What I do to keep me at a solid 200 pounds 6 foot 3 inches, is everynight i do 100 crunches on my bed, I'm already undressed for sleeping so there isnt any extra clothing restricting me, and the bed takes care of getting any back pains from hard floors.

I did this for a full year, during my senior year of High School, and along with a daily class of Weights & Cardio, I ended up losing a lovely 30 lbs!
