What media is this? looks like prisma or water color, but I'm probly trippin'

Their left foot doesn't quite sit right with me, it looks funny, like the bottom flesh is puffing out or something. Yet again, I'm probably tripping.

Overall great work, I'm terrible at coloring flesh, so anyone who can do it blows me away.
