I have Andy Smart as an arranger, and Nick (Phantom Regiment) who writes drill.

No, not really. We have Bob. Our band director. He's, like, 63 and we like to think he at least can write drill. wink

with the kids i teach Ed Devlin and Dan Lutz for us. My high school was the BD Peter Tileston arranged winds, Ed Devlin (East Coast Jazz, Jersey Surf, Blessed Sacrament, citations) wrote drill, Gilles Oulette (Spartans, Sacred Heart) helped with marching, Lennie Machado (Spartans, Sacred Heart, Citations)in colorguard and Neil Larivee (Cadets) on percussion. Then we had some alumni as staff and other kids that they all taught help us as techs smile

We've got people up and down the Eastern Seaboard writing, music, drill, battery parts and PIT stuff, they come up from time to time, but usually we don't actually see them until late in the season, our Battery part writer (Who is the best, and totally changed our season around) used to do stuff with the Blue Devils, I forget if it was march, or instruct or both...
We used to have a color guard writer, but or BD didn't ask him back so now the former color guard instructor writes for them

Ours writes drill for drum and bugle corps and various local high schools. He's pretty awesome. A great instructor.

We have this guy who makes kick a** drill. Last year, for Bon Jovi, our ballad song ended in a sunset. Even though, we had a "Gay ray" of people who couldn't get in a straight line.

Our assistant band director writes it. He has mad skillz. Like, all the BDs in the area want him to write their drill, but he won't do it. xD
We can see him drawing random swirlies on his papers all the time too.

The one time we hired a guy to write our drill for us, it turned out about as hard as DCI drill.
We didn't march it right ONE show that season. So now my BD just buys the package that comes with the music and edits it for our numbers. xD
