Negima_Rox_Your_Sox Suspected of bringing mules onto the forum to try to get more gifts... Suspected mule Asuna_buy_your_side.

- Evidence -

5 - Negima DENIED having the mule during the period in question.
6 - Negima is a faithful regular. He is a kind person. Please take his personality as evidence.
7 - The mule NEVER straight up asked for a donation.

If found guilty Negima will be put on probation during which time the mule in question will not be allowed to post and if he is reported for using another mule and evidence is found he will be blacklisted...

It is true that the mule or friend (whatever) didn't ask for donations, but maybe, just MAYBE, he knew he wasn't going to if he asked. Maybe, he would of waited for a generous donater, like Rogarn for example to give him/her something. O:

The only thing that makes me iffy on the Negi situation is that on page 2001 of the thread he stated that he was going to get onto an account that a friend gave him and later he posted under Asuna_by_your_side. These posts came today at 3:13 and 3:15pm respectively. If Asuna belongs to someone else, why did he state this afternoon that it was given to him by a friend?

The evidence is against him, but more then one of us have been on the thread with our mules for whatever reason. Negi claims to have given gifts while on his mule. I would ask that anyone that has recieved a gift while he was on Asuna aka Teribitha (i think was the name before it changed) step forward and be recogonized. This would prove that he wasn't just here to get gifts but also gave and stayed and chatted. As is pointed out with the outlined instance, he did reveal that he was Negi and didn't lie about his identity. If he is put on probabtion then that would set a trend for anyone that comes on with a mule. this is why i am against his probation.

There's really no 100% sure way to know if it was Negima who was on the other account or not.

Of course, he did say that he logged off at like 1 am or whatever and gave the account to his friend after that, and the quote is timestamped at 3:34 PM, which means he lied about that.

Of course, I don't know what his personality is like since I just joined today, so I can't include that in my thoughts...

The thing is, the quote makes it different. Why would he deny it at first; When we were questioning? It just makes it weird. o 3o The hell? He's a regular? Never knew. xD
