for example: look at your monarchs. if you were running a monarch deck, it would make more sense to have all the different kinds. but since it looks more like you want to go for field destruction, maybe pick two and have two copies of them (personally, I'd probably go with two Zaborg and two Mobius). also, I don't own the card, so I might have this wrong, but doesn't Dekoichi require at least one of that freight car monster? I've forgotten the name of it, but I think the effect says you only get to draw one for each of those on the field.
Monarchs don't use all different types, and should never use all different types. Some monarchs aren't even worth playing.
The standard and best monarch list is 1 Raiza, 3 Caius, and 2 Thestalos. Being that Raiza and Caius can hit anything on the field depending on the situation, and that Thestalos can hit anything in the hand, the 3 together offer the most control. Granmarg, Zaborg, and Mobius all have limitations of what they can hit and destroy, hence why they're no longer played.
Dekoichi is a flip, you draw one card regardless. If has a second effect where you draw 1 additional card, for every face-up Bokchoi the Frightening Car you have on the field.
