Ladies, Gentlemen, and other members of the Refuge.

Due to complications with real life known as college, our friend and Vice Captain Yoder has left for a while. He hopes to return from time to time, but not permanently for a long time. He is a good friend and his abscense will be felt.

Never the less, I prefer to have a Vice Captain. As such, after some consideration a candidate has been found. One that is a resident for a long time, always kind and helpful, and frankly a joy to talk with. Her randomness and welcoming personality make her fun to be around and I am very happy to announce her promotion.

Electric Kool Aid is our new Vice Captain, and I am sure she will be wonderful at it.
