The city of New Solstein has been peaceful for the past century, but its origin is a mystery. In 1920, the village of Solstein was discovered, totally devoid of life. All the houses had been mysteriously vacated and the buildings were left to rot. The only hints of the town's fate come in the form of a single journal page found in the town library.
It turned out the town was built in an area with massive amounts of gold. Mines were quickly established and the city grew at a rapid pace. Everything went smoothly until the miracle drug, Vampedrin, was introduced to the city population. Now the entire area is practically a war zone that has yet to reveal its heroes...
