The Shadow Stalkers are an elite recon force. They will be taking their orders from Will while in NY. The Shadow Stalkers have no care for how many lives they lose as long as they finish the mission with perfection. Their goal is the elimination of all hostile immortals in the world.
Ranks:
Shadow: None for now
Shadow Master: Siger (NPC that will be played by me, talks in blue writing) Will, Honorary Shadow Master. (Zin)
Shadow Hunter: Tokeru (Hokaru Moneru)First in command at the chapterhouse. He is actually the real leader, but Shadow Masters are technically a rank above.
Shadow Knights: Kaji, (Raikou Ryuushou?) Second in command at the chapterhouse, Edith (Simi-chan) Third in command.
Shadow Stalkers: Joseph, Nick, Christine, Janet, Jim, Goerge, Jacob, Nicole, Zuza, Janelle, (All NPC's)
Initiates: Simon (Noata Segara)
Guards: ((All Npc's)) Elspeth, Natasha, Daemon, Raesha, Lucius, Tim, Tom, Jim, Jack, Janet, Maria, Zeretsa, Janine
The Shadow rank is the highest of the high ranks. This rank is reserved for one person who has proven himself in eliminating immortals. New members are given the Initiate rank. Once they have killed 10 immortals, they gain the rank of Shadow Stalker. Once a Shadow Knight has killed over 1000 immortals they become a Shadow Knight. The Shadow Hunter rank is also reserved for one person who lives to kill immortals. This person fights alone almost all the time and is always the first in a recon mission. People who, for some reason or another, cannot kill that many but have very good leadership skills are given the rank of Shadow Master. They are the ones who organise the troops in assaults.
Anyone Hunter wishing to join this Group must either put Shadow Stalker in their profile or talk to Will about it. He has the final say about whether or not members can join here.

Exterior of Chapterhouse.
The Shadow Stalkers Chapterhouse exterior looks jsut like an ordinary house. From the exterior it is 1300 square feet. All doors and windows have been barred shut with solid titanium. The walls have been reinforced with concrete and Steel grating. The roof is a solid titanium slat weighing over 2 tons. The entire house is made to look dingy and unoccupied. Hunters wishing to enter the Chapter house must go up to the door and say the password. They must also submit to a retinal scan and finger scan.
Defenses.
The defenses of the Chapterhouse include remote guided turrets, controlled from the underground base. The UV streetlights are powered by a generator inside the Chapterhouse. If someone fails the retinal scan or the fingerprint scan, they are sprinkled with a mixture of salt and holy water and then they are zapped with 50 000 volts from a tazer hidden in the door. For non human Hunters, there is a secret entrance in the Subway system undergound.

Indoors:
On the inside of the house. There are a few rooms. All empty except for one. In the room in the middle of the house, there is a bookcase. Behind the bookcase there is a staircase leading downwards. Beside the bookcase there is a closet. Inside the closet there is an elevator leading downwards.
Going down about 3 stories, there open up a large room. once inside hunters must participate in another test. DNA testing and mind testing. These are to make sure that no one has stolen fingerprints and eyeballs or stolen your mind. Once these tests are passed the solid steel door opens up. THe door is 6 feet thick and weighs over 3 tons. Once inside the door there are hundreds of room. The inside of the Chapterhouse has 5 levels. THe first 3 are open to everyone, and the fourth on special permission but the fifth level is a secret and only open to the high ranking people.

1st level room description.
The Infirmary is just like any other hospital. Beds, machines, operating tables. THe only things different in this infirmary is the fact that there is a rather large bed with titanium restraints to hold, unwilling patients.
The Machine Shop has anything you can possibly imagine in it. Computers, workbenches, cabinets, thousands of tools. THis area occupies an area of 3000 square feet. Even a loading bay.
The armory holds thousands of weapons, Including but not limited to: Machine guns, heavy and light. Swords, daggers, axes, maces, shotguns, snipers, sub-machine guns, pistols, hammers, body armor, and basically anything you can think of.
Bathrooms: Self explanitory.
The Cafeteria is just a place where people can eat together, it doesnt serve gourmet food on this level, just average things like sandwiches, ice cream, burritoes.
The Laboratory occupies an area of 4000 square feet and is used by the scientist team to find new antidoted to poisons and new ways of killing immortals. Also, the scientists can do genetic altering if it is desired and has a good reason.

