Private RP between me and Umicho, please do not post unless asked to ^-^ The world now was still strange to her, and having a body was even stranger. The evil in this one was on par with her own, but the good slightly outweighed that. She had already seen one like her, but she wanted to meet another. Stretching, she looked at the setting sun. It was beautiful, the orange, blue and red hues.

A soft wind brushes past Aradel as he walks through a rocky area, looking for a more comfortable place to lay down in the sun. The two lions in his den were driving him up the wall...he just had to get some free time. Away from a hyperactive cub and a goody-two-shoes lioness. He smiles once he reaches a grassy area, walking onto it. The long cool grass so welcome after a mile of rocks and dirt.

Sighing as the warm sun sunk lower, she decided to go and find a fairly sunny spot to enjoy the last bit of the day in. She went towards a large meadow she frequented, glad to see the grass was still healthy and growing. It was getting longer and she wondered when the herds would be migrating her to eat. Reaching a comfortable spot, she started to settle down, perking up as she caught the scent of someone approaching. She was all too happy to share her spot, if needed, so she stood up, a gentle smile on her face to welcome the approaching lion.

Aradel stretches a little then continues through the grass, his ears twitching as he hears something moving nearby. He heads in the direction of the noise, then spots another lion...a lioness. After a moment he approuches as the wind blows past him. The lioness he sees seems very unique, which peaks his curiousity. A smile crosses his face as he moves closer. "Hello there."

"Hello as well." She bows respectfully, sneezing a bit as she catches a noseful of grassblades. "Are you looking to enjoy the sun's warmth?" She asks, her voice quiet and gentle. Here was someone new she had never seen before, and she hoped he would stay and chat for a while. "The ground is nice and warm."

He bows his head slightly in return. His grin broadens seeing her sneeze, finding it cute in a way. "Yes. I'm looking for a nice place to relax in the grass." He uses as much gentleness as he can to show he is not always overly-confident. He looks at this new lioness with a smile. "Yes it is...Mmm...What is your name? Mine is Aradel."

"My name is-" She stops as her headband slides down into her eyes, blocking her eyes. Huffing, she continues on. "My name is Konoha. It is nice too meet you, Aradel. I like your name." She says before reaching up and tilting her headband so one eye shows. One was better than none and she knew her headband somehow liked this position.

He chuckles lightly watching her fight with the headband. "Konaha...I like your name as well. It's very unique." With a smile he sits down and extends his claws, running them through his mane to fix it a little. Though it is a habit, fixing his hair is a thing he does when thinking. "Your headband seems to be annoying to you. Why not tie it around your neck?"

"As is yours, Aradel." She thinks for a moment about his question before shrugging. "I don't really like having things on my neck. Makes me feel collared and not free." She layed back down where she was resting and patted the ground beside her. "There's room for another here." she invited, looking at the sun again. "And it seems we will only get maybe two or three more minutes of good sunlight."

Aradel nods giving a friendly smile. "If your sure, I'd enjoy laying in the sun here." With that he stretches, then lays down with a soft thud. He closes his eyes for a moment thinking about what she had said in a reply to his question, then speaks without opening his eyes. "You prefer being free rather than feeling tied down to one thing then eh? Mmm..." His eyes open a little as he just relaxes, rather enjoying the company. For once it was with another that did not irritate him. For that he feels very relaxed and greatful. "I suppose your right about the sun. Though I'm unsure of what I'll do when it gets colder."

"It is...very complicated to explain what i mean..." Tries to think about how best to words things, but gives up. "My apologies...i...Cannot seem to think correctly at the moment. But the best way to describe it is...i belive being jailed is what having a collar feels like to me." She sighs, knowing she had messed up. "I'm sorry if that doesn't make any sense." She watches the sun set, the sun itself turning red as it dips down below the horizon. "If you so wish, we can go to a cave i frequent. It's warm in there and i have a bit of food stashed. There's also a small spring there."

His smile fades when he sees the lioness next to him struggle, as if trying to word something that means something deeper. He places his paw gently on her shoulder, giving a reasuring pat. "I know what you mean. The feeling of being caged is...horrible. I was trapped once myself..." Aradel thinks to himself remembering that moment in his past, then quickly pushes it to the side. Perhaps another time he could share it, but not now. "If it is no trouble to you I'd like to accompany you. My den is over a mile's walk from here over dirt and rocks. The two lions can last without me for a while." He smiles gently pulling his paw away as he stands up.

Smiling gently at the touch of his paw, she relaxes. It was good to have a comerade at her side, and one that could possibly understand her pain. Getting up, she faces the direction in which her temporary den is. Grinning mischievously, She looks at Aradel. "Wanna race?" she asks happily. Running was one of her most favorite things in the world.

He grins as well, loving the idea of a chance to race. His tail swishes as he speaks. "Sounds like fun. First one there...hmm..." He brings his paw up to his chin in thought. "The winner should get something. Any ideas?" He smiles, happy she had relaxed. Maybe he could actually share things about his past that he could never share to the other two lions in the den.

"Hmmm...How about Winner gets...one request that the loser has to obey?" She offered. It didn't sound too hard as many times she had watched the children of the village do the same thing. Usually it was no more than 'go buy something' or 'tell so-and-so that...', so it all seemed fairly simple. She cricked her neck from side to side and loosened her posture, basically warming up. She was ready and she looked to him for confirmation.
