It basicly works like this: You blame the person above you for anything you want, along as it follows the guild rules. Don't want to get out of hand here, eh?
It works like this

Anonymously Gone Forever: njiokm painted the house bright pink!
Randomly Fake: Anonymously Gone Forever threw water on the cat!
Simple enough, right?
