The shadows were his home, the darkness his friend, it had always been that way, he was a shadow, dark against the darkness. The black lion was mostly always alone, though he occasionally ran in to someone, whom he dubbed his little friend, taught them a little of what he knew, before he vanished off to the abyss once again. Today was no difference, the shadow walked upon paws of silence through the trees, the darkness engufing his jet black body, hiding him from plain view, keeping him an invisable ghost like thing amongst the ghosts that the trees created.
The dark lion paused and lay down, there was something in his line of sight, food it seemed, he wasn't particularily hungry, but he was never one to pass up a good meal. The springbok would never know, would never see him coming. He was after all, just a shadow and shadows moved upon cushions of air.

She sat with an air of indifference, the world nothing more than a bother to her at most times. So many problems. So much to hate. Still, for all its bad qualities, Sinasina was still somewhat ready to believe that things could be made better. Not for her, of course, but for the others that traversed day in and day out along the path of life. For her, the chance of happiness had been lost. That much she had come to terms with. There would be no happily ever after for her. So why not try to have as much fun before the destined downfall? Getting to her feet, having been idle too long, she stretched her lean ebony frame, claws digging into the dirt for a moment before she started a slow trot through the trees. Depressing thoughts made her want a distraction. There had to be someone around to... speak to.
Her thoughts were quickly brought to life as she spotted a large animal creeping up on a bit of sport. A lion, it seemed, and one she had never seen before. Drawing herself just a bit closer, the leopardess reclined on her back legs, settling in for what looked to be an interesting show. Not exactly what she had in mind from the start, but it would do to temper the workings of her mind for at least a little while.

Tiyatahmey shifted slightly, his body slipping in to the darkness, and for a moment, he was gone, so swift his paws carried him through the shadows, so adept was he at melding with the shadows. The spring bok stood a distance away simply stood shocked to have a lion appear suddenly before it. "hello little friend." He whispered a claw lifting, in a quick, shimemring slash.
The preybeast fell to the ground bleeding and the black lion sat licking his paw. No blood had touched the rest of his body, only that one claw tempered with blood. Odd eyes lifted from his grooming and an eerie smile formed on his lips, one white eye, it's tiny pupil looking deep in t the trees, rolled slightly, observing, while the other, an ebony marble seemed not to move at all. "You can come down now my little friend. i won't hurt you, unless you say my name wrong, but we can make sure you don't do thet. Oh yes."

Smiling, Sinasina moved from her position, coming out to where the male was. So what if this rather ominous looking male had been able to pick her out from the trees without any trouble? She wasn't worried for her life. Perhaps she should have been, but the young female had spent too long dealing with hardships to feel like hers was a life worth worrying about. Instead, she embraced the chance to meet with danger, offering the lion a smile and a nod of her head in greeting.
"That," she said with a coo to her voice, "was a very impressive kill, sir," she was practically humming, the flirtation in her voice more or less palpable in the air. She didn't like to waste time. "I'm sure you move faster than I can. That's pretty strange to see in a lion. What is your name then? So I don't mispronounce it."

A toothy smile stretches on the dark lions lips, whife fangs, stark against those dark lips. "I have always killed like this my little friend, It is an art, a way of being." he laughed once, a slightly high pitched squeek of a giggle, which echoed oddly over his lips. "My name little friend is Tiyatahmey, you must make sure to say it correctly now, i don't like it when people say it wrong okay?" He tilted his head then, his blond mane falling over his shoulders, that head tilt lookign almost like his neck must be broken, but it soon came back in to it's usual possition and he once again continued his observation.
First the white eye looked over the leopardess, the tiny, pin p***k of a pupil checking, watching, making sure, before the dark one, black as the ace of spades and lacking in any white what soever watched her fixedly. "You're a little shadow my friend, lots would find you hard t find." he laughed again then, this time the laughter cut short as he looked down at his kill. "Would you like some food from my little friend here? He's dead now and he might just go to waste, he really shouldn't though."

