Misty had told him to come today, he hadn't wanted to move. All he'd wanted to do was sit next to his tea pot and talk to it. These days, that tea pot was his life. He told it all his thoughts, all his deepest feelings, and hoped, one day it would emerge and respond to him. It was a desolute life to some, but it was all that he held dear as nothing else mattered to him now... Not after his heart had been broken twice now. Not after he'd been refused and tossed aside like a broken doll.
He walked, head hanging into the shop. His tears had dried up weeks before, but his heart was still heavy. He wished Rimi was here, or the new goddess in the house, Seimei. They both always had so much energy and made him feel happy inside. But no, he'd come along because Misty had insisted it so. Why? He wish he knew, truly, he did.

Roxie's head lay on her paws, which lay on the arm rest of couch. She watched the red fox come into the shop. His face was contorted with confusion in and the fur around his cheeks was still a little matted from tears passed.
Roixie's head tilted to the side and she continued to look him over, "You look distraught."
Her voice wafted through the air like a cooling breeze. It was abnormally soft, but extremely comforting. Without hesitating, Roxie reach out a paw and touched his cheeks lightly, staring at them before looking into his golden eyes that were slightly darker than her own.

Toao doesn't really someone is near him until she was upon him and talking to him. He didn't look up as he was talked to. It was a women's voice... He hated most women's voices. All they did was make him hurt and cringe inside. He cringed outwardly as well. But made no move away from her until she touched him.
"Ah!" He cried out, against her and pulled away. His head tossing and he fell backward away from her.

Roxie's eyes only flickered with surprise for a moment before withdrawing her paw and looked at him. "Scared?...Afraid?" she asked no one in particular.
"Your name?"

His eyes burned, and seethed within their sockets and a droplet of sweat formed and feel from his brow. He quivered, his whole body rigged. Yes. He said to himself as she spoke allowed. Yes, I am.
Shaking his head slowly, he closed his eyes and let his head drop. His muscled un-tensed slowly. This female... She meant no harm to him. Why am I acting like this? He cried out within himself, fighting for an answer to the question. Hesitating a moment, a paw poised and raised in the air, as if he was ready to run at any moment, he whispered quietly. "Toao."
