-About Clouded Leopards-Key Facts:Body Length(mm) -750-1100, Approximately 67 inches (139-184 cm) Weight (kg) - 16-25 Litter Size - 2-4 average Life Span - 11-17 years Status - Vulnerable Habitat- Dense forests and are found at elevations of up to 6,560 feet (2,000 m). Clouded leopards are primarily found in lowland tropical forests but can be found in dry woodlands and secondary forests. They are found in most of Southeast Asia from Nepal and Southern China through Thailand, Indonesia, and Borneo. Height- 21 inches (54 cm) Diet- Birds, monkeys, squirrels, pigs, small deer and fish. ReproductionFemale clouded leopards reach sexual maturity at about age 2 and males by age 3. The gestation period lasts 86 to 93 days. One to five offspring are born, each weighing between 5 and 6 ounces (140-170 gr) at birth. Females give birth in hollow trees, ground-level dens or other private places which are protected from weather. At birth infants eyes are closed and they are completely dependent on their mother. Cubs eyes open by day 12. Young will be nursed for about five months but can eat small pieces of meat about 40 days after birth. Cubs become independent of their mother at about 9 months old. After weaning, cubs disperse across the forest. On Their OwnAlmost nothing is known about the social behavior of clouded leopards. Many researchers believe clouded leopards are solitary animals, except during mating season, when a pair will spend time together. However, they are known to be solitary animals. Clouded leopards are shy animals and avoid areas with human habitation. They are active both day and night and spend a lot of time in trees. It is thought that most hunting is done on the ground and trees are used as a resting place. Clouded leopards are mostly nocturnal and rest in seclusion during the day. They hunt from trees by jumping or dropping down from branches onto the back of their victim and on the ground by pouncing on their prey. It has been reported that males may kill females when placed in captivity together, unless they are introduced at a young age. This tendency causes problems for zoos and other keepers of clouded leopards because it is difficult to increase the number of captive animals and diversify the gene pool. To date only about 20 percent of the captive population has reproduced. Prized PatternsThe beautiful coat of the clouded leopard is very popular on the black market. Cubs have different coloring than adults in that the large spots on their sides are completely dark. Adults have rosette-like spots. Adults are dark brown to ocher-yellow with distinctive black stripes, spots and blotches. The forehead and top of the head have no spots. Six black lines run down the body from the nape of the neck to the flank where the stripes fade into blotches or rosettes. The tail is long, bushy and ringed and tipped with black. Adult clouded leopards have brownish-yellow or greyish-green eyes. Young are usually born with blue eyes which change gradually to the adult coloring. Like all cats, clouded leopards have the tapetum lucidum, a special layer of tissue on the eye, which reflects back all external light and helps them see at night. Clouded leopards can see about six times better than humans can in the dark The clouded leopard is immediately recognisable by its distinctive coat patterning. The base colour of the fur is pale yellow/brown and is marked on the body by large irregular shaped markings, each dark brown/black around the edge and lighter in the middle and it is this ‘cloud’ pattern that give the cat its name. The undersides and short, stout legs are usually spotted and the head and neck streaked with black/dark brown. In overall size, the clouded leopard is similar to that of a small leopard, reaching up to 38 inches in body length, whilst having an extremely long tail, measuring up to nearly 3 feet on the largest of the species. The clouded leopard also has the largest canine teeth in proportion to its body size of any of the cat family. Native to South Eastern Asia, the habitat of the clouded leopard is generally that of dense tropical forest up to a height of 7,000 feet, however recent reports indicate that the cat may also inhabit more open forested terrain and swamp margins. It is an extremely good climber, aided by the balancing effect of its long tail and supple ankle joints - in captivity the clouded leopard has been observed hanging from overhang branches by its rear legs. Although in part arboreal, the clouded leopard hunts mainly on the ground at night. Its prey includes deer, goats, wild pig, reptiles, and birds. Monkeys are also on the prey list and it may be that these are hunted off the ground. Throughout its range the animal has been heavily hunted for its distinctive fur and for its teeth and bones which, as with the tiger, are commonly used in Oriental medicine preparations. This coupled with the loss of habitat, mainly due to deforestation, has led to the animal being endangered. Stages Of Life OMG! Look what the key brought out! biggrin Yay! Weird how TC keeps ending up with kitty-type pets, when she herself is quite canine. Perchance this reveals summit? Hmn... TC was waiting for this moment, and finally it's here! Of course, maybe she wasn't quite ready, as this adorable little plush of hers is not lazy like the rest of the crew. Nope, she is like a caffeinated chipmunk. Oh dear.

About TC -In Real Life-Name: TC Age: TC Gender: Female Occupation: Student, Volunteer at the Zoo, Wendy's Crew Member (XD) Hobbies: Music, Cosplaying, Art, Writing, Computers, Web Design, IMing, Role-Playing, Photography... Location: Michigan, United States Gaian Friends: LP, RudyMaye, Awnes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- -In Character-Name: TC Age: 16 Gender: Female Occupation: None Hobbies: Photography, art, writing, music... not much else these days. Location: A cave hidden in the forest near a swamp somewhere. Other: Pretty much the exact same as OOC-TC, save... half wolf. And, about 100% more paranoid (if that is possible). After many, many months of sleepwalking nightly (due to that darned Venom character) and killing so many people, TC is left absolutely exhausted, paranoid, and very much so a recluse. She had strayed from the Velveteen shop for quite some time during those first few months, having been too tired in the daytime to do anything but sleep and still- to this day- knowing nothing about her adventures at night. Since then she has found it best to hide her location. Not even LP knows where her new cave is located, and the seclusion she has been forced herself into has left her even stricter than normal. Khadira will most likely suffer from her over-protective friend, who has gone so far as to put her on a leash whenever they should wader out of their hiding place. To describe TC at the current moment, we can only say... paranoid. Companions: Khadira, the clouded leopard velvet- Ouijo, the snow leopard- Rahj, her wolf plush backpack. >>;;

Introduction
"Here TC... hang on to this key for me, will ya?" LP spoke, pulling a copper key from her pocket. TC nodded, grabbing the chain from which is dangled and placing it around her neck. "What's it for?" questioned the sometimes-too-childlike TC. LP smiled, as if it were all some cruel practical joke. "Just do it, alright?" TC could do little more than nod her head yes.
------------------------------------------------------------------
It had been a few days now, and TC hadn't said a word about the key. Of course, her inquisitive nature drew upon her, and curiousity was driving her mad. She decided that it was time to find LP and demand an answer. But where on earth would LP be at this time of day?
Sighing, TC gathered her things. She tossed a few coins, a bottle of pop, and some assorted junk food into her backpack, bringing along her MP3 player and headset as well. Couldn't leave home without it. Of course, she was still missing the most important thing! Her companion, and protector, Ouijo! She looked around the room. Although these hybrid beasts of hers were quite a claim, their mini-forms could grow quite annoying. She sighed and whistled, muttering a few words under her breathe. A soft 'murr' was heard, followed by a tiny little white and black cat, which raced to her as it grew to full size. TC smiled. "There you are Ouijo..." she smiled. The snow leopard nodded as TC turned toward the cave exit, ready to leave. 'What about your scythe?' he gazed back at the closet, curiously. He sighed. This was quite confusing! He raced after TC.
