Yes, do it here... Propose a support with someone you don't already have, and if they accept, then it can be done. BUT IT MUST BE LOGICAL. No... "Hey, we just met, what's up?" "'sup?" A SUPPORT BIT- no. None of that.
EDIT: If you see that one is not taken care of, PM Cortesa (aka Nils) because I might have skipped over it...

Three A's max. Others, as much as possible.
You can support with 15 people, from there on, you can distribute 25 points.
Out of character is most preferred since it's more fun that way...
