I'd just like to say, if it weren't for the stubble he wouldn't look so much like House, he'd look like his character from Fortysomething who is less attractive. But damn optical nerves tell me this is attractive.
he went without the stubble for the movie "Street Kings"... it was interesting to hear him do the American accent without looking like House (I saw an interview with him afterwards, in which he mentioned that since his first scene in the movie is in a hospital, he instinctively wanted to start limping