They wandered through the forest for hours. TC knew where they were going, and Ouijo followed obediently at her heels. Just ahead of here was LP's tree. Maybe she could catch her, just maybe. As always, TC held her breath as the tree came into view. Compared to LP's home, her's was nothing but a pebble in the grass. Huge and amazing, it cast shadows along the forest floor. Ouijo rolled his eyes.
"LP? Are you in there?" TC questioned, rapping on the wooden door. No answer. Instead, it squeaked open. Her eyes lit up in excitement. Suddenly, the quest to find out what this key was for disappeared. LP's house was an amusement park in it's own! TC smiled gleefully, stepping in. 'You shouldn't be doing this...' Ouijo thought to himself, but to no avail. She continued in.
Down the hallway she went. It was pitch black now, and she couldn't see an inch in front of her face. Or wouldn't have been able to, had her gemstone not been glowing blindingly bright. She started counting each step she took as they passed, but quickly lost count when she grew dizzy and collapsed. She blushed, turning to where Ouijo should have been. Of course, he wasn't there. He wasn't as niave as TC, and had waited outside. TC grumbled at this, rising and dusting herself off.
The room was filled with many things that most people wouldn't have, let alone out in the open as they were. On the wall were shelves covered in liquids of all types. This was the first thing our 'hero' was to explore. She raced over, rolling a finger over each dusty, cool glass bottle. There were red ones, blue ones, purple ones, green ones.... Green ones!?! TC's pupils grew to the size of tennis balls as she reached over, clutching the bottle-shaped green on in her hands. Mountain Dew! LP had been holding out on her! With all her strength, she pulled at the cork, pulling and tugging until it finally managed to pop out of place. Then, she tilted back the green, bubbling liquid and took a big swig of it.
"EWW!!" she said upon spitting the green liquid out. "That's what I call FLAT pop! How does she DRINK this crud?" She shuddered softly, replacing the cork and putting it on the shelf. That had been enough. She wasn't bothering with the rest of them. Of course, now that was contaminated with TC-slobber, and LP wouldn't notice. Same as TC didn't notice that her hair was sticking up on end, and her eyes were glowing a faint green.
She looked at the clock hanging on the wall. It was almost dark. TC figured she had better get going. That was enough for today. Maybe she'd come back some other time to explore those secret rooms that LP would never let her see...
She exited the house, closing the door with a squeak. Ouijo gazed up at her, and got the weirdest expression on his face. Green, glowing eyes? He shuddered. The feline wasn't about to ask...
Instead, he rose at TC's command, and they continued on. "Where do you think her and Willow'd be at this time of day?" TC questioned. Ouijo would've slapped her, had he not been feral. 'The velvet shop, you idiot...' Ouijo thought to himself. In aw ay, he preferred his old master better. She was a lot quiter, and a lot less annoying and cute. She also fed him the raw meat he so loved. But, that wasn't for him to think about. Right now, he was TC's pet, as nightmare-esque as that was.
"Wait! That's it! Willow! Maybe she'd at the velvet shop!" Her eyes widened. Ouijo smirked. She was finally getting it. TC ran ahead. "Come on Ouijo, you slow poke!" Ouijo grumbled to himself, rolling his eyes, and walking behind her. At a distance. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
That night, they rested in a small cave they had found, hidden amounst the moss and grass. Of course, when they woke up, there was that haunting scythe again. TC yawned and rubbed her arms. Well, that was one uncomfortable sleep. Ouijo awoke just in time to notice TC in place of his 'other master'. 'Oh great. Not HER again.' He thought to himself, sighing and getting up.
TC smiled. "Ouijo! Do you know what day it is?!?" She sang, getting right up in his face. He jumped. Scary. "Today is my BIRTHDAY!" She squealed, throwing her arms up. Ouijo sighed. 'Oh my gosh, not already. Please, kill me now.' TC could only smile, climbing out through the hole of the cavern and entering the forest again, Ouijo reluctantly at her heels.
Only a few miles from here was the little town that held the velveteen shop. TC had been ther a few times before, and had finally figured out a few shortcuts. They should be there in no time! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Hard Day At Marching Band
"Alright, reset..." muttered the conductor as he finished his speech, climbing down from the podium and scratching his head. TC groaned and bent over, glaring heartlessly at the ground. The cold wind rustled through her hair, sending a sensation much like sandpaper over the skin on her face. Whimperign softly to herself, she let the golden saxophone she was so accustomed to hang from her neck, reaching her hands into the pockets of her hoodie and placing them under the small plush that occupied the small area. As a saxophonist, she needed the warmth on at least her fingers.
As she slowly paced back toward her position in line, she could only wonder why this conductor of hers was so obsessed with this one line. It was impossible to make a perfectly straight line every time with more than 100 people, expecially when the ever-clumbsy TC and her pals were concerned.
Suddenly, a whisper came from down the line. "You 4 are in the wrong spot! Move over a bit..." and at the same time, the familiar command and whistle calling the line to attention. TC shook her head, and ignoring the majors, scooted down to the next line. BIG mistake. Just as she stopped, another order was given. "You 4 there, you moved. Run. Now." TC moaned again and felt like she was goign to collapse on sight. "...I'm serious. MOVE IT!" came the major's cry. "...now?" whispered somebody from behind. Annoyedly, the response followed. "yes now. to the other side of the field and back. NOW!"
Sighing, TC unclipped the small plastic hook from her saxophone and set it down upon the grass, or what little was left of it. Pulling her hands from the pockets, she took off across the field, Khadira being bounced all over inside her hoodie.
"I'm sorry Khadira, I have to do this though..." she whispered, and was sure that everybody now thought she were talking to herself. They never understood, did they?
Of course, as true to her nature, TC would trip over her own overly-sized paws, and stumble. She toppled over in midair, onto her stomach, and skidded across the dirt. The entire line before her burst in laughter. The canis-girl just laid there for a minute, eyes closed, gasping for breath. "...Remind me again why I joined this band..." she muttered to herself, or rather, to Khadira, who she had briefly forgotten she was lying on. With sudden urgency, she leapt up and ran her fingers through her pockets, frantically forcing Khadira's bulk out from the pocket hole.
As she quite often was, TC was in a panic by time the plush was fully out of her pocket, Khadira's long tail dangling quite a bit beneath TC's trembling hands. Searching over the small leopard plush, she found nothing more than a bit of dirt. Pulling the plush to her chest tightly, arms wrapped around it's squishy midcenter, she hugged the plush in relief. "Oh my gosh, I am SO sorry Khadira! Are you alright?" Her sentence was rushed, eyes closed as she snuggled the small cat.
By now, the band was silent, staring, watching this new interuption. After what seemed to be 10-15 minutes, somebody had the nerve to pipe up. "...You still play.. with plush toys?" TC froze, eyes snapping open. She nearly dropped Khadira.
