Ok people i'm trying to get guild participation up...i'm sending messages to the old members, if you guys can get some new active members i would be tickled to death...but you must tell them that if they dont participate at least 1 or 2 posts a week i will ban them... i'm going to send out messages to people who have never posted telling them that if they dont start then there is no use having them in the guild and they will be banned after a week or 2...any other ideas would be severly helpful

Thats a fairly good idea... Banning people who are not active.
The only active people I know who post in guilds are you guys though. xd So... Im not much help...

Who has been pm-ed, and second, most of these people are on the friends list of the mule, which allows blanket pms and would speed up sending out memos. I just need to know who has already been harassed.
