Hey guys. I'm Tansen Tsurugi and I'm going to be running the squad until a new Captain has been selected. While I'm here I hope we can all get along and work together. I'll be changing the squad a bit but don't freak out okay?

Okay everyone, listen up. I've been ordered by the head captain to create an advance team to go to earth for a while to check some things out. Among the people in the advance team are myself and the vice captain, Asuma Haruka.
I obviously can't leave you all on your own here for very long(God knows what kind of s*** kosei would do to my office while I'm not here) so I've asked the 6th squad Captain, Ryan Feldrik(Lord Setar) to keep an eye on you all for me while Asuma and I are away. I trust you will all treat him with proper respect and keep from blowing up my squad or yourselves. Keep safe, be respectful, and remember, have fun heart

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
As of a few days ago, we are now at war with the Hollow/Arrancar. As such, our squad has been ordered to be deployed to Earth. As such, we already have a base in Earth, Tansen's Mansion. First, although, you all need to post in the Outskirts. There is where we will begin the mission.
Go there. This is an order from your Vice Captain

As of this moment, I, Asuma Haruka, am defecting from Soul Society with Erzu of squad 10. I will be back, that is for certain. But, as for the reason of my return, is to be decided. Be prepared, because it may not be a friendly meet. Goodbye, all.

Asuma-san, I'm honestly gonna be driving myself nuts running this squad without you, I'll miss you man.
On another note, the squad members list has updated with your new ranks! Even though I've been busy, I've been observing your progress and am very pleased with you. Some of you who haven't been very active, I'm really sorry but I had no choice but to bump you down some, better luck next time.
We also have a new squad member, Anul Awasah!(Don't forget to put up your profile Luna) I trust you'll all give her a warm welcome seeing as I'm M.I.A. at the moment.
And one last announcement. Those of you who wish to have their rank increased, I am now allowing squad challenges! The rules are simple:
Rule one: Pm me and the person you are challenging to start the challenge. I will prepare an area in the squad for you two to fight and judge you along with two other captains.
Rule two: You are not allowed to challenge anyone who is three or more seats above you. Period.
Rule three: You are not allowed to make more than one challenge per month.
Rule four: If the person who you are challenging does not reply within one week, they forfeit their seat to you. (If you have any reasons for not being able to post for a little while Pm me immediately so this doesn't happen to you)
Rule five: Be respectful towards your opponent as well as the judges when they make their decision. If you're having an attitude problem, I will give you one warning. One. If you do it again I will cancel the challenge right then and there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
....And I think that's about it for the announcements. I'm still not gonna be back for awhile so if you have any questions, please ask Ryan Feldric, the captain of squad six. Ciao guys.

Kidding, kidding.
BUT, I still want to help you. So, I'm still here if you need me.
And like I said. It may not be a permanent leave. I'm not going to be gone forever, ya know.
Anyways, you better post in our fight once you get back. >_>
To the squad members...pm me if you want training. I'll just act as if I'm still here, for the squads sake.

Yes, I'm back. I'm sorry it took so long, but between my grad and family troubles, I've had little time to post and even less motivation to. But that's over now. I'm back, and I'm here to stay.
I'll have to ask that you wait before asking me about the time skip, I need to figure out a bit about it myself. Don't worry though, all questions will be answered.
Also, I'm deleting all of the old threads in order to help breath some life back into this place. For those of you who had threads that they were posting in, I'm sorry. It's all for the greater good sweatdrop
I'll be posting some new announcements soon, and then I'll start updating seats. Until then, please be patient.

It's my pleasure to inform you all that we finally have a new vice captain for the squad! Please join me in giving Sonia (Kuro Yogensha) a warm welcome to her new squad! I believe we'll work well together!
On another note, more good news! Now that most of the members are present and accounted for, I will now be assigning everybody their new seats!
Everyone is to submit an Rp example to me, via Pm. Those who do the best will be assigned the higher seats. I would've wanted to try another seating tourney, but that was a bit of a disaster last time so I think this will yield more positive results.