"...PLAY?" she questioned, staring intently at the challenger. "...PLUSH TOYS?" she again challenged. "...I beg to differ. Khadira is NOT a plush toy. She's my friend...." At this, the whole band nearly lost it, many toppling over on their friends from laughing so hard. TC whimpered, tail flinching softly before wrapping around her left leg. "You NAMED it?... Wow psycho, You ARE insane!" Another person nerved. Psycho. One of her most famous nicknames.
"Alright, enough. Everybody, you were called to attention, now GET BACK IN LINE!" came the call from the conductor, who by now was ticked off at everybody. His stern look settled on TC. "...And take your little 'friend' with you." He taunted.
Shaken, TC could do little but stare Khadira in the eye. There was an almost creepy, unsettling sparkle to it... and yet, to TC, it was comforting. It provided a friend in an hour of need. Embarressing as that experience had been, as mellow as it had made her, that gaze from her to Khadira gave her a renewed sense of hyper, happy, self-confident goodness. With a gaze back, she scanned teh line in front of her and smiled. Really, it had been kind of funny in a way, hadn't it been?
Smiling softly, she was sure others would find her smiling at their insults to be quite... psychotic, as they said. Yet, at this point, she could care less.
Reattaching her saxophone to it's strap about her neck, and setting Khadira on the bench to watch the performance, TC forced herself in line. With all the jeering, whispers, and laughing she heard while the eyes were on her, this time, she wasn't so afraid, so paranoid. Because on her back, she could feel the sparkling, loving eyes of Khadira, the one thing she possessed that none of these immature idiots could ever possess- a heaven-sent friend.

Meeting The 'Other One'
"Ouijo!" TC yelled as she entered her most recent cave. Where was that cat of hers when she needed him? Today, TC was cloaked in oe of her favorite outfits, which included hot pink pants, a black shirt with pink and white words on it, and black and white striped arm warmers that had been stitched in a few places to fix some rips and tears. In one pocket was her MP3/Video player, though for once, it was off. The headphones were tucked off, hidden somewhere. She held both hands behind her back as she walked, most assuredly hiding something.
"OUIJO!" She screamed, growing quite frustrated. She sighed and closed her eyes. "Fine, we'll do it the hard way." She whispered a few unrecognizable words under her breathe, and suddenly, a small black and white creature, about the size of Khadira herself, came rushing over. As he ran, the blue stone upon his forehead lit up, and he grew to about 4 times his previous size, yawning when he reached TC. 'You disturbed my nap again, this better be good... Thought the lazy snow leopard hybrid to himself.
He had always been a loner, as most of his breed were. He despised other creatures, even his master at times. But most of all, he hated other cats, especially ones that represented himself in their 'powers'. Yet, TC insisted on this meeting. If they were ever to be playmates, he would have to learn to put up with the newest addition to the family.
"Ouijo, meet your little sister." She said, smiling as she pulled the small leopard out from behind her back and placed it before the feline. "Name's Khadira." She smiled, watching him closely as she made the small plush toy do a rather amazing series of dance steps. Ouijo's eyes narrowed and he grunted, nosing the small plush toy. Suddenly, a soft snarl grew in his throat. His sharp incisors bared, he stared at the small plush.
TC's eyes narrowed as she panicked. "OUIJO! DON'T! STOP!" She screamed, pulling away just in time to keep the plush from getting torn to pieces. Ouijo's teeth gnashed together and he glared coldly at TC. The soudn he made was almost human like, muttering, pouting as he lifted his paw to wipe at his numbed muzzle.
"Ouijo.... you have to get along with Khadira. She'll be staying around for quite some time... I know you don't like to share, but come on, she's just a kit!" Ouijo, who would have been jealous had this been his 'other' owner, could care less. Khadira could have this women, if that's what you could call her. He was more obsessed with the fact that there was another plush-type cat in the same cave as him, and it was female. How could she!?! Was she losing brain cells by the moment!?!
TC shook her head, setting Khadira on a ledge on the wall, right next to a multicolored lava lamp which radiated enough heat to keep the small plush warm during the night.... which was approaching fast.
Ouijo noted the moon. It was a crescent tonight. Perfect.
....Just perfect.
With a soft chuckle, he gazed at the plush and stuck out his tongue. Of course, teh small plush made no reaction... save for that ever haunting, unblinking stare into the depths of something that could be, a soul? "...And I thought TC was creepy..." he thought to himself, tossing his head away with a shudder. Head lowered, shoulderblades swivelling high above his spinal column, he chuckled to himself.
He could sense tonight, his other master would retun. Then he could have a real feast. And some fun.
Yes. Fun.

Visiting The Zoo: Animals On The Loose!
Excitement filled the three travellers as they stared up at the large gate. TC's bright yellow employment shirt seemed to glow against her beige pants under the sun's light, which had just began to peer over the distant horizon. On TC's shoulders sat the small tiger child. Wait, what? TIGER CHILD? But Khadira was a leopard plush, not a tiger, nor a child.... No, this was Willow, who was sitting on TC's shoulders, holding Khadira gently as she stared into the zoo gate.
"Well, we're here..." TC smiled, lifting Willow from her shoulders and setting her on the bricks underfoot, and then leaned down and smiled at her. "...you two need to promise that you'll be good. I can't be getting in any trouble because of you two, alright?" Her smile turned into a mishevious smirk, and she winked, turning the knob to the employees entrance and pushing Willow inside. "...And take care of Khadira, please?" She removed the camera from the bag around her neck and handed it to Willow. "Get me some pictures too?"
Willow nodded. Wow, TC was quite demanding. It kind of reminded her of somebody else she knew... Nonetheless, she accepted the camera, and upon setting Khadira on her head, she turned and faced the still-empty zoo. It wasn't even open yet? They had full reign.
TC turned and headed toward the volunteer house. She wouldn't be seen much for the rest of the day.
Willow was preoccupied with amazement as she entered the zoo grounds, staring in at the bald eagles which called the zoo entrance their home. "...Those are bald eagles, Khadira..." she whispered, as if speaking would break the moment. After a few moments, she turned around. Two pathways. One led to the main zoo, and the other to the african and artic areas. Which way to go first?
She figured taking the shorter path would work best, so they headed to the left. Seals, polar bears, giraffes, kudu, zebra, wildebeest... and wolves? The wolves really seemed to capture Khadira's attention, even if she were just a plush and couldn't really say much. There was just something about the aura the small kit was giving out that pulled toward the wolves.
"Yes Khadira, those are wolves..." Willow shuddered softly. Canines. She turned to leave, but something about the dim sparkle in the eyes of the plush stopped her. She sighed. "Yes, I know... I know. TC's... kindda sortta a wolf, ain't she?" Willow paused. That was kind of... awkward. Here she was, not even 6 feet away from a feral wolf, and she hadn't even realised that TC was, in a way, related to them. It kind of gave one the shivers.
The zoo had just open at this point, and a few people were beginning to walk in through the entrance. There were all sorts of different people, elderly, teenagers, children, babies, amish, and even people dressed like knights from the elden days. Willow had turned around and headed toward the bridge, and as they walked across it, she could almost feel a pulse humming from within the small plush as music waved loudly through the walls of the bridge.
