So, as the subject says, this is a thread dedicated to hearing your suggestions and answering your questions. If there is anything you don't understand, or perhaps you just have a question you really need answered, feel free to post them up here. I for one will be checking this on a regular basis, so if I can answer your questions I certainly will, otherwise I will ensure that they are answered by someone who can better help you. If you think of a suggestion for the thread, perhaps to help move things along with the plot or maybe how to make this guild better in any other way imaginable, please feel free to leave such suggestions here. I will, again, read them over and be sure that those in power see the suggestions.

Should I have Adel leave the Kingdom of Darkness and try to fight? He seems to be just giving orders back in the castle, giving everyone the impression that he is cowardly and weak, unable to fight his own battles. But this isn't so, I just wanted to have him staying there so that.... in the end... there is someone waiting there for when the good faces the final evil. You know... he's like a final boss... but everyone is making it sound as if he is just some kind of pushover.... T.T So, I guess my question is... what should I do with him to make him seem like more of a threat? To make the "good guys" have to travel to the Kingdom of Darkness in order to stop him once and for all.

Well actually that's sort of what Damien was doing before I sort of had him sidetrack. Damien was originally on his way to the dark kingdom to try and reason with Adel, though we know how that would likely have turned out. I'm not exactly sure what you should do with him. I had the same idea you did, keep him there as a sort of final task, but if people are going to make him sound like a coward than maybe we need to do something about that. You'll have to give me some time to think about that, in the meantime if anyone else has any suggestions that would be great.

Oh yeah, as a side note Jade, there were two other picture in the profile I sent you for Damien. They were made out to be links under the original picture.

I think he should singlehandedly decimate something or make a public example of some NPC on the good guys side.... to fuel their quest to end the evil.

Really, I do.

Oh, I like that idea, Yamimaru.

Thanks.

The reason I presented it is because it secures Adel's claim to power. And it shows that its not just power, but fear of his power that keep his people in line.

It also proves that he's willing to do what it takes on his side to achieve whatever personal goal he has involving the future of his reign.

I am really good at thinking like a villain >.>

Basically, what you want to do Alex is to make everyone very very aware of what Adel is capable of and not let them forget it. Of course, we know outside of the RP that Adel is quite fearsome.... but for the characters who have never personally met him.... its well within their rights to assume that because Adel wont fight his own war that he is a coward.

What you need to do, is prove to the CHARACTERS that Adel is not the man to tangle with. Logically speaking, its an argument in and of itself that because he's sending an army in his stead to decimate his foes in the dead of night.... that he is hiding.

We know he's not, he knows he's not... but do our characters (those who have no experience with evil) know that? I believe Adel to be quite a bit more sinister than he lets on. Bring out the worst in him and it'll prove to the rebels that Adel is far more powerful than they could have dreamed.

Good explanation and precisely what I was thinking. People often type in character what they believe there character would do and say based on their situation. I personally type as if I am that character, looking through their eyes to see the world as they would see it; to see people as they would see them. As such, if someone were to send an army and not go along with them, even though that is what I would likely have an evil character like Adel do, our character are going to think he is simply being a coward and hiding behind his forstress walls. Make an example of some nobleman or something. Hells, nobody is really playing the king of any nation, as far as I know, have one of them killed off to prove Adel mean's business.

I love it.... which king gets to die? Do the knorthian's have a king? Or should I go for one of the other elements?

Hmm, well now that depends. Who do you REALLY want to piss off? If you want to anger the earthen people kill their king. Water people, kill theirs. It all depends on which people you want to become enraged, because I'm guessing that our NPC kings are really good leaders and everyone loves them, so if one of them is killed, it will anger the people.

NEW QUESTION! YAY! xD~!!!

Would someone be as kind to let me know where everyone groups are and what time of day it is? I read throught the last few posts but I can't seem to figure it out and i'm way too lazy to go any further. The rebels in a forst, but, they're in the dark kingdom somewhere? Or, I have no idea. Time of day is easy enough. The other I'd like to know are just pretty much the locations of the two main groups: The Rebels and, erm... EVIL~ Oooo =O (I kinda figured this group would be in the dark kingdom somewhere so that's alright)

the rebels are fighting in the Knorthian forest

and the evil people are in the capitol of the Dark Kingdom.

However, my Raphael is making a trip to the Water Kingdom.
