I'm excluding Legato and Wolfwood, since they are really in a class by themselves. I'm also skipping Livio the Double Fang and Razlo the Tri-Punisher of Death, since they count with Wolfwood as part of the Eye of Michael. And there is only room for 10 choices in a poll. crying

Im going to say Monev the Gale, he was the first one to truly unleash Vashs wrath. plus the fact he had to giant gattling guns strapped to his arms is cool. Legato pwns all tho. Best Villan Anywhere

Umm... You're forgetting Wolfwood, Livio, Razlo, and Chapel.... And the action figure only character, Gazelle the Peacemaker. That's five Gung-Ho Guns you're forgetting. 7 if you include the other two forms of Zazie the Beast (that hot chick, and that weird disco guy), but I'll let that slide.
