After leaving Savith's nest Dancer rode. She rode till Fire Bright was tired and then got off and ran. Running wildly through the woods with no mind to branches that slapped and tore at her flesh. Then she tripped and fell. Chest heaving as tears streaked her face. She was doing to herself what she most feared. She was running from the group and all alone. Could a mind reach her? She didn't care at the moment as she shuttered on the ground. As she lay there shaking, head throbbing and eyes sobbing she in time became lost in sleep. Her mind drifting off to unpleasant things and happenings. She soon found herself floating. Looking to her side she saw Savith. He smiled as they flew across the sky. Holding her hand she knew she was safe. That was untill he looked at her and said, "Time to fly little bird." and let her go. As she fell she could hear him say, "Fly little bird." Soon she found herself flopping into water. Struggling to stay above in the air. Then he came and took her hand. Yes it was Crosscurrent with a soft smile and said, "What are you doing?" but before she could answer he was darting through the water with her. He like Savith had her compleat and utter trust so no fear was to be found. His green eyes were something to gaze at and soon he said the words she couldn't see comming, "Swim little fish." and she was let go. Her body felt heavy. Like it was filled with rocks and down she went. Hearing his words repeat over and over. "Swim little fish. Swim." Her mouth opened and filled with water she clawed for air and still another hand reached hers. "I have you little spit fire." It was Blaze pulling her out of a hole. Shock plaied on her face as he eaisly pulled her up. His smile warm as he said, "Come on. We need to go." She tried this time to pull her hand from his but could not. "Let me go Blaze!" Her voice upset more then scared. Looking back his smile metting her gaze as he said quietly, "Burn bright little flame. Burn bright." She felt heat behind her. She was falling again but this time into fire. Her screams tore at her throat as she fell.

Dancer fell, and fell right past Llune as she was floating through the blackness that existed underneath Dancer, the blackness under the fire that Dancer fell through.

So Llune drifted over, calmly, curiously. Llune was keeping up with Dancer, somehow, in that inexplicable way that dreams make sense, but she wasn't falling. She was holding still, floating lazily in a blackness that was everywhere, went on forever.

And Dancer, well, she was in this void, this endless void - whether or not she was falling was, really, kind of up to her at this point. Were she to look to her left she would see Llune seeming to stand beside her, or... standing beside her? Who knows.

** Dancer? ** Llune sent, curious as to why Dancer was in (what Llune perceived, at least) her dream...

Eyes darted to the voice. The soft quiet voice she knew. A hand reaching out to the lovely glider lady. *HELP ME Llune!* Her send was terror her face more then fear. Looking down she only saw flames. The flames she waas to burn bright in. The heat to Dancer was growing faster. *AAAAHHHH PLEASE! IT BURNS* Now tears streaked the youths face as she tried hard to reach the drifting glider.

But Llune was right beside her already, calm, not falling, just floating beside her. Dancer kept feeling as though she was falling, but the fire kept falling as well, Dance wouldn't reach it, it wasn't getting any closer.

Llune reached out her hand, ** Here. ** she said, reaching out.

Dancer latched onto the hand before her. Pulling herself to Llune as best she could. Llune could feel her trembling as she cling to the tall lean elfess. "They help me but they let me go. Why do they wnt to hurt me? I care for them all so much." She cried and placed her head against Llune. "I don't want to die."

Llune catches her up into a gentle hug, "Letting you go doesn't mean anyone wants to hurt you, darling." She leans back and smiles at Dancer, bringing a hand up to wipe at a tear in a comforting, motherly fashion. Not knowing anything about what happened before the falling in Dancer's dream, Llune doesn't have the slightest idea who the "they" are that keep letting Dancer go.

She still looks sad and upset as she gazes up at the sleek glider. "They... They drop me. They let me fall. Let me drown. Let me to burn." Her tears start to flow again and she looks away. "Why doesn't anyone want me? Why do I end up alone? I don't want to be alone. I want to stay with all of you." She clings to Llune for dear life.

Llune is that picture of utter calmness as she pats and stroked Dancer comfortingly, "Now now, *did* you drown? *Did* you burn?" She looks at Dancer in the eyes, "Just because you're on your own doesn't mean no one loves you, dearest." She pats a shoulder, wipes at a tear, "There's nothing wrong with standing on your own two feet..." she says...

And then the two of them are standing on their respective feet, upon a grassy hill, the fire beneath gone with the blackness. It's a little bit of a foggy, gray afternoon, something quite ripe for shivers were one to notice it. But the gray of the sky and the fog makes the grass brilliantly bright and the dampness makes the earth a comforting fragrance.

Mind you, Llune still thinks Dancer fell into HER dream (this is what it's like when dreams collide!)... Llune takes a step back from the little elfess, her hands on Dancer's shoulders, and is sized down to the shorter elf's height, "Now tell me, what happened?" she asks, completely unaware of how odd it is that she's suddenly the same size as Dancer. And standing on a grassy hill instead of floating through a black void. This is, afterall, fairly typical for Llune's dreaming... Although it may not be for Dancer's.

This was not common at all for a Dream of the wildly emotional Dancer. Her dream self confused but content to be with Llune. With Llune there was a feeling of safety. She gazed about the hillside taking a deep calming breath. "They all let me go. Savith, Crosscurrent and even Blaze let me go into the void. The air, the water and the fire it's all the same isn't it?" In the fog came a voice. It was cold, condescending and a girls voice to be sure of. "They left you as you left us. Isn't that right lost little dreamer? As you ran away so they run. Leaving us to fall, drown or burn as well. Helping none but yourself. Not even your parents little dreamer? So why should anyone you meet not do the same for you?" Through the fog came a stunningly beautiful girl. Golden hair long and flowing. Eyes that looked like a clear sky after a rain. Even a smell of flowers seemed to follow her about and yet as lovely as she was is as cold as her voice and face were.

Llune stood beside Dancer, protectively, as the girl spoke and moved towards them. She said nothing, just observed, allowing Dancer to face the girl, or her demons, or the past, whatever it was.

Dancer looked at Llune nd shook her head as tears streaked her face. "NO no. Please send her away!" Dancer fell to her knees holding a hand up at the girl. "I.... I didn't know what to do. Please......Go away!" Soon many voices are heard screaming and crying, needing help as they call to her. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Dancer screams and hunches over on the ground.

Llune puts her arms around Dancer, her ankle-length, unbound hair spreading around the little elfess almost like a protective shield. She looks at the approaching golden haired girl and, with the confidence bestowed upon her by being in a dream, and being an overly experienced dreamer, she says firmly "Be gone" and waves her hand an a somewhat magical way. However, as this is Dancer's dream, whatever happens next is largely up to her.

Dancer trusted Llune and so the girl vanished long with the screams in the distance. Dancer still slumped in a heap on the ground sobbing trembled violently.

If Llune had feathers, she would have ruffled them at this point. She made the mean pretty girl leave. She's a bada**!

But instead she snuggles Dancer, cooing softly and stroking her hair to try to calm the little elfess down. "Hush, hush now. It's okay," she says, still patting the younger elfess in a comforting manner.

The fog begins to slowly lift and the dim afternoon sun begins to illuminate their grassy hilltop a bit more, although the smell of just-about-to-rain is still in the air.

Time passes swiftly in dreams and what felt like a long time to Dancer was really only a heartbeat till she lifted her head again. She looked exausted aand worn at the kind elf. "Th..... Thank you...... Thank you for sending her away." She wiped her tears and soon waas sitting in the grass. Her heaad still hung and it was clear to see that in her dreams she was not the happy person she seems to be when awake.
