ok people i think we should get this straight we all know guitar hero is a great game and all bt i think its coming to an end very soon...after Guitar Hero:World Tour, Guitar Hero Metallica,and Guitar Hero Jimmi Hendrix im thinking that'll be the gh series and tey'll be working on some kind of rockband series....so then heres our plan....after guiar hero jimmi hendrix(heard from a semi-relyable source that its the last game)we should move to a different guild most likely a rock band one like the offical rock band guild ive heard so much about to keep up-to-date on everything...a few more things
1.for posting this i might get kicked from te guild
2.we should probably add every1 so we can keep in touch
3.i really cant think up a third reason but every good plan has something 3rd in it so i put this here xd
and you know that sounds ike a good plan to me so post what you think here

Well, I can't be sure if the series will end, but even if it does, I don't have Rockband crying
But my friend is getting it, and he wants to start a Rockband, so I'm glad I can play guitar, because the guitar in Rockband doesn't seem as difficult as GH3.

yea itsnot that hard to play the only thing i dont like about the game is i dont like most of the songs

yea, some are good though, and when we do start our band, our ace song will either be Enter Sandman(Metallica), or Welcome Home(Coheid and Cambria) cool

I honestly have to agree. The Guitar Hero series has to end sometime soon,but Rock Band will probably still keep going.

Harmonix has been making music games for years, while Neversoft started with GH3. I have a feeling that Harmonix will be around for awhile with the RB series, but who the hell knows where Neversoft is going with GH.
Seriously, Neversoft has been milking the series for everything it's worth. With main series, the [Insert Famous Band Here] spin-offs, the DS games, and let's not forget about the cell phone games coming soon (if not out now).
I don't know, it just seems like Neversoft is just trying to make loads of cash, rather than release quality material.

Hey, your entiled to your opinions and views. I won't kick you for that.
But remember, this guild is about Guitar Hero.
Technically, any game that uses a piece of plastic to hit notes comming down the screen falls into that category. We don't need to move.
Also, a side note.
IF we were to add everyone, that would be about 6 pages of friends we probably won't even talk to. Lol

thats not true
gutar hero jimi hendrix is only the last one they have planned but they are going to make more and im almost sertain about that. its like they haven't talked about guitar hero world tour when guitar hero two was out so yea i believe that there will be more because its not like guitar hero doesn't get any money. and if so then yea rock band will be good but then what will happen when thats over we need good music games they are the only ones that will last gererations. don't get me rong but shooters are great but i might get bord of them like my parents dont like them. music games everyone likes(those who could play them) my parents evn like my guitar hero(they suck tho they play easy XD) and thats pretty much it. they r hard to please when it comes to video games

they have announced guitar hero greatest hits where they put the best songs out of all the guitar heros and they add drum and vocal tracks to them. they have also announced after that to have guitar hero van halen. they might not make hendrix because they have already made 2 hendrix track packs on world tour but the other two i have mentioned were announced.
