Hey again.
Okay: The Young Ones.
Classic British Comedy.. or CBC as we know it lol.
Favourite line from Vivian is in the episode "Oil". The scene is this:
Vivian bursts in the front room and shouts to Chris, Neil and Rick that there's oil in the basement. Basically it ends up with Neil digging with a pickaxe and Vivian with his head. Pickaxe enters head... Vivian kinda goes: "Oh", and collapses. At the very end of the episode, before the credits roll. Vivian stands up and says: "By the way, it was a complete and utter lie about the oil" and starts beating the wall with his pickaxe/head.
And Madness appeared a couple of times, like when they go to the pub and Vivian finds his Mum behind the bar. Madness are performing "House of Fun", one of my favourites.
Alexi Sayle was a great actor, playing various male characters from the same family in the Young ones. In the same episode as the one mentioned above, he consumes a fish tank, goldfish and all, and refers to a cactus as a pussycat, before sticking it between his legs and playing charades...
Fun, innit?

Yeah I acidentally always refer to Mike by the actor's name, not the character's. Thanks for stppin' me. I'll be more careful with that wink