As they entered the zoo, the first pathway they came upon had snow leopards in it. It was the closest thing that they had to Khadira's relatives, seeing as clouded leopards were so rare. However, the two cats were hiding somewhere... and it wasn't until Willow had nearly given up that she spotted the larger male staring down at her from a rock that overhung right over them. She pointed up excitedly. "Kha! Look! It's a snowy leopard!" She smiled, Khadira seeming to radiate with happiness. Of course, the leopard took off and hid at the loud noise that had disturbed his sleep. Willow blushed. Whoops. She hurried and scuffled back.
The next pathway was filled with penguins, avians, and... what was this... TIGERS? Willow was entranced. Her relatives, just behind the glass. She could almost feel their warm breath on her paw... but, they didn't seem to realise she was one of them.
Suddenly, some crazed, deranged women passed by, and upon seeing Willow, nearly had a heart attack. She screamed, the shrill voice causing Willow to flinch, Khadira nearly falling from her head.
"AHHH! THE TIGER CUB! IT ESCAPED!" She screamed, and havoc broke loose. Everybody was running and grabbing their children, screaming and trampling each other toward the exit. Willow just stood there. Why were they looking at her like that? She hadn't let any tiger cubs loose...
One of the zookeepers raced over, and upon seeing Willow, took a sigh of relief. Of course, this was quite an odd sight. Their weren't many nekos around, let alone anthromorphic children. Willow swallowed hard.
"Hey little one... who do you belong to?" Willow growled. "I don't belong to anybody. But I came here with TC..." The zookeeper blinked. "TC? Where's she at?" Willow sighed. Didn't they KNOW this? Willow responded, "I dunno. Last time I saw her, she was headed toward the volunteer office."
The zookeeper sighed. "She's one of them ZooTeens, isn't she?" she asked, staring at the small clouded leopard plush on Willow's shoulder. "...That things creepy." Without waiting for an answer, the zookeeper (who we shall from this point on call 'Jude' just because.) signalled for the 'two' to follow and turned towards a large building with a giant foam dragon sitting on top of it. Willow rolled her eyes. "...And the goose-chase begins."
Entering a dimly lit hallway that resembled a dungeon almost too much, they passed through a rather bland door and into a room which was actually a staircase. Down they went, passing many wooden showcases filled with fake pelts, snake skin, real pelts, animal claws and teeth, random cardboard and cans for interaction, and a bunch of other rooms hidden behind steel and wooden doors. Finally, they came across an open room which was completely empty of people. In the center was a long table and a multitude of chairs, a pop machine, a couch, a computer which a rolling chair, a barred window, a desk with a microwave on it, a smaller room attached with a sink and shelves covered in insect containers, and a bunch of keys hanging from a wooden shelf in the corner. Beneath the keys was a table which was covered in folders and ripped out papers, mostly hour sheets of the sort. Jude proceeded to look through these, finally stumbling upon the schedule list. TC was, at this time, scheduled for lunch. Well, that was exciting. In such a large place, they'd never find her! Next, after lunch, she was planning on taking a pelt out and lecturing kids about whatever it was she chose. Something the zoo's volunteers referred to as 'BioFacts'. "Well, looks like she'll be heading to the old African exhibit." Jude frowned.
TC rarely went to the old african exhibit with biofacts. All the animals there hated seeing the remains of their deceased ancestors. That must mean, of course, that she was taking the opportunity to take something that had nothing to do with Africa out and snapping a few photos, as was the custom with TC, for an hour. It didn't take long. On the way to said exhibit, the trio passed the cheetahs, who were sunbathing out on the open grass. Willow kept right on walking, having grown sick of following this lady around and being treated like an animal. Khadira, however, jumped for joy- or, would have had she been something other than a plush toy. After the cheetahs came, again, the snow leopards, and a brief encounter with a slobbering sloth bear. Just ahead was the petting zoo and the reptile house- which Khadira was secretly looking foreward too. They never made it, of course, as Africa left them turning under a huge cement arch and walking down a large pathway.
First on the route was the elephants. The largest one had with her a miniature version of herself- her offspring of course. Here, Khadira fell from Willow's shoulder and forced her to retrieve the plush and wipe her off. "Come on, you two!" Jude screamed from behind. Willow's ears flicked back and she muttered something under her breath... had Khadira heard what it was, and perchance repeated it when she was old enough to do so, TC might never have forgiven her.
Next came some african birds, which struck the two large cats with a rather awkward pang of hunger. Well, maybe more Willow than Khadira, but that's besides the point. Following the dull gray storks and other random avians was the hippo tank. The hippos were, of course, nowhere to be seen. They were resting beneath a shady tree off in the distance somewhere. Following along the long pathway, the trio came across an indoor area where the giraffes and elephants were kept in the winter- or rather, just the elephants these days, as the giraffes had been moved to a larger free-roam area a few years before. Soon after came the meerkats and some weird animal known as a Bongo, but Willow and Khadira had little time to see them as they were being dragged along, now, by Jude the keeper. They followed the path further until the came to a large area containing four male white lions, all piled on top of each other in a rather awkward manner, sleeping. This was, to say the least, extremely boring to watch- as the felines did nothing.
Jude seemed to grow even angrier. "Where the heck is this friend of yours?" She asked in a rather obnoxious voice. No, most keepers were really nice, but when you nearly scare every visitor out of the zoo by bringing in people who look more like animals than people, well, you tend to get a bit peeved. Finally, they exitted the African exhibit.
Jude decided it would be best to stick together, even if the grounds were huge and winding. The past the cheetahs and snow leopards once more, coming to a large ampitheatre where some dogs were doing tricks, and then, again, past a large brick building. Going through this, they discovered a large aquarium full of the most awkward looking sea-creatures you could imagine. Through the asian exhibit, where loud birds and stingrays roamed their kingdoms freely, and where Khadira seemed- somehow- particularly taken by a sloth which had made it's bed high up near the light fixtures.
Through the asian exibit and into the aquarium once more, and then out through it's end doors. Just this way was the botanical gardens, where few of the volunteers bothered to go, and past that was the ape kingdom. The trio trudged along- by now tired, hot, and thirsty. There were orangutans, gorillas, and the smaller- yet more adorable- monkeys, which hopped around much like Khadira wished she could.
Still no sign of TC. She must, then, have crossed the bridge back to the area where the wolves and eagles were. Either that or she was in the children's zoo, which they had passed up rather blatently. It was to the petting farm they headed then, where the goats and the donkeys and pigs and alpaces roamed free. Willow was sure to keep a tight grip on Khadira through their, as the goats loved to chew on anything- and everything- they could get their tough little lips on. At the very end gate, nearest the artic fox exhibit, by the birds of prey and the tortoises and animal nursery, they finally ran into TC.