2nd level room description.
Housing: Each of the 200+ rooms come with 3 rooms. A bedroom, living room and kitchen. Some rooms are bigger than others but the majority range from 800 square feet to 1200 square feet in the entire 'house'. The doors are titanium alloy and have a speaker system along with a video camera so you can see and hear who wants to come. To enter the room you require a figerprint test. To get assigned a room just go to one, enter the passcode 1435 and then place finger on the pad. Once your fingerprint is registered the room will be open for your use.
Safe: THe safe is an area where Hunters may place all of their belongings in safety deposit boxes. It is also used for placing money in the vault so we can pay hunters, ((Yes pay.)) On completion of a mission.
Armory: Same as first level one.
Bathrooms: Same as first level one.
Games room: The games room has a pool table, arcade games, TV's along with xboxes, gamecubes, a playstation two and any other games system you might want.
TV room: The TV room is just it's name. It is in actuality a movie theater. Featuring two screens which change films each day.
Cafeteria: This Cafeteria serve more gourmet foods for the refined people who wish to have a nice evening out. You can order steak, filet mignon, Coq au Vin, and many more fine meals. Unfortunatly, you must pay at this cafeteria. Food isn
t free.

3rd level descriptions:
Gun range: The gun range occupies fully half. of the third level. It is deep enough for people to get sniper training. As everything in the Chapterhouse, the walls are reinforced concrete with a titanium coating for maximum security.
Weapon shop: The weapon shop is quite large. It holds any gun and weapon that Hunters can think of. The upside to purchasing your own weapon is that you do not need to sign out the weapons from the armory, the downside is that they are expensive due to the sensitive matter of this being a hunter base.
Dojo: It is exactly what it claims to be, a dojo.
Weight room: Again exactly what it claims to be.
Pool: What? a pool 3 stories underground? Well more than that but yes. The pool is 1/2 of an olympic size pool but is still quite large. Unfortunatly due to space, there are no diving boards or windows.
Sauna: Yes a place where hunters can relax, the sauna. Steam yourself up in this sauna. It will melt all the tension off your bodies.

4th level room descriptions
Holding Cells: Basically a jail for any hunter that has gotten drunk or fought with another member. And when i say fought i don't mean spar,
War room: THis room is large enough to hold 200 people. It is circular with 3 tiers. THis allows everyone to see the center. In the center there is a hologram projector which is used to brief people and missions and outline the attack strategy. Before each mission, all participating hunters must come in here for the briefing.
garage: The garage holds a few vehicles, mainly for group transportation but it can be used for single transportation. Vehicles are brought out by a service elevator which lead to the garage on the surface. Vehicle can then leave and enter by the elevator.
Public Offices: Offices dedicated to all levels except initiates.

Kaji walks up to the secret underground enterance and sighs, "I hate this one, it looks so uninviting." As he checked that there was no one around he walks in and enters an empty room on the right side of the house, he reaches the middle room where the bookcase is and pulls a book out from the book case, it was the bible ironic huh. He set down the stairs and reached the DNA testing first, he placed his hand on the scanner and it showed hsi hman form and then the screen said ," now present Lycan ID." Kaji sighed and went Lycan, a slight rip in his shirt formed as his shoulders grew and his arm muscles bulged. his shorts were fine, they were baggy enough. He placed his paw on the scanner and it allowed him to go onto the mind testing, as he passed that he walked into the first floor and headed for the stairs.

Tokeru recieved an beep that stated someone had entered the ChapterHouse. He flipped on the video screen and saw that it was the new Initiate. Kaji.

Kaji didn't bother to change from his Lycan form, his earrings were bruning his skin, but he didm't seem to care. He looks up at the camera with hsi tarnished golden eyes and just looks at it for about a minute then heads off to find a room to call his own. his guns hanging off his back and his 9mm in his shorts along with his throwing knives

An intercom activated, the crackling buzz could be heard. "Kaji, please put all weapons in the 2nd floor armory and come down to my office to recieve your Initiate uniform."

Kaji just nodded and went for the Armory on 2nd floor, as he reached it it was another fingerprint scan and as he placed his wolf finger on it it rejected it. "Great," Kaji said to himself as he went human and dropped a bit form the wieght of his weaponry, as he placed his human finger on the scanner it let him in and he placed it in his own locker near the door.
He headed out of the Armory and headed to the office, but he stopped at the door and screatched his head, he had no clue where it was.

"They should really put a map up in the halls, like the ones at the malls," Kaji said out loud as he headed for teh elevators. As he reacehd the 4th floor he looked on the wall and it had a sing that said:

Kaji headed left and came to the door where the voice told him to go and he knocked on the door and waited.

Tokeru heard the knock. "Come in Kaji, the door is unlocked, as always."
The office was rather drab with only a computer, a locker and a desk.
