 Life was great! Life was wonderful! Life was fantastic! Life… was a living hell. Of course, it wasn’t like the little raccoon colored mare could express such a thing freely… She was a self appointed mute after all. With a grumbling, pouting gesture, Sienna pawed at the earth beneath her hooves, irritated by many things in life. Perhaps it was her muteness or perhaps it was her family? Maybe it was even IT that was the cause of her annoyance. If the IT hadn’t been there when she was a young foal then she would have grown up to be rather happy… right? RIGHT? As if she were sighing, the mare dropped her shoulders and head, staring blankly at the ground beneath her. She really disliked life right now… And she had no viable reason for it either.

Life had Lord Ramses in it.
He was parading around, looking stunning as usual. He was a strong, bold figure who knew his proper place in life, above everyone else. Khufu was proud to see how his master had turned out, and told him so every day. Who cared that Lord Ramses had few friends, he was there for his lord, he knew the truth.Life was great! Life was wonderful! Life was fantastic!
Life had him in it didn't it?
And who was better than himself? He mused. Why Khufu told him constantly, affirming his strong belief. He saw another soquili, though (of course) it wasn't as marvelous as himself he decided to go allow it to introduce itself. As he drew closer he decided that due to her features she must be female. Hopefully she didn't fawn over him...too much that is. Never did it occur to him that she may not WANT to introduce herself.
He sauntered up, his usual smug grin played across his face. "Good afternoon."

Grey ears twitched to the sound of rustling feathers. The striped mare grinded her teeth as a look of disgust slowly shadowed over her face. She hated to act so badly with new company around, but her mood was extremely foul and she did not give a damn for the world right now. In response to the “Good afternoon” Sienna jerked her neck around to stare down the new company with flaming eyes of dark red fury… She almost looked as if she were going to snarl and pounce on the new stallion like a wild cat. Sienna’s mood was just that bad today.

"It seems you startled her my Lord" Khufu mused aloud, "though she also seems upset, perhaps you scared her as well."
Ramses was used to Khufu's prattle about things anyone could see for themselves, and so in fact it just sounded like another voice in the back of his mind giving him advice. "Perhaps she's upset because of jealousy. My looks have gotten that reaction before." He spoke out loud, he hated to keep his thoughts bottled to himself, besides, Khufu would want to know his point of view.
Now he addressed her. "I am Ramses, and my servant here is called Khufu. You don't have to be scared. What are you called?"

Oh lord no. If the mare could, she would be tripping on her legs this instant in a face free fall to the ground. This was… this was like meeting IT all over again! Except this new IDIOT had a personality, which Sienna was not sure if that was a plus… or something much, much worse. As infuriated as the mare was, she was also growing pretty tired of this “Get angry/annoyed with every single little thing in life” game.
Still, that did not deter the fact that the little mare seriously wanted to bite the stallion before her… Even taking a n** at his flapping feathery friend would make her feel better since they were part of the same entity (in her little world anyway). Slowly, the mare turned her head away from the two, resisting the urge to suddenly attack them, and smiled deviously at the plans that were concocted from her mind.

"Or she could be shy," Khufu continued, deciding to ignore the look he had seen in her eyes. Who in their right mind would glare at Lord Ramses? "Being shy is a nice trait for a young maiden to have, quite desireable to some."
"It could also be that she is speachless in my presence. Khufu go see if you can talk to her, maybe she won't be as shy or overwhelmed if it's not me talking to her."
Ramses watched as Khufu flew towards the young mare. He really wasn't all that used to being ignored like this, and he didn't like it. If she was doing it on purpose...well he'd be furious at that. But then a voice spoke in the back of his mind. Who would want to refuse him?

A blank look crossed over the mare’s face as she listened to the conversation that ensued before her. Either the stallion really was an idiot… or he was just completely full of himself. On a scale to compare IT and this stallion, she wasn’t sure who was worse… yet… She didn’t want to pull anything too soon though for that would ruin all the fun she’d have. Calmly, Sienna turned her attention back to the stallion and his winged mass of feathers and gave them a non-expressive look. She’d wait to see what kind of ramble the silly feather lump would give her.

"My good lady," Khufu said, flourishing his words in his most fawning tone. "There is no reason to fear Lord Ramses. Though he may indeed seem intimidating and most glorious he does not mean you any harm. You can feel quite safe, his excellency does not delight in bullying innocent young mares such as yourself."
Ramses stood there, waiting for her to realize what a great honor it was to receive his attention like this. He stood proudly, determined to make a good impression with his looks alone.

The young grey mare eyed the lump of feathers oddly as his ramble meant nothing to her. Great this, great that. If the stallion was truly such a great creature he should have proclaimed his brilliance by him self. Not use his lump of meat and feathers to do the talking for him. Feigning a pretty little smile, Sienna walked passed the feather ball calmly and approached the pompous git. Her smile remained intact for their was a smile of victory…

Khufu was taken aback as she walked right past him. Surely it was his Master's brilliance that had her so distracted.
Ramses watched the mare come ever closer to him, smiling slightly to himself. So she was finally starting to admit that he was more than she could hope or dream of. Finally she was acknowledging his proper place.

Almost smiling like a succubus would, the young mare walked around the stallion, her dark reds eyes were filled with wonder and deep interest. But, interest in what was the question here. She would make all the idiots pay for their foolishness; the really stupid ones anyway. Oh, how she would make them pay… and she would savor every moment of it…

Ramses followed her with his eyes, turning his head slightly. He was a little disturbed in the back of his mind that she was suddenly so interested but that feeling was overwhelmed by the one that told him that this was how things should be. He stood still yet relaxed, sure of himself.

She could see the worry in the male’s eyes. Oh, how worried he should be. But, being the fool that he was, he saw nothing wrong in her approaches. Merely confused by the mare’s actions, Sienna safely assumed that the stallion sensed no danger what so ever. She got closer to the stallion and simply smiled kindly. She would seduce him with words but… that was not a possibility in this case. Oh well. Eyes were good enough for this.

The grey mare edged even closer to the stallion as her muzzle was in breathing distance of the stallion's mane. She acted as if she were about to whisper something sweet to him from her soft smile...
Right?
