It was noon and the blue skies were being smothered by dark ominous clouds. A storm was coming was all the pink alicorn could think as he was flying. He looked down for a good place to land since he didn't want to dare flight during a storm. Seeing a good stretch of land he glided down but his balance was a bit off because of the winds that were picking up. All he could hope was that no other soquili would see him during this horrible landing.
Once he landed he looked around his wings folded back and he gave the sky a vicious snort. His knightly pride of his felt as if the sky was mocking him in a way. Turning away he looked around at his surroundings and noticed a cave, that could provide good shelter if needed. Swift Wind started to trot around to investigate the area before the rain was to come. Maybe someone might need his help?
He wouldn't mind spending some good alone time with a mare or two.

The young filly pranced through the forest. Not quite a foal, but not yet a mare, she still growing into those long, awkward legs and her frizzy puff of a mane was beginning to feel the effects of gravity to lay along her neck.
Long, graceful legs of twilight and ocean stepped nimbly over the pitted and bush-strewn ground of the forest. She had escaped from her family once more, though it was such a habit that she barely even considered it an escape these days. She thought briefly of her parents and smiled softly. They worried so much about her, but her wanderlust and curious nature refused to be tamed.
She knew a storm was coming, and that was the exact reason she was out here. Graceful head lifted, ears pricked forwards and nostrils wide as she scented the wind that blew that particular taste towards her. Rain. She felt a little thrill travail down her spine as she scented it, the strong, unique sent of cold air, water and damp vegetation.
Reaching the tree line she paused, peeking out in order to check that there was nothing bad that she would have to avoid. Seeing no one she stepped out, the fading light rippling along her coat of ocean swirls and dusky hues.

A crack of thunder made Swift Wind's guard rise up as he examined the area. His deep sky blue eyes kept look around for any sort of other life form. A drop of rain to his snot caused the stallion to shake his head and huff "Hmp, the skies today seem to be against me." perhaps this was bad luck? Oh no he was falling into a superstition that the mare he knew kept babbling about. The rain's drops seem small and it was for sure an early sign of the storm.
The dark skies sparked lightening streaks and the roaring thunder, he wasn't about to head in that cave just yet. He kept himself a good distance from any tree he walked near and now that the earth's land was being moisten by the rain he found it difficult to pick up scents other then wet. Though he did smell a faint scent and it was Soquili "Anyone out there?" the alicorn proceeded to follow the faint scent. The scent lead him towards some trees and he stopped before them. Looking around trying to catch sight of the Soquili that was in the area.
"Hello..?"

The first cold drop hit her warm cost, making her jump. Soon.. soon she would have her rainstorm. Grinning she flicked her head, mane weaving along its arched length. Suddenly.. a voice called out, not far from where she stood. Curious she glided forwards, peeking round a tree and spotted... what was he? It was a stallion, she knew that much. With wings a little like her friend Vytali, though his were leathery, not feathered.. and a horn similar to Apollo's. Yet his tail was like hers.. and.. he had the strangest thing on his head and back...
"Hello..." She called out in greeting, ever-curious, her soft, sweet voice light and gentle in her interest.

It was but a little filly and giving her a look of curiosity he walked over towards her. His blue eyes giving a stern yet gentle look "What is a little one like you doing out here all alone?" he asked her. The sound of thunder alerted the stallion the storm was still around and he didn't want the little filly to get sick being caught in it. Looking around before looking back at her "Where is your parents?" his tail flicked.
His one wing stretched out over her to block the rain from hitting her.

Hakumei watched as the stallion approached, her unusual eyes widening as she stared at the male's adornments, their details visible now he was closer. Though she was no clearer on what they were..
Giggling at his question she peered up at him from under her mane. Though she had grown out of the wobbly-foal stage, she was still small compared to the great stallion. Grinning she pricked her ears forwards, expression playfully cheeky. "I came to play in the rain, and find a new adventure."
She watched the brightly coloured wing as it extended over her, her head tipping back so far she almost over balanced before catching herself. Looking back up at the stallion she smiled. "Not too far from here, back up the path that way.." She pointed with her muzzle back into the forest she had just come out of. She never strayed far, knowing her parents worried for her, but she could never resist the lure of the unknown.
Tilting her head she studied the male for a moment before asking. "What’s that.." She was currently staring at his underbelly, and the girth visible there.
