Heeeello. Krad here. After some deliberation, I came to the conclusion we should bring back the divisions of the past... but somewhat different. This time, each division would be in charge of a specific forum in the guild, along with doing whatever else they wish to do. That way, all the subforums get the proper coverage because there's always a division checking up on it, keeping it active, things like that, rather than some being completely ignored. sweatdrop
Of course, because their aren't enough Crew here at this time, regular members can also choose to head up divisions, an I am prepared to take care of any that aren't filled. In addition, taking care of a subforum isn't something you have to do alone, in fact it's preferred that you put together your own division that is willing to help you to work on it, that way it's considerably less boring, and even fun...
Other than that, there's not much more to say... the divisions can do some infighting if they wish, but we should probably try to get a bit more communication between the division leaders than there was last time, as that ultimately lead to a breakdown of the divisions althogether. I hope I'm not overstepping my bounds with all this, but I think it's a very good idea, and I'm sure some of you agree with me... and it gets our work done, and regulates it so that everywhere gets more equal coverage.
Oh, and additionally, #File 13# doesn't need a division working on it... as there's no reason it would... and I believe Ranten (who we now know is around) would be upset if we were to give the resposibilities of managing the Guild's finances to anyone else, so we'll leave that to him as well... ^-^
*whew* Almost forgot to mention, Crew can work together on various subforums if they wish as well, there is no need for every single Crew to head up a different subforum... although that would be somewhat easier... but anyone can join any division, and you can join more than one division if you wish, however you shouldn't join several if you're going to spend most of your time helping one... you can still go whereever you want and help whoever you want and post as much as you want and everything, the divisions are just to make sure the subforums get some love too... heart
Most of the subforums are still available... expect those that are crossed-off below... so get here quick! First come, first serve! Oh yes, of course if you feel compelled you can give your specific division a name as well... along with the fact that you take care of a specific subforum. ^___^ But that's up to you whether you do... Karasu did... so I did as to fit in... but you don't have to. xD

Done... and now I guess there's an update... you can name your divisions now! I wasn't gonna bother putting division names here, but wth, I can do that, so there's a place for those now as well, if you wish to have one... if you don't want any specific name then there's no need to make one. <.< That's all for now... keep 'em coming.

Well, I can take !FanWorks! Finally found a way around getting a scanner for a while, so I will be posting soon. ...CRAP! Still gotta work on that next chapter too.... :screams: WHERE HAS THE TIME (and rum) GONE?! Anywho, any who wish to join are welcome 4laugh
