I'm a petite girl with a bird's frame, and both of my doctors say that I am healthy, but I'd like to gain some weight anyway. I get tired of the "eat more" comments I get from people and I would also like to have a slightly higher BMI.
I exercise but I have been afraid of exercising too much weight off. I eat good portions and I eat healthy (lots of veggies, fruits, and lean meat, no dessert, no junk food), so any 'eat whatever you want' tips will be thrown out.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not horribly underweight or anything, I just lose weight real easily and would like to know a way to quickly gain a few pounds back.

You shouldn't be jealous. I have a health condition that superspeeds my metabolism sometimes which can be quite dangerous.
I love peanuts; & I would love the recipe for the cookies if you've got it. biggrin
