Hair/Eye Color : Despite being of such a mixed background, Cara somehow managed to be an albino. She has pale blonde, almost white, hair and light pink eyes. She is also very light-skinned, which is why she gets sunburns when she's out in the sunlight for too long.
Pet : No pets presently. She is however beginning her parents to get her a baby owl for her 12th birthday.
Home Life : Cara is the second child of Frederick Cadabury, a well-known member of the French Ministry of Magic, and Amanda (maiden name: Lorelli) Cadabury, a past writer for the Daily Prophet. Frederick comes from a wealthy family of privelege, but he's definately not the kindest of parents. One could even go so far as to say that he's power-hungry, but he keeps himself in check around the ministry. Amanda comes from an important, though middle-class family with many connections. She used to write a prominent column of the Daily Prophet before she married Frederick. She is free-spirited and likes to do things that are completely wild and out-of-control. She usually very cheerful. After Cara's birth, her health steadily declined and she is often in ill condition, though nothing too critical. She is still pretty cheerful and wild, though it is obvious that she is often in a lot of pain. This was an arranged marriage set up for conveniences between the two families and Frederick and Amanda had no say in it. Cara has an older sister, Maddie. Maddie had graduated the year before, to which Cara was thrilled because Maddie had always been mean to her. Maddie obviosuly took after their father, while Cara appears to have taken after their mother.
Diving deeper : Cara is best described as an imp. She has this infectious laugh because it is a mash-up of a cackle and a real laugh, though that is just how she laughs. She's a bit of a practical joker, but only with people that she is comfortably with. She would never prank someone she doesn't know very well. Nor would she ever intentionally set up a prank that would potentially hurt someone. She is a fairly good student, but tends to do poorly on some things just because she is disinterested. Cara is rather explosive in her emotions as well. She's loud and bubbly when she's happy, obnoxious and moody when she's upset, etc. If something were to suddenly explode and Cara was in a bad mood, then you know it had to be her.
Judging by Cara's personality, no one would think that the sorting hat would have selected her for Slytherin, but that may be due to a lineage thing because portions of her mother's family had been Slytherins and her whole father's lineage had been the French equivalent at a private wizarding school in Bordeaux, France. There's a possibility that there may be something dark about her, but that has yet to emerge. She's too young and innocent at the present.
Cara likes: magic (duh!), practical jokes and pranks, loud music, and any means of having fun, regardless of what rules get broken.
Cara dislikes: boring people, mean people, her sister, and sunscreen (which she has to wear a lot of).
Taking a closer look : Cara jumped on her bed, feeling overly excited. 'First day of school is tomorrow! Yay!' she thought. All over the room lay tons of books and packages, all her school supplies. She had yet to finish packing, but she was just too excited. "Yahooo!!!" she yelled, a bit too loudly unfortunately. A few minutes later, the door to her room slammed open and there stood her father, looking completely livid. Out of fear, Cara stopped bouncing on the bed. "Finish packing and go to sleep!" he barked at her, leaving and slamming the door closed. Cara got down onto the floor and started to put everything into the large trunk that sat next to the door.
