His hair is trimed military style with sideburns that reach his earlobes. He has a hawkish nose and wears the rank and ribbons from his old Imperial Naval uniform on his new one, which looks like this but with an Officer's sword and a kahki American civil war style cap:

Nolaa Appearance for Reference: A curvy, athletic, olive skinned Twi'lek girl with shorter than average headtails and hazel eyes. She wears a Thalassian security collar around her neck for which Roth has the control to. She wears headbindings that permit her to communicate with her Lekku and reveal her ears while concealing a cybernetic implant at the base of her skull beneath the Lekku. She favors dark and skimpy clothing that allow freedom of movement and show off her physical attributes. Standard equipment usually worn includes a dewback leather utility belt, fingerless combat gloves, and a satchel or pack to carry supplies. She moves fluidly and easily as befiting a Twi'lek dancer.
