The young cheetah stretched in the morning sun rays that shined threw the jungle canopy. He looked around slowly before moving off to a stream he new rather well to drink. He went about his morning ritual before slowly trotting about looking for something to eat. There was bugs and other little furry rodents about. He finally found a small boar and began to chase after with quickly.
"I'm gonna get you!" he yelled out as he pounced the small boar as he began to eat his fill before returning to the spring to wash up and drink some more. He then sat down on the bank and began to groom himself. He looked around silently feeling as though he was watch and he just saw the birds in the trees doing so. Shrugging it off he moved back slowly to his little haven home. Moving threw the bushes with much grace. Finally he stopped outside his home looking at a print in the dirt it wasn't his he knew for he had not come by that side of his home that day. Slowly he moved his own paw into the print it fist almost perfectly.
He then looked around as he began to follow the prints rather interested in who they belonged to. A another friend he was soon to meet yes? He told himself with a smirk.

The ebony cheetah has been wandering around for some time. She had wandered away from Kru, her best friend. Or rather, he had left her for a bit and she had gotten bored. She giggled softly to herself at the thought of sneaking up on her friend. What fun that would be! Her eyes twinkled at the very thought. As she slinked through the area, she had unconsciously noticed that there was another set of pawprints. She put her full attentions on the pawprints as a familiar scent wafted around her. The ebony cheetah knew exactly who these prints belonged to.

The male finally saw the backside of ebony colored thing. His eyes widened as a gust of wind blew his was as the a to familiar. He let a small smile escape his lips as he trotted over next to his older sister.
"An just where have you been?" He said smirking as he walked beside her like it was no big deal that they hadn't seen each other in so long. He chuckled as he was reminded of his parents his mother pure white with the blue and green markings and his father ebony black with white markings.
He took a deep breath before finally looking to her with a really goofy friendly smile.

As her brother's voice dirfted over to her, Alula stopped in her tracks to stare at him. Well, there goes her chance to surprise her brother! She looked at him with a silly grin before she pawed at him, "Hasn't anyone ever told you it's not nice to sneak up on them?" She chided playfully, not that she minded one bit.
At his question, she flicked her tail slightly, "Well, I was actually wandering around and just happened upon your scent. It was a surprise and I was hoping to find you, really." She nodded slightly, "And you?" Have you been stalking me?" She narrowed her eyes in a playful manner.

He smiled as he stopped moving sitting down as he looked to his sister. "I see." He said smiling as he rolled his shoulders a little before looking back to his sister.
"Lets see...I screw up my relationship with Limbua...I cub napped a little cheetah only to take her back home...Ummm" He grew silent trying to think of anything else that might have happened but nothing came to him. He just shrugged looking to her.
"Ohh...Wait I saw Emogene not to long ago." He said with a nod before chuckling. "She looked good too." He said with a nod as he looked to his sister. "What about you?"

Well, Amile certaintly had her beat in exciting things. Alula surely did not have much to say, and most of it was not that exciting. Her eyes widen, "Well then, you've surely been busy! It's nice to know you haven't forgotten your little sister afterall!" She teased him playfully with a wink and a bat at his shoulder.
Curousity was piqued, "You saw Emogene? I haven't seen her in quite some time." It was a shame, she had spent a lot of time with her sister too. Although she held nothing against any of her siblings for wandering off on their own. If they felt the need to go and travel, than who was she to hold them back.
Her head tilted slightly as she paused to think before answering, "I've spent plenty of time with Dad. But I met a friend not too long ago, a leopard by the name of Kru. We're going to go to the ocean! I've always wanted to see the ocean."

The male chuckled looking to his sister with a smile. "Ahh Dad...I haven't see him in well...forever." He said chuckling before looking to the canopy. "You know it probably be nice to see him again sometime. An thats great you have a friend...but whats the ocean?" He said looking to his sister slightly interested in know what this ocean was.
"An this leopard is he nice?" He said moving to her with a slight demand of the truth to make sure his sister was in good hands if they where to be leaving. He then moved back to sitting smiling goofy like.
"I'm very happy to hear your doing well."

With a nod, Alula replied, "Oh yes, Dad would be very happy to see you! Don't be a stranger, you know!" She knew her dad would be very happy to see any of his cubs again, especially to know that they are doing well and are happy. At least, Amile looked happy which was a good thing!
To her brother's question she replied, "The ocean is supposed to be magical! It's a place where the land meets the water, where the water seems to go on forever. Many call it the end of the world. But I've always wanted to see it, ever since I first heard about it." She couldn't wait, it would be so much fun, and exciting to see something new for once!
It was a good thing her fur was dark so that her brother couldn't see her face heat up at his words about her friend. She knew he was only teasing her, but still, she wasn't used to it! "Of course he's nice! I wouldn't be friends with him if he wasn't." As if it was the most obvious thing in the world, "His friend, a cheetah, is going to join us for a good part of the trip as well. So it will be exciting at least." Her tail flicked, "Yea, I'm happy at least. It's nice to be taller and able to do more things that I want to. I can go off on my own."