"Hey, miss. I think you forgot something." Jude groaned, shoving Willow and Khadira forward. TC's eyes narrowed. "What did you two do now? I told you to be good!" She growled, her sharp fangs showing beneath her upper lip. Jude shook her head. "Just scared the guests half to death with her animal likeness. And the creepiness of that little doll she carries around. Try to keep a better hold on them, will ya?"
With no time for explanation, Jude left to return to her work and TC blinked in confusion. Suddenly, she burst out laughing as Willow nearly fell over faint at such a quick trek through the zoo. Needless to say, the two went home and slept. Slept, slept and slept some more. TC was grateful for the rest time she got, as well, as she was nearly just as tired from her day at work.
Khadira loves the zoo and it's animals, just like her guardian.
Willow? Well, decide that for yourself.

Vroom Vroom: Khadira's First Motorcycle Ride
It was late one night, soon after Khadira had joined the world of the living. It was a relatively boring night, with nothing too exciting happening. TC had changed quite a bit since school let out- no longer being totally raver. Sure, her personality was quite... odd... still, but she had matured quite a bit and had, in truth, given up her quest for raver clothes on a basis of... well, a lot of different things. In turn, she returned to the world of blue jeans and t-shirts and tank tops- a bit tighter than before, but not quite skin tight. She did occasionally put on some extremely baggy pants and shirts or really colorful outfit, but for the most part, it was solid colors, single or double layered. Orange, yellow, green, white, black, and gray. (See, she did still hold some portion of her raverhood to heart.) In any case, Khadira was still quite the hippee (raver, whatever. XD), forcing TC to stay in with the cutsey bag, random colors, baby toys, and... well.. glowsticks, of course. Raver music still was present every now and then, the two having compromised.
One thing TC had not gotten Khadira to do just yet, however, was take a motorcycle ride. Such things could be scary for animals, she knew from experiance. Either way, it was such an unforgettab;e ride, she could no longer resist. Forging a small helmet fit for Khadira's head out of sticks, twigs, and tree bark- with some hardened mud holding it all together and the explanation that such things were common in the world of beavers- she hopped on the pearl-white motorcycle and made sure Khadira was tucked into the saddlebag- which was kept open, of course.
Khadira had no clue what was going on. Nevertheless, she hummed with excitement at the thought that she was going to try something new and exciting. And it couldn't be too dangerous- TC was still very paranoid, and anything she would do was something Khadira knew would be... somewhat fun, at least. With a loud roar of the engine, and a rumbling of their entire bodies, the two were off slowly, driving down the street. It wasn't often Khadira got to see the road. She was more commonly in tune with her forest home near the giant swamp, which TC's little troop had recently settled down in. Yet, for some reason... Khadira was afraid. It wasn't often she felt fear. Even when Ouijo held her down and threatened to rip her skin off, she laughed. This, however, frightened her. Why, she didn't know.
Her claws were still extremely sharp from climbing trees the day before. Thus, when she shoved the tiny little needles into TC's leg and held on for dear life, TC yowled in pain and tried to shake her from her leg. This only ended up tossing Khadira into her lap, who proceeded to climb until she was clinging to the side of TC's face- trying hard to climb the gray helmet, but finding the slick surface impossible even for her.
TC sighed and grabbed Khadira, setting her on the handlebars. This, oddly, send a thrill through Khadira's spine. It was a lot like an amusement park ride (not that Khadira had ever been on one- well, okay, maybe a few.) and from here, the wind blowed through her medium-lengthed fur, brushing the spots into mere smears against the pale brown background of her body. Now, things were getting exciting! Both paws dug into the soft grips on the handlebars and she stood upon all fours- her rear two legs somehow managing to balance on the slippery gas tank of the bike.
TC smiled softly. This was rather fun to watch, but she knew she had to watch the road. "Keep your head down Khad, please?" She screeched over the roar of the engine, but Khadira was having too much fun. Above, the streetlights changed colors as they went under them, zooming by each one in a flash of white, brown, black, and gray. The lights above, of course, were controlled by none other than Khadira.
It wasn't long before Khadira was in control of the streetlights too. TC wouldn't have known it, as she had not yet discovered Khadira's abilities- and, of course, she was now wearing shades which prevented her from seeing all the strange color changes around her. Needless to say, they didn't have to stop for a single red light. The wheels kept turning until the duo reached home once again.
The small clouded leopard was disappointed, in all truth, but at the same time, she was content to lay down for the night- or rather, for a few hours. The ride had worn her out. As well as using her ability to control light wavelengths and such. Yet, TC had still not noticed this. Khadira went to bed with her secret tucked well beneath her furry little body, and TC went to bed happy to get some rest for once. Hanging up the keys on a small metal hook driven into the stone-moss wall, TC yawned and closed their door of sticks, climbed into her moon-and-star pajamas, and went to bed.
Yet, the second TC fell asleep, the lamp flickered on, and Khadira knew she had a night of exploration to do. No, she wouldn't leave the cave- she knew better. But she was going to explore the full ability she possessed- or rather, that which she possessed at such a young age.

A Visit With Willow (..And LP): Spring Cleaning
[[Unfinished RP. D: Oh well.Oh yeah, and Khad's still a plush here. >>;]]
The leaves on the trees were a variety of reds, yellows, and browns, and many had already fallen along the grassy floor of the forest. It would be hard for one to stay stealthy now, even this early into autumn. Thus, TC didn't even try. Her large, leather boots crunched noisely against the leaves under foot, somehow managing to ignore the sandpaper-rough feeling of the cold breeze brustling through the trees and making many ghostly howls in the night. TC was also jabberjawing away, talking almost as fast as she could type to the small clouded leopard that bounced, as usual, on her head as she walked. Of course, that familiar black leather trenchcoat hung from her shoulders down to about her knees, hiding all but a few bits and pieces of the blue and yellow star and moon pajama pants and black sweatshirt that she wore underneath. Khadira, of course, made no response to TC's constant chatter, but rather listened, that rather creepy- and yet, to TC, quite comforting- gleam remained in her eyes.
LP yawned as she was working on last minute spring cleaning. There were heaps of things everywhere. LP knew she was a pack rat but this is nuts. She needed to get the things that were not suppose to freeze inside this year she had all kinds of decorations strown out and about too. Things that she would use a little later, all of it halloween themed. She was a big holiday nut, and everyone by this time should know it. The decoration pile being the largest of the three. Clinging and Clanking nothing was safe. And big clouds of dust being swept out of her cave. Hope no one chokes on any of that.
TC, preoccupied as she was, forgot about the 'always watch where you are going' rule and thus was walking with her eyes closed in a rather matter-of-fact way, her high pitched hyper voice growing into a surprised scream as a round object from one of the piles came rolling under her foot, causing her to struggle to balance on it. It was much like a circus act, really, and her eyes snapped eyes, growing to full size. She held her breath and threw out her arms, trying to balance on her over-sized hind paws using only her arms and her tail. "L-P..." she groaned in a drawn out matter. "What....is....all....this... junk!" she said, finally falling off the can and landing on her stomach in the dirt. Khadira flew up, did a flip in the air, and landed softly on TC's back. Well, at least she had had a nice soft pillow to land out. Meanwhile, TC had the breath knocked out of her in a rather humiliating, and yet- one must admit- a quite hilarious turn of events.
