I am currently in a deep dark pit of boredom, as no one is talking right now... and need to find some way out. Theres always the original cure. Put a CD in the microwave and enjoy the cheap fireworks, but that doesn't seem to work for more than a few seconds and leaves a nasty smell... So I need some cures for boredom. If you have any ideas on the matter please post them, and I'll try out the best ones! ninja

I hate playing guitar. I took some classes and never got the hang of it, I'm more of a piano person. My big sis on the other hand loves guitar and can play really well.
I know thats why I'm not allowed to it anymore... -_-;

AshoftheMidnightRose I hate playing guitar. I took some classes and never got the hang of it, I'm more of a piano person. My big sis on the other hand loves guitar and can play really well. I know thats why I'm not allowed to it anymore... -_-; Guitar = Piano without hammers that hit a certain note. Whatever your instructer told you to do. Don't do it. Thats the CLINICAL way to play a guitar. There is NO real wrong way to play a guitar. Pick one up and just fiddle with it. Find a note. Find something that sounds good with it. hit the two in any order you like then add another note and another until you feel like your playing your piano. Pretty simple if you've got the music in your soul. Nobody starts out awesome at the guitar. The first thing I ever did while playing the guitar was PISS MY DAD OFF! xD But he understood I was learning so he gave me a break. If anyone gives you flak about how you play. Say the way they play looks pretty darn funny too. If they say you stink. Don't give up. Keep learning. Just try to get better than them. I'm now better at certain things then my dad when it comes to the guitar. He tried to teach me. I couldn't learn from him. I had to learn on my own. I've never looked at a book on how to play guitar. And apparantly I'm good.

lol! I get it, and I do mess with my sis guitar sometimes. I can even play a few songs. But it just comes down to the fact that I really don't like it. sweatdrop