Sinasina watched and listened, body relaxed. "Oh? Well, I suppose all the practice has made it perfect for you. Though I'm no slacker at hunting myself. Not as fast as your claws, true, but mine get the job done." She smiled at that, tilting her head slightly to one side. This male was strange. Dangerous, maybe? The giggle was certainly something a little ominous. Too bad she didn't care about what happened with her life. She might have run away.
"Well, Tiyatahmey," she hummed easily, the name trickling from her mouth without any hesitation, "I hope how I say it passes your challenge." She rolled her head about her shoulder, working some small kinks from her neck. It had been a while since last she spoke to someone. It was nice. And she knew she would eventually get what she wanted from him. What made her feel whole for a few short moments. "If I didn't want to be found," she replied coolly, tail flicking, "I wouldn't be." Eyes following his gaze to the food, the female shook her head. "I'm afraid I'm not very hungry. Did you kill him just because you wanted to?"
Seemed a cruel thing to do, but not something she held against the lion. He had claws. Why not use them as he saw fit? She did the same with her body. It was a tool in which she used at her leisure. Nothing was sacred. Not form. Not life.
Nothing.

His head bent for a long silent moment as he fixed his gaze on the dead creature, had he killed it, just because he could? Not this time, he was hungry but the creature was big enough to fill a family of bellies never mind just his. "No, not this time, I am hungry but he can wait, he's dead you see, he isn't going any where." he laughed a single, 'HA' of a laugh letting his gaze snap back to the leopardess, both strange, eerie eyes now fixed solidly upon the female.
"Oh you are very good little friend, you certainly pass the first test little shadow in the dark. Now tell me, tell me what it is that i can do for you? is it teachings you need? i am good at the teachings." a low pleased growl rumbled from his chest then, a look of extacy crossing those odd, sometimes frightening features.
"Little shadow hunter if it is not food you desire tell me what it is, maybe your misery needs to be put out?" A quick smirk flickered on his maw, a flash of those signature pale fangs, so stark against the darkness of his muzzle.

The female laughed lightly. “It’s not the kill running away that should concern you. Do you like meat better after it has sat for a while? I find it much better fresh.” She, too, watched the animal, the remorse that might have been there years ago no longer lingering in her blue eyes.
"Oh?" hummed the female, "will there be more than one test then? I do hope it's nothing that will tire me out. I don't like being tired," and she smiled coyly, "well... save for after one thing. But you haven't earned that yet!" Really, it wouldn't take much to "earn" anything from her. She observed the lion, tilting her head to one side. The male was certainly turning out to be an odd one. An odd one that was oddly captivating. Never had she met someone so... unhinged. -c
"Do for me?" she repeated thoughtfully, a purr to her soft voice, "well, no, I don't need teachings. The one thing I would wish to learn I'm already quite a master at." Her tail swished as she got to her feet, moving herself closer to him despite the warning in the back of her mind. "My misery feeds me," she said casually, no more afraid of him now than she had been when first she spotted him, "allows me to... perform, so to speak. I don't need it to be put out. Only deterred for a little while."

Those odd eyes fixed on the dark female, he smirks, a flash of those pale fangs revealed a flash in his black eye, "Ah I see, so there is something I can help you with then. I am a master at misery" he let alittle laugh roll over his lips, this laugh was darker, more frightening perhaps as he took a step towards the dark female his lips peircing, through his lips "it's not pain you wish for though my ltitle friend, i can give you pain, pain is good for the soul. No, then perhaps something more? Something I can bring you to make you fiurther depressed hmm?"
His tongue lapped out and groomed at one of her shoulders though his fangs flashed after the pink tongue snapping at the shoulder, he knew what she wanted, he knew what he wanted, this little femme could give him both. She seemed amiable to his desires, to his foibles, unafraid of his stance as many others were, it intreagued him.

"I would take on a pass on further pain in all its forms. I would have do something more… life affirming," replied the female calmly, looking up at the male as he got himself closer to her. Run away, her mind was screaming, but her legs were deaf to the cries. She could but remain seated, watching the strange eye with a curious, unfrightened expression. Sitting back, she watched his fangs graze past her shoulder, her eyes widening for a moment. So, was that how he liked things? That would be fine. She wasn't against having a little bit of danger to the act. Standing, she turned around, rubbing her long, black body along his neck and under his chin as she passed, her tail cupping around his chin for a moment as she looked back at him.
"So big guy, you know what I want. Is there something I could give you?" She smiled at him, a part of her still wondering what on earth she was getting into.

