Her eyes werent the color of Sapphires..They were more teal like the ocean, though againstr her dark pelt, they looked bright as a star. Her father always told her she had the prettiest eyes, though, all her family had gorgeous looks. She wasnt sure what had connected her parents..Her mother thinking she was a bird, and her father being a vampire who lurked the night and drank blood from small animals. But the two were very much in love, and foals only seemed to have brought around the happiness to stay.
She had been leaving her familys side more and more frequently lately..Getting the urge to exploore and get out on her own. She adored being alone, though she also adored the attention when she wasnt alone.
The Small Uni took after her father in more ways than one. She even had developed her fathers accent after much practicing..So Bitty was indeed a little English Muffin in ehr fathers eyes.
Her mother treated the foals like chicks, and always was trying to round them into a bush if she thought danger was coming.
But tonight, Bitty was exploring the forest..Her eyes keen and her head wise. She was a strong filly..A very rude one, but strong nonetheless.

The violet & silver filly took after her sire in looks; perhaps a bit paler, with sparkles lining her back. Dark gray roamed up from hoof to knee like a haze settling over the land...all except one leg. Like momma, Akiilani's foreleg was dipped in crimson. And she had Carmine's eyes.
Perhaps moreso, she took after Tavarii in personality. A sneak-away. Checking to make sure both parents were fully enveloped in what they were doing, the wingless, simple foal darted out of sight.
Out of sight = out of mind.
And in the forest, between trees, she noticed a sapphire and aqua filly with a strange spike on her forehead. With a grin, she pranced like a deer over to the nameless stranger, head held high and eyes bright.

Bitty had met her fair share of foals, as her mother was very social, and tended to throw the foals together in an attempt for friends. What Birdy didnt realize is that it made Bitty want to curl away and let the others leave her be.
But her mothers heart was in the right place, as it generally always was.
"You there!" Her classic hello, as she never seemed to know what the word 'Hello' meant. She despised being friendly, and usually only did so as her father coached her.
"Who would you be?" She asked, looking the filly over. She had one single red foreleg, and her back legs were traced with darkness. It caused Bitty to look down her own legs, at the bird like designs she sported.

The other's chilly choice of words made Lani stop in her tracks. 'You there'? What kind of greeting was that?
Oh well! "Hello, hello!" she chirped back, dancing over with a flick of her tail. "Who would I be? I be Akiilani!" This was said with a bark of laughter and a small buck.
"And you? What's with the spikey thing on your head? Can't that hurt something?"

Bitty smiled and shook her head. "I dont have to be nice all the time." She said, and she meant it..She told her father and mother that all the time. They didnt seem to believe her.
"My name is Bitty.. Little Bit, actually, but Bitty is what I prefer to go by." Her slight accent was audible, though not as rough as Spikes tended to be.
"Spikey thing? Dear filly, thats a horn.Im a Unicorn." She said with a nod. And hurt somebody??
"And I suppose I could.. Though I dont really..feel like hurting anything.." She said with anod.

Akiilani lifted her red-splashed leg up to her chest, nosing the horn atop the bitty filly's head. Her eyes were wide, as was her grin. "I want one. How do I get one?" she asked excitedly. A unicorn... She had to have a horn. She had to!
Prancing to the side, she gave a twisting buck and a giggle when she landed nearly in another bush. "Dad says that nice mares are sometimes too nice," she said. "He says he loves Mom cuz she's a spitfire."