Stopping her sweeping her head appered over the teash heap. "Well it's trash that I have lying around.... I'm doing last minute spring cleaning. I always do it this time of year." She shrugged and blinked when TC fell and busted out lauhing so hard she was crying. "Woo-haha-ha" She paused to catch her breath. "Ya alright? Need a hand??" She asked after huffing and puffing for a bit leaning on the broom. She looked at all her things tc dubbed "junk"
TC forced herself up, pushing herself back against a tree trunk, knees folded to her chest. She gasped for breath as she tried to regain all that had been lost. "Nau, I'm fine. Really." she said, lifting her eyes to the sky. Khadira had since fallen from TC's back, and TC picked her up from the soft patch of leaves she had nestled in, setting her on her knees. "And why the heck do you do spring cleaning in the fall? It's called 'spring cleaning' for a reason!" she chuckled, or would have had she not been slightly humiliated only moments before. Not that TC really minded, she was quite clumbsy and constantly finding herself in these types of situations, and yet when you are leaning against a tree gasping for breath, one tends to think somethings wrong. Luckily, these pajama pants hadn't had any pockets, and thus TC hadn't brought along any of her MP3 or CD players, or anything else that could've been injured.
LP shrugged and turned to head back into the cave. "I dunno. Come on and give me a hand I need to get done before dark." Althought it wouldn't have mattered 'cause she could just toss up pumpkins and plugged them in to light up the area. "there's a broom with you're name on it or a feather duster." She called back as she went about sweeping again. The sky being filled with a brownish colour.
TC moaned softly, forcing herself to stand up. She took Khadira and set her in a small pile of leaves under the tree. "LP, you KNOW how I hate working..." she whined, much as would a child. "...especially cleaning! 'Tis one reason I never stay in the same place for more than a week!" she grumbled and complained. 'Twas true, TC rotated between caves every few weeks, sometimes even daily! TC continued to grumble and complain to herself, but nonetheless, she picked up the featherduster
Willow walked past TC yawning. "Yeah, you wine, Atleast you don't have to live in it." She walked over to Khadira and picked up her. "come on Kha we'll go play away from these two." She eyed TC and LP and walked off towards the garden with the plush. LP laughed she had all the dirt in the hall way all she needed to do was get it outside. "Be careful of the candles! I don't have anymore." She said, she knew it didnt' matter they wouldn't get hurt if knocked down but felt need to say it anyways. She was blasting duran duran while cleaning.
TC nodded, staring down at the dirt floors. She would have sighed had thefeather duster not been her chosen cleaning-utensil of choice. Instead, she was busy smiling as she brushed the multi-colored feathers againsther chin. "I don't see why you don't just replace all of these candleswith some rave lights and glowsticks!" she chuckled, raching up and sweeping at the highest points she could reach. "...Ooo,or BLACKLIGHT overheads!" A rather deviant look came over her face as she paused on that idea. "...you know, they actually MAKE those now..."she thought aloud. Then she shrugged and went back to dusting. Khadira was picked up by Willow, and though one couldn't tell what, or if, she were thinking anything- the sparkle in her eye seemed to smile for her.
LP lauagh. "Well I don't have plug ins so where would I put them?? And I'd have to replace glow sticks every so many hours. Ya know there's no light that comes into caves save what you put in them. Candles are the cheapest." She was just now finishing the sweaping. Once she finished she could go to helping tc dust farther in the cave. Willow chuckled and snugged Kha. "We can go play with some of my ghost friends. The ones that aren't helping LP orgainize." She smiled. "We could play hide n' seek what do you think of that!? or maybe leap frog or marbles or chess or something!!" she skipped towards the garden.
Khadira said, and did, nothing. She remained motionless, save for the bobbing of her limbs as she bounced about in Willow's arms."THEY MAKE BATTERY OPERATED GLOW STICKS NOW!" TC excitedly said in her exasperated, desperate plead to make herself sound smart. "And I think I know that. I sortta live in caves too, remember?" She chuckled softly, gazing outside the cave toward the pile of leaves where Khadira had been. "Hey, Willow did say she was going to play with Khadi, right?" She stopped dusting for a moment.
Willow snickered as she reached the garden and she chuckled. "what do you wanna play?" LP shook her head. "Sure Tc, Sure whatever you wish." She finished sweeping and opened a door on the tree infront of the cave entrance and walked towards the heart of the cave. "Come on. We need to dust the book shevles and all that." She yawned she walked.
"But they doo-ooo!" TC nagged, nearly stepping on LP's heels as she tried toconvince her. As quickly as she had brought Khadira up, however, she shrugged it off. Of course Willow had her. Khadira didn't respond. Willow needed to remember, she was still just a plush.
LP laughed again. "mmhmmm, okay, whatever." once TC started stepping on her heels LP stopped suddenly infront of her waiting for TC to run into her. "don't walk on my heels." she muttered as she walked along taking up a feather duster as she watched books move themselfs and bottles move she chuckled and walked toth e table starting to dust. "Curtains close." she muttered as she walked in looking at her picture which was hidden from TC suddenly. "GREAT IDEA!!!" she said laughing "We'll play faeries!!!" She ran over to a tree and snagged two leaves and tied them on Kha's back. "You'll be the faerie okie!" she smiled and ran towards the flowers with kha.
TC drooped suddenly, arms to her side, feather duster brushing against her knees. She gumbled something about never getting to do anything under her breathe before plopping down against a wall. "You know, I didn't come over here to sit against a wall while you stare at pictures that I'm not allowed to see..." she whined partially under her breath.Khadira was, indeed, now a faerie-raver-clouded leopard plush. Yet still, she didn't move. Rather the gleam in her eyes switched to a rather deviant sparkle.
Willow clicked her tounge and a ghost hoped into Kha's pelt. [there now she can play XD ] Willow giggles and sat down acting losting.
LP laughed at TC, "You don't want to see that. Trust me. I know you, you're not interested in that. If you really want to see it go look at it thou." She finished cleaning the table before entering a room a little bit away from the picture
Khadira suddenly hopped up on two legs, under the influence of the ghosts movements, and danced around in a little circle. TC gazed at the room LP had covered with a curtain. Maybe she was right... LP did, after all, know TC rather well. She sighed and got back up, walking toward the room LP had just entered. "By the way, I DID come over to ask you a question..." she chuckled, having forgotten her whole purpose in coming over with the little freak-show that had plauged her.
LP yawned as tc came into more of a Techno room. Lights all over the place and what looked like a dance floor. She sat in a chair yawning the tv showing something about someone stupid. "As you were saying?" She promted the question. Willow again giggled and then peered out from the flowers towards Kha like she was watching her dance. Flowers hide her face so that only her two eyes showed.
TC nodded. "...It's about Willow." She said in a serious tone, masking herself with a serious face as well. Khadira paused where she was, looking around. "Willow? Where'd ya go!?!" she said, or more, the ghost said for her.
