I was having sex with a friend.

--How did it happen? Well... we've been flirting too much for the last few days and we agreed on having sex, nothing to end up in a serious relationship since we're both kinda heartbroken.--
Anyways, the thing is we were using a condom. Durex Intense Sensation.
and all of the sudden, he pulls out to spit to have a little more lubrication and he notices that it felt too direct. When we turn on the lights, the condom was broken.
Few facts:
We changed positions about a minute before and the condom was fine (I know because I took a look and licked.
It wasn't ripped... it was weird... like... the whole tip of the condom was eaten off :s
Example:
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.
He doesn't shows lots of pre-c** when he is being stimulated. It's quite dry during stimulations (hand, oral or sex)(only counting him fluids)
This was the day after my period finished.
This was in my 2nd day of birth control (I know it doesn't covers for the first month or two)
We immediately stopped and got rid of the condom.

Is there a high chance?

Anytime you have sex there is some chance of getting pregnant. However, there is not a high chance of pregnancy in the situation that you described. If you don't get your next period, take a pregnancy test, but I wouldn't be losing any sleep over it if I were you.

As Lorien said, you should be fine since it was the day after your period finished. However, you should try using proper water-based lubricant, as it's probably more reliable and longer lasting than saliva. If you don't have enough lubrication, the condom can break.

Also, you could try using another condom brand. My boyfriend won't use Durex or Lifestyle for example, because he's had too many break on him and/or he's heard bad things about them. We use Trojan and we've only had one break.

Anyways, if you don't get your period when you're supposed to, wait a week and take a pregnancy test. But I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.

I will, thanks.
For me it has been the opposite. I've always used Durex, this is the 1st time somethine like this happens.
I once tried trojan, but it had spermicide and it made the trying out experience very dry and uncomfy...

Once my bc is doing effect, I'll try another brand. Meanwhile I'll get Durex... but the ones I've always bought. I get a pack with variety of sensations, not variety of materials. The one we used felt so thin and fragile sweatdrop xp

I don't think it would have been a good idea for him to spit on the condom, he could have had Herpes and that wouldn't have turned out well.

He means if your boyfriend had an STD like herpes, it could've been transmitted from his saliva (on the condom and/or on his p***s) to you through your vaginal fluids.

Valgex brings up a good point. It's possible to have herpes type I (oral - coldsores) and not be sexually active. You might want to ask your boyfriend if he's got herpes or any other STD's, just in case. If he has an open sore (or sometimes even when the person doesn't) and he put his saliva on the condom and it gets into your body, he can pass his coldsore virus to your v****a, and it can become genital herpes (type II).
