Located pretty far north in Kyoto at the Fushimi District lies a large library located close to a beautiful waterfall. The Kyoto Library was built over a hundred years ago, and the location was chosen so that readers may have a comfortable and beautiful natural environment by the lake, forests, and waterfall to create a very serene scenery.
Being built in the NengÅ era in the late 1800s, the library looks like an older but massive Japanese temple, but inside the decor is far more modern. The library itself is quite massive, housing books on three sets of floors; the first, second, and basement, and the information there is phenomenally extensive to the point that it would impress even the most avid of readers. Like Library island, it is said that there is almost no book here you can not find. But with it's size having nothing on Mahora's Library island, that couldn't be true.
Still, the library is quite large and is renowned for it's extensive topics of books and beautiful outside scenery for readers.

[Tatsumi comes from Kyoto's train station; arriving.] The train had come to its next stop; the Fushimi District. Unlike most of the urban setting that littered all of Kyoto, this particular area was... calming. Their were far fewer building then one would expect, a few nearly empty streets, and further down was a beautiful lake and waterfall with a large pagoda like building nearby the lakeside. Even the train station itself they had arrived at seemed nearly barren, only a few people small groups of people being there at most. Overall, it was safe to say that this was the quieter part of Kyoto, and had barely been tainted by the urbanism and technology that reached everywhere else. It was the perfect sanctuary for someone to find peace of mind.
The entire ride, Tatsumi had been quiet, but even more than usual. Normally, he would at least speak his mind here and there, providing his views or thoughts on a conversation when he felt it was necessary. But this time, even as the train was slowing down, he had not made a sound. Instead he just kept a distant gaze in his eyes while he had his head turned towards the window, leaning the side of his face on his hand while he seemed to be reflecting on something.*~Bing~* -Now arriving to North Kyoto-Fushimi District.- The voice of the train conductor echoed over the speakers. But even as the train came to a slow halt, Tatsumi hadn't budged, he didn't blink. It was like he had been completely absent in his state of mind, the icy look in his eyes looking even emptier than usual.

Regan gets up and stretches a bit as they arrive at their stop, looking out the window and smiling a bit before noticing that Tatsumi... had not seemed to react. "Tatsumi-sensei." She nudges him gently, trying to get his attention. "We're here." She looks at the other two, wondering if they had noticed his lack of... speaking during the ride here, and now his lack of attentiveness to the train announcement. It was strange. He seemed like someone who would be ever-alert, but... it seems as though everyone has their downtime, huh?

((I know I didn't post in the Train Station, for the ride here, so I'm just going to pick it up here...))
{Nodoka comes from the Kyoto Train Station, arriving.}
Regan was a little silly, thinking that the others would treat her differently if they knew she was wealthy. How silly! Regan was Regan, poor or rich. It didn't take too long for the train to get to the Fushimi District. Nodoka had been quiet during the trip, but that was just her usual state. But, although Tatsumi had seldom ever said words, he just seemed..different today. Getting up at the same time Regan did, Nodoka snuck a look at Tatsumi. He looked a little absent-minded. Maybe he was getting sick...

Blinking a few times when he heard his name called, Tatsumi lifted his head from his hand and looked back and forth for a moment, realizing where he was. It seemed to take him a few seconds to register what had happened and to shake off the solemn thoughts he had plaguing his mind, but with a slow nod, he stood up from his seat, taking hold of his case as he did. "I'm fine. Just thinking about someone, that's all..." He said bluntly, able to grasp his usual tone and hide any sign of weakness that may have nearly come out while he looked at the students. They all seemed to be looking at him, making him feel a tad unsettled about the situation he was in. But he managed to shake that off the best way possible; he changed the subject.
"Come on, let's go." Was his simple statement. He had not forgottin that he promised Regan only two hours, and starting now, they clock had begun ticking. The library wasn't far at all from here, and so it was time to see what can be found. So, walking past the students and getting ahead of them, he had his back to them before getting off the train first, once again walking quickly as if he wanted them to stay behind him at all times.

Regan blinks softly. Whoa, WHOA, what?! Tatsumi was thinking about someone? Who could it be? It seemed... completely unlike him. She looks at Nodoka and Yue, stunned, before watching as the guidance councilor got off the train. "Well... let's go, then." She rubs the back of her head before getting off, herself, and following behind Tatsumi. He was walking rather fast, and it didn't seem like it would have been like him to loose himself like that... Maybe she'd talk to Negi about it, at some point. In the mean time, there was research to be done~!

Walking quick again?! Tatsumi was definitely different today. Just how much about him had he kept secret to everyone? What kind of person was he under that cold exterior? Right now, Tatsumi was far away from the back of the train, and Nodoka had to run to catch up with the counselor. She was excited now, about looking at books, but she still kept Tatsumi's behavior in mind.

Once he had stepped off the train, Tatsumi nearly cringed as his sensitive eyes were greeted by the sunlight that had shined directly at them, giving them a rather 'warm' greeting. He got over it quickly though, shaking his head once again ever so slightly before he spotted the library off in the distance. All around the place was much calmer than the rest of Kyoto. It was kind of like untouched and untamed wilderness still, and the only building nearby besides a log cabin inn was the miraculous site of the library, built in an old fashioned style that looked almost like a small pagoda. He didn't say a word though, nor did he even take the time to observe the sites of the calm like, the roaring waterfall, or the sounds of nature at peace. He did however slow his pace just a little, but it was still a walk that seemed quicker than normal until he entered the library.