Willow giggle again the flowers moved. "You're suppose to act like you're a lost faerie dancing and i'm a lost child." She laughed again. "Oh???" LP had proved to TC she knew what they made she just still liked her place like it was and this was the room that went with the fads. She yawned she had disco back in the day and brought most of that stuff back out for the raver room.
"oh..."Khadira was new to this 'playing' thing, but she would catch on quick. She nodded. "Got'cha!" She winked and turned around, starting hertwo-legged dance all over again."Yeah.I know she's been on your nerves with the whole 'ghost' thing lately,so I figured maybe she could go to the zoo with me and Khadira tomorrow. I need a sitter who knows her big cats..." She paused. "...and there'slots of candy...." she bribed.
LP shurged softly pondering watching the tv flip. "I suppose she can go. Only if she wants to I mean after all. She'd have ghosts with her to so I don't see why not. Just hope they don't get hte idea of going into the inclosers." She said softly yawning. Willow giggled as she watched kha dance. Pulling the flowers apart and acted as she if was watching amusedidly.
TCgrinned. "Yay!" She bounced up and down for a moment. "I've gotta gohere pretty soon though..." she said, looking down at her wrist, wherethere wasn't a watch. "...gotta leave really early in the morning..."Khacontinued to dance around in a circle, bobbing her head to the left andto the right. The ghost seemed to make her sing 'la la la's as she spunin rather ungraceful circlets.
Willow rusteled the flowers even louder as she watch. Giggling. LP pouted for a second. "Why do you have to go!?" She asked as she got up and walked over to a pacman game. "isn't this retro??" She giggled playing a round.
TCblinked. "...because I've gotta get to the zoo bright and earlytomorrow...." she repeated herself, blinking softly. LP had suddenlyperked up...Khadira turned around, and upon spotting the small tiger, she became silent and ran off behind a tree to hide.
LP nodded softly, "sad, you can bed here tonight if you'd like." she yawned. Willow giggled. "Awww" she padded up towards where the plush had ran to.

Big Event: Concerning The Disappearance of TC and Khadira
There are reasons behind every disappearance. Some people wander off and get lost. Some people disappear because they no longer believe they fit in. Heck, some even get abducted by aliens! In TC's case, it isn't anywhere near as drastic. In fact, TC and Khadira have been- for the most part- hidden away in their cave with Ouijo and Rahj for the entire time.
Or maybe they weren't in the cave for such a long time.
You see, TC began to notice some changes in the way her life was going. As most of us know, TC had been rather lazy, and octing strangely at that. No matter how much sleep she got, she would often fall asleep while visiting the shop, awakening to find it mostly empty with her little friend boredly sitting on her lap. Thus, she decided to take a break. A vacation from nothing- considering she had no job and nothing special to do outside of marching band and the occasional walk to keep her little companions satisfied.
It was this vacation that drew her away from the Velveteen shop for many months. She figured nobody would miss her, considering the only one she had ventured to meet was the keeper of the velvet's shop. And LP, who she had known for many, many years. Without so much as a goodbye, she disappeared, dragging Ouijo, Rahj, and Khadira with her.
Where the went off too, however, remained unknown. In fact, so unknown did TC want it to be that she packed up their things and found a nice new cave on the other side of the forest. Sure, it was the same distance away from the shop as the old cave had been, but TC wasn't even concerned about that. Perchance she'd never even go there again, save for an occasional visit as Khadira grew. Maybe.
TO BE CONTINUED...

Trick Or Treat, Little One
It was nearly Halloween by now, with the autumn leaves nearly all fallen to the earth, cold and dead and the bronzed trees turning even darker- or so it seemed- as did the sky. Late October, then, we'll say. But not quite Halloween yet.
Not that it mattered, really. TC, herself, did not much celebrate Halloween. The most she ever really did was take her little 'family' out to do something new for the night. In fact, there were a few 'holidays' TC did not celebrate. While she DID celebrate Christmas, Easter and birthdays, and even some of the stupid holidays (for instance, International Talk Like A Pirate Day was one of her favorites), TC refused to celebrate Valentine's day. Usually. Save for an occasional bit of chocolate- what teenager could resist that? Even weird wolf-hybrids like TC liked their occassional clump of the goey brown sweet. But Halloween... Halloween was something TC hadn't really been into since a very, very young age. And even then, she only liked the costumes and candy. The cold nearly killed her every year. So, as it was, it was highly unlikely that Khadira was going to know much about Halloween, and the sweet treats that were derived from it. In fact, TC had planned to keep Halloween a secret from the little cat for as long as possible. It was cruel, yes, but TC couldn't stand to think of what the kitten would do should she find out what was just around the corner. After all, it was sweets that kept the little cat so in tune with the happy things in life.
Tonight, however, TC had actually planned to leave the safety of their little home and take the trio- and Rahj- somewhere. Anywhere. Even TC was finally starting to bore of the house. They were getting ready- and like a mother with twins, TC was nearly in tears at the situation. As she tried to pull the long black trenchcoat on over her black sweater and dark blue jeans, she had- also- to chase the little clouded leopard around and try to fit her into this cute little green jacket she had sewn. Simultaneouly, she kept having to urge Ouijo to get out of bed and get ready to leave. He didn't want to go, Khadira was just too darn hyper and excited to slow down her running through the house and messing up the moss rugs, and TC was loosing it. And, as luck would have it, TC finally caught the little beast and pulled her to her chest just in time to hear a knock on the door.
What the?
Very few people knew about the family's little cave. Even fewer people wandered this way through the woods. TC hadn't seen LP in quite a while since she started her internet courses, and even Willow was too 'grown up' to come play with Khadira- which explained a lot about why the little girl was naught but a blazing ball of energy. TC wasn't really close to anybody else these days; the few friends she had made weren't close enough to waste their time walking all that way just to come here. So who, then, could be on the door step? With her hands full, TC managed to make her way to the door or open it with her feet, muttering a "Hang on!" Through clentched teeth as she managed to carry the little homemade green jacket between her lips. But as the wooden door opened (and nearly fell off the hinge), and TC gazed outside... there was nothing. Nothing at all save a bit of wind and the rustling leaves which billowed in from the trees around them.
"...Hmn... must've been the wind." Was all TC could say before trying to close the door with her giant feet- which was a task in itself. Paranoid as ever. But, as she closed the door, she felt Khadira slip out of her hands and race out the door. "KHADIRA! WAIT! GET BACK HERE! YOU NEED YOUR COAT!" TC screamed, opening the door. But Khadira was gone, and TC knew she was in big trouble.
Until she looked down. At her feet stood Khadira which her face buried in a giant gift bag full of chocolates and other sweets. Chocolates- something horrible for a feline. Flipping out suddenly, she grabbed Khadira by the neck and pulled her from the bag, dropping her on the floor inside the house and holding her back with her foot. The jacket, which had fallen from her mouth to the floor, was kicked aside as TC attempted to hold the little cat back and reach out the door to pick up the raided candy bag at the same time. "Don't EVER do that again Khad! You know what could be in this crap? Stupid, cruel people out there could've po...." She paused, reading the tag.
From IRIS?!?!
