Anybody got any good tips in getting back into shape. When I moved to the middle of nowhere I basically sat at home in bed for like a year doing nothing. I lost my abs and is real lazy. I want my abs back, hell I want to get back into shape but is too lazy to do it.

I'm with ya buddy. I look in the mirror and go "GAWD!!" but do I actually do a damned thing about it?
No. Not so much. Ever so often I'll have a burst of energy and feel motivated to attempt a few push ups or something.

Yeah i get that short lil burst of energy too, but then after a few push-ups i'm like ******** it.

You can't really do anything if you're not motivated to do it. You could set yourself a goal, and join a gym if you wished. Or if you need your video games and have a Wii you can get WiiFit. Start walking everyday in a pleasant part of where you live. You can go at a faster pace gradually. Or, instead of doing a few push-ups in those moments of energy, join a boot camp type thing.

What I do to keep me at a solid 200 pounds 6 foot 3 inches, is everynight i do 100 crunches on my bed, I'm already undressed for sleeping so there isnt any extra clothing restricting me, and the bed takes care of getting any back pains from hard floors.

I did this for a full year, during my senior year of High School, and along with a daily class of Weights & Cardio, I ended up losing a lovely 30 lbs!

Another thing that has also helped me not only lose weight and tone up, but also boost my self esteem because of how freaking fun it is, is TurboJam heart heart