Regan walks beside Nodoka, putting a hand on her shoulder and pulling back a bit. "Don't walk so fast, you'll just tire yourself out again. Relax, take it easy." She smiles gently and pokes her cheek before keeping pace beside the timid girl. When would Tatsumi decide it was best to divulge to the two who they were going to research, anyway...? Probably when they got there, again, seeing as the books would help them to persuade the two to research something so seemingly far-fetched, at first. Tatsumi was probably counting the time as it passed, already, seeing as they had arrived in the vicinity of the library...

Easy for Regan to say don't walk too fast. Regan looked fit, and she was fit. Don't walk so fast? If Nodoka didn't walk that fast, the others would leave her behind easily. Nodoka did slow her pace down, but she was still walking faster than she usually would. No need to keep Tatsumi waiting, anyway. Approaching the library, Nodoka was awestruck at he beauty of it. She hesitated to go in, since she wanted to admire the nature-influenced beauty.

((sorry 'bout the Lag ^^' )) Yue had spaced out for a little while. she was also thinking about someone. she snapped back to reality when she saw that the others had gotten off. Yue had also noticed out of the corner of her eye that something was different about Tatsumi today. Speeding up to catch Tatsumi, she waited until her breathing was normal to say her next words. "Tatsumi-sensei, are you sick? You don't seem like your normal self." She whispered in his general direction.

Regan wasn't going to walk ahead of Nodoka after telling her to not walk so fast, of course, choosing to keep pace with her to not contradict herself. She, too, admires the beauty of her surroundings, looking at the waterfall and the gorgeous structure in front of them, smiling and looking it over. "Wow... it's wonderful." She smiles and nods her approval, still looking around as she approaches the building.
((Ok, I have a football game to watch with some friends at school, and I'm not sure how long it'll be, so the following is that you all don't have to wait on me! Just put this in play when they get inside so you guys can all get into the restricted area with all the rare books and stuff. ^^))
Once they were inside, Regan would approach the girl at the front desk, presenting the pommel of her blade, which bears her family seal. "I and my party have business in the restricted section." (Party as in a group of people with her. Not a party party. Just to be clear. >>; )
((I'll leave the NPC actions up to Shadow or something~ See you guys later! ^^))

Nodoka appreciated Regan staying with her, when the busty girl could've easily gone with the rest of the group ahead. Walking into the library with Regan, Nodoka jumped back a few paces after Regan had presented the pommel of her blade. There certainly wasn't any hacking going on today, was there. Nodoka was relieved that she'd only shown the family seal, and not given the girl at the front desk a good slashin'. Why was Regan carrying around a a blade anyway? Then again, some girls at Mahora carried around things, like swords, and guitar cases.
((Hope you have a good time watching the football game.))

((Have fun. =D ))
As Tatsumi had entered the library, both Regan and Nodoka seeming to take their time, he was a little impressed to see that it was Yue of all people to stay at his pace; someone of her small stature probably had to have jogged to keep up with him until he reached the library. He casually raised an eyebrow at her question she said to him in a lower tone as they entered, a bit uncertain as to why anyone would show concern to him, but Yue had asked the question none the less, leaving him searching for the right answer. He came to a stop, giving Regan and Nodoka the time to catch up unknowingly, even so much that Regan had approached the front desk before them. But still, without missing a beat in what to say, he turned the question towards her instead. "I should be asking you the same. You fainted yesterday morning and had looked exhausted for the remainder of the day." He said rather bluntly, even if it was his own way of showing concern. He had not forgotten about what happened yesterday, and quite frankly, Yue was an important student to him whether he would admit it or not; so her well being was just as important.
The receptionist seemed busy at the moment. Even as the library was nearly empty for some reason, having only a few people in the silence, the young woman at the front desk was scanning book after book, registering them on file. It seemed that this library was always growing and getting more books in by the day. But, as busy as she was, the woman came to a very sudden halt when she saw what Regan had shown off, her eyes actually widening a bit as she nearly dropped the book she had in her hand and the scanner. "I um... y-yes miss Hiryuu. Your party h-has full access, even to the basement floor. Th-thank you for coming today." The woman at first had seemed stiff and cold, but when Regan had shown off the family symbol, she had quickly reached under the desk and pulled out four small slips of paper with a strange symbol stamped on them that represented a japanese styled dragon but with a calm and relaxed expression upon it's face as it lied in a pile of books; clearly being the symbol to this library. The tickets, while possessing them would allow the four to even go into the library's restricted sections.

((Well, I'm going to go eat dinner soon, so I'll leave Nodoka in your hands.))
Being in a famous family sure had it's perks. Had Nodoka approached the woman, the woman probably would've sent her away with a shooing motion of her hand. But, Nodoka was just a normal student at Mahora. Regan, on the other hand, was part of a well-known family. Still, Nodoka refused to treat Regan any different than she already had. Taking her own ticket, and leaving the rest to Regan, Nodoka looked at the ticket. A small piece of paper, but it held joy in it. The private sections of the library, accessed! Some book-lovers would give an arm and a leg just to get to do that.