Well, this was a surprise. The bag was a nice light blue and white color with pumpkins on the front. It was filled the brim with candy- a few on the top bitten in half already. Well, she could rest assured that it wasn't poisoned, at least.
Taking the giant bag, she shrugged softly and placed it up on a high shelf, out of reach- even for the little leopard. While the girl could climb a tree, it was nearly impossible for her to climb pure stone. "Stay out of that, alright?"
Khadira could've cared less about TC's over-protective, paranoid nature. She jsut gazed up at the bag with her long tail flickering and the cutest little kitten eyes one could imagine and licked her lips, letting out a pitiful little 'MEW'. TC sighed and scruffed her head softly. It was going to be so hard keeping Khad from this holiday, she knew that for a fact. Tossing her a small butterscotch from the bag, she ended her 'lesson' with no more than a sigh and 'Now get your coat on. We're gonna be late." and a little smile.
And for once, Khadira did just as she was told. Or, almost. (She had to eat her butterscotch first, afterall).

BACK TRACK, RP with LP and Willow, 1/24/2005:
Into the shop she came, one who hadn't been seen much, and definately not that recently. A soft yawn was the only sound she made as she paused, stretching out with a soft grunt and then returning to normal position. Her hazel eyes scanned the room, head tilted to the side. The two wolf ears atop her head were pricked foreward for a moment before falling backwards atop her mousey brown hair once again. Quietly, she made her way across the wooden floor towards the furthest away couch. The tick-tock of her watch would've normally been enough to drive her insane... but she was too tired. Long, white wolf tail dragged behind her against the floor, picking up dust like a broom or mop would. She then plopped down on the couch, staring at the shop, which appeared empty at the moment. Finally, some peace. Overly-sized paws were relieved of their duties for the moment. Silence. One of her worst fears. The bags under her eyes had grown drastically since her last visit, seemingly enough to soon swallow her face whole. She swallowed hard, leaning her head against the cushions behind her, a newly-placed chain wrapped thrice around her neck- once tightly, the second looser, the third hanging off of her a bit. Reaching up with her metal-clawed forepaws, she proceeded to tuck them back under her shirt for protection before falling limp once again. A soft sigh followed. She was so tired that she couldn't fall asleep? Wonderful. Just wonderful.
LP mutters softly as thru the snow one last time before her and willow heaed off to some beach to stay for a while... and before her and moo would actully meet up on an adventure LP entered the toychest shaking off the snow from her hair. Again drenched in it from chest down for some of the piles had grown almost to her hight. She sighed letting willow from her coat before taking it off. Leaning afterwards on a wall she noticed her old friend.* Safe tonight eh? *she didn't know if TC knew or not but 'least she can kid 'round 'bout it without fear. Thrice almost strangled to death, thrice escaping how could she be so lucky? Next time she might not.* Rare to see you here. Willow noticed TC and headed over to her shivering. Finally some fur to curl up in other than her own. She leapt onto TC's lap and curled up in the fuzzy white tail. Which now would have a ball of orange fluff. Willow chuffed, happily. As she dozed off.
TC was paranoid now, the tiredness havng full control of her mind. The room seemed to spin in circles before her eyes, and the small orange ball of fluff wasn't taken much consideration to whereas TC was already seeing colorful spots before her eyes. Howeve,r jlt was given as LP entered, speaking to her. Ears pulled forth, gaze staring over as her as she began to shake harder than she already was. Paw was pulle dto chest, over her heart, gasp given as she began to sruggle to catch her breathe. "DARN YOU LP! Don't DO that!!!" She said, a appearance coming across her face. "Yea.... well... What can I say?"
*LP snickered* your wrose than me. Spazzy DAZZY! *she chuckled and sat on the floor* it's freezeing out there I'm gunna go to the nearest island and chill out. How've you been thou it's been a while since our last run in. Which afterwards turned slightly deadly for some odd reason. *willow looked up to TC blinking before clawing into TC's tail trying to fluff it up.* MROWL!?
TC sighed softly, tilting her head the side, ears pulled back. "you try being so tired that you can't..." She paused for a minute. "...deadly? Why would..?" She paused. "My gawsh, I'm tired." She said, leaning her head back agaisnt the wall, paw covering her eyes.
As Willow churned little tiger claws against her tail, she twiched a bit, ignoring the tingle against her tail for a moment. She had just realized it was Willow, gentle shiver given. *Shurgs* Dont worry 'bout it. You should get some rest thou. You look tried. *willow murred and looked up at tc, and then went to nuzzling her arm.*
Nodding to LP, she forced a weak smirk. "I'll try..." Leaning down to the tiger, she nuzzled it back, a soft "murr" escaping before pulling herself into a tight little ball on the couch, careful not to knock her tail out of it's current boundaries as not to upset the young tiger. Soft snuggled was given as she laid her paws under her cheek, lying her weight firmly against the couch, chains dangling against the pillows.
*LP chuckled watching TC and willow. She found it rather amusing* I'll be back in a sec I've gotta do something. TC mind watching Willow for me and keep her outa trouble? *she blinks softly* *willow's eye's widened and she looked over at LP with her head tilted*
"I..." She paused, a yawn coming to her. "... guess." She muttered, chin lying upon her paws as she curled up tighter, trenchcoat wrapped tightly about her frame now. "what could she POSSIBLY get into that I can't handle..." She shivered softly.
*LP looked at TC* you would be surpized.... VERY surpized. I'll be back within then fifteen minutes. *With that LP dissapered out the door* *Willow smiled... hrmm this would give her a chance to wreak a little havoc. She looked at the close to dozing TC, and hopped off her tail running over to the shelves and jumped up on the lowest one* Rowl!
TC chuckled softly to herself, pausing only to yawn, a small groan followed. "You heard LP, Willow. Stay out of trouble. Don't go knocking anything over or chewing up any of these plushies. I'm poor as it is, and I'm sure LP wouldn't be too happy if she had to replace something..." She muttered softly, staring around the room with dialated pupils.
*Just 'cause she wasn't supose to mess up anything she could still cause enough trouble if possible. She ran along the shelves jumping to the next and slid to a stop. Waiting....* Rowl!? *she caled looking around listening for that quite voice, maybe she could get it to help?*
TC watched the small tiger carefully, head cocked to the side, ears pulled back. Awkward behavior it was, calling to the air. A soft shrug was given as she rolled onto her back, arms pulled to her side, tail dangling from the side of the couch as she glared up at the ceiling, possibly counting the tiles or wood slats to try and get some rest. "Willow.. I'm warning you...." she muttered, almost inaudibly. "You don't want me to have to get up..."
*willow snickered. The voice was back.... she'd have some fun now if she could understand them they can understand her. *LP walked in* Willow we need to get! *she looked to TC* hope she's not been a bother. If you wanan crash here you can or you can head to my place, you know where it is and crash.
TC had already fallen asleep, into a deep sleep it seemed. She was rather quiet in dreamworld.. for now. She nodded softly subconciously, but was too far gone to pay a notice.
*LP dissapered off with willow close behind* night TC......
