 The thin clouds danced through the crisp blue sky like leaves in fall. Lovelee awaited for her first autumn. She wanted to feel the cold winds, and she wanted to hear the wolves howling, and watch the geese flying south for warmer plains. All in due time, Dmitrria would tell her, all in due time. Lovelee let her hooves take her, and she followed the wind to a patch of forest.
She was little wary of forest. She had seen the skinwalker Sirus and thought him to be even more wicked then her father (although she would never tell him that). But she knew that she could possibly defend her self if a threat were to come, and she could always call her mother with the call of a love bird. Lovelee paced herself as she stepped into the forest, humming a song that a mocking bird carried to her mother.

Finally pulling himself to his feet from laying on the side of a lake he shook off. He stretched his hind legs and started to walk. He was thankful that it wasn't really hot out today since then he'd be even more lazy. "C'mon Klei!" He shouted at himself trying to wake himself up. After stomping the ground a few times he bolted off. The air being rushed at his face slowly started to wake him up. Though his speed wasn't as fast as usual so it didn't wake him up nearly as quick as it would have normally. He ran along and past the lake he was laying at then came to a forest. His normal plan was to not enter the forest but he heard a noise which made he come to a sudden halt.
Turning to face the forest, with ears perked, he listened again. He didnt hear anything this time but he would have sworn something was there. So stepping off his usual path he entered the forest. Klei never really explored the forest before so knowing his luck he'll get lost. Oh well. Not long after entering he heard that sound again. It sounded similar to some of the birds he normally passed while running. "Mmmm... I wonder where they are..." Klei said aloud while looking around. At this point he's assuming they are just everyday birds so he was thinking he'd pay them a visit.

Lovelee's ears perked and swiveled. No one was around, so she hummed a little bit louder. The shadow of the forest made the black on her pelt look so rich, she was in awe; but she never really liked being in the forest so seeing her pelt so lovely would be a once in awhile treat. Through her humming, she heard a crack of a twig and she spun herself around. Nothing.
"Phew." She sighed and turned around, walking deeper into the forest. As she wandered deeper into the forest flowers began to bloom and little creatures hobbled and hopped out. Small nuisances. Lovelee smiled as a small raccoon crossed her path, it looked up at her with big yellow eyes as she hummed her tune.

With Klei entering a place he never really got around to explore he made sure to take each step carefully. It wasn't for the fear of crushing a small animal or someones home it was more so that he didn't trip over something and fall. He found himself turning his head back every so many minutes, probably to assure himself he new where he came in and wouldn't get lost. While his head was turned he noticed that his tail stood out. Since the forest was darker then the field his dark coat blended in more then his white mane and tail.
Klei sighed again and continued forward, leaping over a fallen log landing with a thud. As he jumped over the log the landing startled a few small animals that apparently was living there. They let out their loud cries which ended up starting Klei as well. The sudden cries made Klei bolt. Not even knowing what he was running away from he ran, weaving in and out of trees jumping over any logs or rocks that crossed his path.
He eventually stopped when he heard the humming again. Though this time it was much louder then before. "Hmm...." He turned his head to the side and perked his hears. He slowly started walking in the direction the humming came from until he noticed something in the distance. It was a little raccoon that was walking about. "Raccoon....?" Klei said to himself. He wasn't expecting to find a raccoon where the sound was but as the raccoon stopped he noticed it seemed to be looking at something. But what?
Klei didn't move much closer but more to one side to go around some trees that was blocking his veiw. As the trees cleared up he noticed a mare. Was she the one making that sound? He thought to himself. Well no matter. Klei turned his head to leave but grew more curious on how the mare would take being crossed by a raccoon so he stayed.
