Needless to say, it is my own fault that many of my relationships have been ruined because of my belief in compatibility, via astrology. As an Aquarius, it is much said that we are incompatible with Virgo, Taurus, and every other feminine sign, but this is not how I would like to view it.
I want to be free of the stigmas that come with "compatibility". As I've heard before, compatible couples have just as much of a chance at ending a relationship than one that is incompatible. To me, that just blows the concept of sexual astrology way out of proportion. Now I'm lead to believe that we are compatible with whatever sign we choose to date, so long as we ourselves put up to the task of actually handling the relationship, instead of letting "fate" take its course.
Does anyone have a different view on sexual astrology?

Woah woah woah there, slow down mister Aquarian smile . I can see your intellect already shining but remember, Astrology in compatibilty is just a warning against the signs that may be incompatible. Such as a tauras. You may end up argueing because the Tauras hates change and you hate your thoughts being change yet you end up trying to change eachother. Buuuuuuut... that doesn't mean the relationship is HOPELESS... but it is one where you must learn why you may argue... so instead of giving up... if you love the person you may just have to accept that Tauran hates change and try to change them by doing it where they will want to change.
That's just an example... I fall in the category of a Leo where I get along better with positive signs better than negative but that doesn't mean I can't get along with only positive signs, it just means that I can put up with them better. It's knowing the problems that arise in relationships with incompatible signs that you need to know of. You know though which signs you like though, so make sure you trust your own instincts to learn more about them.

You need to keep in mind other aspects of their chart. I mean, if your Venus and Mars are compatible with this Virgos....then you have a better chance of being compatable that if they were in opposing signs such as Aquarius and Taurus.
Anyway, just remember that sun signs are not all defining. You have other influnces in your chart than just Aquarius, so before you go be like "We're not compatible" it would be wise to look at the whole picture and not just one aspect of it.

Though the biggest influence is the venus and moon in love too. Sun sign is important but the venus and moon are real prats with stuff. Venus makes different interests in love and the moon our emotional waves of thinking. Those can destroy a relationship sometimes other than the sun.

it all depends on motives.. some people never have experienced "love" because they are concerned with other things like: the money the looks the sex.
although most relationships like that end up is misery for one or the other, alot of times for both

And there's a difference between "relationship" and "sexual chemistry."
I have noticed that aspects between my Venus and guys' Mars will make for some intense stuff going on there (one of my friends/coworkers has his Mars conjunct to my Venus, only minutes apart and woooooow). Or I've taken kind of a shining to a fellow whose Moon is hanging around my own Moon and AC. But that doesn't mean I could build a stable relationship with that alone.
Every relationship takes work, there is no "happily ever after" etc etc obligatory stuff like that.

Kinda late on posting here, but i'll give it a shot.
Astrology should be used as a tool to enhance, not replace compatibility. If for whatever reason 2 signs aren't compatible it doesn't mean you two weren't meant to be. There is always taking into account the rest both of your charts but that seems to have been explained well already.
Both me and my bf are Aquarius. Most sexual astrology says that we are compatible but I have read some that 2 Aquarius people are a no-go. We became good friends before we became lovers and I used astrology to help enhance our chances of staying together (which seems to be working since we're been together 5+ years).
So all in all, use the power of astrology to enhance your relationship. 3nodding