Tiyatahmey nipped at her tail as it curled around his chin. "there is only one thing I want, a successor, if I die tomorrow noone in this world will know what I know." He smirks moving to follow her nis nose toiching her hind quarters, nudging her rather roughly. "It is something I can only teach a son, Sinasina, i will chase you if you run. i will find you if you vanish. i may not always be there but I will never be too far away." he looked up her spine, those odd eyes showing his intent. he had no reason to walk away now, he could find her, he could keep her for a time, until he got what he wanted. if infact he truely wanted a sucessor, soemthing told him he may live forever though he knew he was no immortal.
Immortality would come with the tricks he taught to one, and one alone, if he taught those tricks, he was underthe old promise, son must kill father and take his place. He liked living, but someone must know his tricks, someone must.

At his nudge, the female looked back at Tiyatahmey, frowning thoughtfully. Normally she was the one calling at the shots. It was oddly nice, she found, to have someone who was more forceful than her around. Made for a different experience. Something she could certainly do with a change of pace. Sinasina chuckled.
"Aw, honey, you have the wrong idea about me," she hummed, "if you want a child, he's going to have to follow your shadow around, not mine. I'm not here to be mother to anything." She watched him carefully now, sizing him up. Still her back was towards him, the moment not lost though she was worried about what it was he really wanted from her.
"If you're alright with taking the kid once it's ready to leave me, stud, then by all means mount me right away; but if you think I'm going to stick in one place and play mommy you may want to find another vessel."

The dark male laughed, she was an odd one, even to him, forceful, coy, straightforwards. he liked her, which was an even odder feeling for him. She was prepared to givehim what he wanted and he was happy to give her what she wanted in return. "I really couldn't care less what you do with them as long as I get my son." he smirked nudging her again, pressing her towards the darkness of the trees. "I will come, I will find you, I will take what I want." His odd eyes danced, he wasn't going to let her get away from him, she, for now, belonged to him, he wasn't about to let this little femme leave his side until he had gotten what he wanted.
of course, he would leave her, but when cubs came, he would be there watching with those devlish odd eyes, making sure his prodgeny came forth and produced him an heir to his insanity, to his tricks of the trade, to his customs.

The female watched Tiyatahmey for a moment, curious. Did he want her to run from him before they had their fun together? She smiled faintly, looking towards the trees. Even if he didn't, it might prove fun to give him a little bit of a run first. She could only hope the choice wouldn't come back to haunt her later. There was no doubt in her mind that he was faster than she was. Slick though she was, she wasn't foolish enough to think this strange animal wouldn't be able to keep up with her. Besides, in the end, she wanted to be caught.
So long as it didn't get her killed.
Maybe it was better to not risk anything at all. At least verify what was going on. "You don't have to find me," she offered after a moment, "I'm right here. Take what you want right now if it pleases you. Unless, perhaps, you'd like a bit of sport first? Though I warn you I won't let you harm me."

Tiyatahmey smirked. "No little friend, I just wish for darkness, there" he raised a sharp, bloody claw and pointed, the shadows deepened a little further on, he was pushing her towards this spot. That was wheer he would take his sport. His odd eyes flashed and his smirk widened. "Not afraid of the dark are we?" he laughed moving to her other side and nipping, a little too aggressively at her shoulder.
"The shadows are my friend and we will join there, just as my ancestors did, in the shadows, the ghosts in the dark my little friend, the hashassin" He whispered, a low, pleased growl rolling off his tongue. "It is tradition, one even I do not know how to break." His lips tightened slowly, his smirk vanishing as they passed in to the shadows. Something would happen here, something he longed, he wished for, or something he at least thought he wished for. perhaps it was just a fleeting thought and he would never see the female ever again, but for tonight, the thought was all he had and it must be executed.

"ah," Sinasina replied, peering over at the darkness. That was probably the best place to do it. She didn't particularly like seeing the animals she was getting it on with as the act was under-way. It just made things too real. All she wanted was to enjoy the moment and feel a bit better about things. This time, she knew she would too. Tiyatahmey, though strange, was interesting as well. Entertaining. Maybe producing an offspring for him wouldn't be so bad, so long as she didn't have to raise the little bugger, or buggers, afterwards.
She laughed, "afraid of the dark? Have you seen my pelt? I'm hardly afraid of the dark!" At his n**, she gave a growl, glaring at him. "Down, sparky," she said lowly, "you'll get what you want soon enough. No point rushing things!" With that, she turned her head from him again, heading into the forest to get things started. Once again she would get to escape the pain of her existance and enter into a momentary bliss.
She didn't care her partner was a somewhat crazed male lion with a nutty eye and odd intentions- so long as she didn't have to feel her misery creeping over her.
