Colour scheme/patters: Sky blue with green face-color. Tangerine orange wing-feathers and tail-feathers. Yellow feet and beak. If you want to add any markings of any color, feel free.
Edits: Goggles like these with a dark green rim and light blue lens; black cord. It's around his neck-area. It'd be great if there was a red ribbon tied around the black cord and the long part of the strip hung down.
