surprise when the boy with the red hair ran into him. The horse boy, still being in his stance from when he was using his weapon, hadn't even moved an inch when he got run into. He did feel a bit guilty though even though he didn't do anything running into him still caused the little boy to get knocked back, "Woah! Ahh... sorry." He said, scratching the back of his head.

He looked at the quiet boy to give him a nod and then over to the girl who'd actually spoken him and gave a smile, "Hello." He greeted her, giving her a bright smile. He looked between the trio and then tilted his head to the side. They had a lot of similarities didn't they? He found himself wondering if they were related despite their coloring being different.

Ellie looked up at her boy who had gone back to starring and shook her head, looking to the three children and smiled, "Hello, I'm Ellie and this is Valens." She introduced them, finding that one of them had to recall politeness.

Ellie gave a smile as the three introduced themselves in turn, what good children she thought to herself, "It is nice to meet you." She said, glad to have more people to talk with, to practice he words with. She was slowly but surely getting pretty good at this talking thing.

Valen watched the red head, glad to see that he was alright enough to get up pretty quickly, "Yeah, its nice to meet you all." He said, tail swishing behind him as he watched the trio of little kids. They were cute he thought to himself and then knelt down so that he was a little closer to their level and put the weapon behind himself where nobody would chance getting hurt on it. It might be made of wood but it was still a weapon.

"Waiting for a ride too? My Mom's being a bit slow today." He said, looking toward the parking lot for a moment then back.

"Its a naginata, its the type of weapon I am learning to use in one of my classes." He explained to Clay then got a big smile on his face and nodded, "Yes! I am super strong." He sounded quite proud of the fact, he was after all naturally strong having draft horse DNA then add in that he could also use magic to enhance his strength further.

Ellie did her best not to groan when her boy spoke and instead focused on the girls words, "Thank you, that is kind of you. And no I have never worn a flower necklace." The Silver paused and thought on it for a while, wondering if boys liked when girls dressed up pretty for them. Hmmm.

Ellie gave a happy sound, "I wonder if they would like the flowers on me." She murmured, partly to herself... then trailed off. Wait... they? She had to think on it for a moment to realize that she was thinking about two different entities when she's said that. Kuyoja of course and then for some strange reason she thought of Red. She shook her head to clear that thought before looking at Deidre, "Do you make necklaces often?" She found herself wanting one of them to wear now.

Valens gave a rapid nod of his head, "I bet I am stronger!" He said, only knowing a little about Batman and surely he couldn't do magic! Or at least not that he knew of.

He looked back and forth between the pair of boys before wrapped an arm around each and then easily rose to his feet and lifted them up above his head, "Ta-dah!"

Ellie gave a squeak then, "Valens! Put the little kids down!"

Valens gave Ellie a smile then shifted the boys so that he was holding them more carefully, having one sit on each shoulder, "Its fine Ellie, horses were made to carry people around after all." He said with a grin.

She looked at him for a moment and couldn't argue the point since he was right... she gave a shake of her head then turned to look back at Deidre. She seemed quite impressed, "You must be very good at it then." She murmured, if she did them all the time her work on necklaces must be amazing!

Valens was pretty happy about getting to carry the two boys on his shoulders, he was one that was rather easily amused it would seem. He turned to look over at where Deidre was, talking girl talk with is dragon. He would have to thank her later, it wasn't often that Ellie got to have such talks since it was her and Valens most of the time.

He looked to the pair on his shoulders before he started to walk in lazy, back and forth motions in a manner similar to a pony ride. Part of it was him not liking to stand still for all that long so he set to pacing to keep from doing so.

Ellie glanced over at her boy when he started to move and then back to Deidre. She wouldn't worry for now, he seemed to have things under control which was reassuring, "Would you?" She asked, eyes going wide in delight, "Thank you, I'd like that."
