Personally, this is no new news to me. But still, I'm looking forward to the "bringing it back" fighting they're trying to do. MK: Armageddon sucked.

The Wind Lord Zolaga Its_Rude_to_stare Personally, this is no new news to me. But still, I'm looking forward to the "bringing it back" fighting they're trying to do. MK: Armageddon sucked. yes I third that. The only good thing was the character selection. Otherwise, the generic fatality system was an epic fail. MK Vs. DC looks promising. There's a video of The Joker's fatality out right now.

The game looks alright, but it's always a huge mistake to mix up things that aren't made to be together. Sorry, but if you want to do a fighting game with DC characters, do one with DC only, and the same goes for MK, even if they had hard times building a good game after the flop of Armageddon. I don't know, these two just don't fit together, it's like mixing up Halo and X-Men, you just don't do that.
Not to mention that we'll probably not see some of the characters of both universes in the game, which won't help anything. Yes, we have Joker,

Sorry, but if you want to do a fighting game with DC characters, do one with DC only, and the same goes for MK, even if they had hard times building a good game after the flop of Armageddon. I don't know, these two just don't fit together, it's like mixing up Halo and X-Men, you just don't do that. Not to mention that we'll probably not see some of the characters of both universes in the game, which won't help anything. Yes, we have Joker, Meh. I'm still waiting for Doomsday or Darkseid to be announced on the DC side. How awesome would Goro vs. Darkseid be!?

Out of DC, it looks like they're focusing on the JLA and their counterparts. So that in mind, these are my predictions: Batman - Joker Superman - Lex Luthor (Power suit?) Green Lantern - Sinestro Flash - Gorilla Grodd Aquaman - Black Manta Wonder Woman - ??? Martian Manhunter - ???(That really lame fire guy?) They could do Doomsday and Darksied rather than have a Manhunter/WW enemy, which would make sense. They could also branch out more into Batman/Superman/Lantern and ignore the others. If they focused on Arkham, I can't see them including Freeze as he would just be a Sub Zero clone. Scarecrow/Riddler/Two-Face/Clayface/Penguin/Catwoman/Harley would all be either too simple of characters or too similiar to other characters. Poison Ivy could be in it as she has unique "powers", as could Firefly. They could also include more than just Hal Jordon. They could have in Kyle, Guy and John Stewart.

Really I would consider this nothing but a time waster for MK and a last minute resource for the MK fans to use their favorite characters for the last game, because Armageddon is supposedly the last game for MK and then it moves onto the next generation of the Mortal Kombat world.
But as everyone said, Armageddon sucked horribly, but alot of them say that the huge roster of characters was good, but that was the reason it sucked since alot of the characters were crippled because of some of their moves being toned down. And then you've got some characters with the same weapons, and no Fatalities for any of them, just the generic Create a Fatality s**t that never gave ANYONE time to do the moves, and worst of all the special moves were hard to pull off because of the crazy a** button combinations.
Also would MK be ignoring the Armageddon storyline? As in forgetting about Taven, Shujinko, and many others? Because for MK it seems like anyone before the 3D MK games because of the characters not being as good.
DC: No comment, just so out of place, but I don't care.

Yes, we have Joker, Marts, this is a continuation of the Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter rivalry. When CAPCOM came out with Marvel Superheroes vs Street Fighter or Marvel vs Capcom I/II, it was a matter of time before Midway would release MK vs DC.
