He had fleas and was close to death, so Ice took him in, raising him as her own son and giving him the best education possible for someone that traveled as much as they did. He can drive any and all forms of transportation, has superior hearing, sense of smell, and could be quite the fighter... if he wished to fight, that was. Loki is an intellectual first and foremost, and prefers science to magic, much to his aunt TB's frustration sometimes. He's usually willing to help when needed, but that doesn't keep him from complaining during the whole thing. He has an interesting relationship with the local sheriff and handyman, Scagg, who while taking the place of substitute father, also admires Loki's intelligence and is willing to listen, even when others aren't. Since they are the two males in Ice's family, they feel they need to stick together. Of all the people around, Loki is Ice's grounding. If she does something he considers wrong, he makes no bones about telling her so. Because of this they have been known to batle it out on a regular basis. But God help you if you try to come between them. His relationship with Io is quiet, since he doesn't quite know what to do with a sister that's his own age. He's not very good with females that aren't brash, loud, and arrogant, so when she speaks to him it catches him off guard. For a very long time he was unaware that she could talk at all.

=Loki's Pictures=Loki as a teenager, he can come off as a jerk sometimes, but his heart is in the right place. He's highly intelligent and uses his brains to fight rather then muscle. He's good with machines and can drive any and all forms of transportation.

Io's DiaryIo My diary! Not yours! Silly Icey, she thinks she's gonna be reading this, hah! This is my diary! *Nods* My name is Io, I'm a girl. I'm glad I'm a girl, boys are icky and they worry about BO. I know, cuz my big brother Loki wakes up and he sniffs his underarms cuz he thinks he might smell bad and-- Oops... he's looking at me funny now. *Scrunches over her diary, trying not to look at him.* Like I said, my name is Io. I live on Masquerade with my guardian, Ice, and my aunt TB and my big brother Loki and this big group of people that came from someplace else. They're trying to make a new place to live here. I got to go to another planet once! Of course, I only got to see this big building that had all sorts of things that I had to try on and stuff... Ice called it a... Maul, I think. Don't know why'd they call it that, mauling's not nearly as fun as the stuff was! I got all sorts of clothes! Some with rainbows and kitties and puppies and flowers and colors! Lots of colors! I was getting tired of wearing Ice's clothes, they keep falling down. And there's this hole in the back for her tail. It gets cold! *Shivers* And my underwear show! Of course I'm rather proud of my underwear now. they have horsies on them. Um... I think that's all for now. I'll be back! *She closes her book, then looks around before running off to hide it somewhere the others wouldn't think to find it.*

Io It's me again! We've got pirates!! It's so cool! They must have hid something on my-our planet and come back or something, but they're here now. And one's really funny! He was running around and his pants fell down and Icey was SOO red! BWAHAHAHAA!! I followed. *Nods proudly* This is just like in the fairytales that Icy told me! I'm gonna haveta learn to go "c**k-a-doodle-dook" like that one boy in the story, you know who he is, he could fly? Wore green tights? Oops, I gotta go, Icey's motioning me over. I'm so glad I got a pocket sized version of this! *Shoves diary in her pocket and dances over to the wildly motioning Ice*
