So what makes a centaur? Well a horse body of course but what else?

Do you think centaurs are an advanced or primitave race?
[[Advanced, but I believe that they enjoy living in the illusion that they are primitive]]

Where would centaurs live?
[[In forests, surrounding a primary water source]]

Do they have their own language?
[[I think they can adapt to whatever language another race speaks, but besides that they are able to communicate using their energies.]]

How well do you think theyd get along with other races?
[[They are neutral in all wars, so I'd say their kind to all natures that don't try to harm them]]


Do they have a relgion? Do they accept same sex marriages?
[[I don't know if they have a religion...but I know centaurs don't care about gender, considering they don't usually die from old age, they only care about love]]

I've always thought centaurs mostly lived in the woods.
Or maybe fields.
But that they liked their privacy from other creatures/races.
I think there's a possibility they live in mountains, but I dunno how their body would handle that.
I believe they're considered advanced, since they can think and talk and such.
Why shouldn't they have their own language?
I'm sure they can learn many languages, but they'll most likely have their own - maybe one set apart from other centaur herds, also?
Religion, not so much.
I thought they relied on the stars, planets, and Earth to teach them.
And I don't believe they have marriages.

Practicing in same sex relationships, however, I'm not sure.
Either they're more like animals, and that sort of thing doesn't matter, or they're more like olden time humans, where that sort of thing is against nature/God/whatever religion they're into.
I guess they could be, as it seems to be a free will sort of thing.

Advanced or primitive?
I've always imagined them as being quite advanced, but far less destructive than humans.
This opinion is partially due to the fact that they are commonly linked with stargazing and seers.
I think that they could comprehend that war is meaningless.
I like to believe that centaurs are a proud and majestic race, one to be admired.


Where would they live?
I think it safe to assume that they would live in forests, hidden from humanity.

Language?
Would they have their own language? Hmm, not quite sure on that one really. ^^;

How would they get along with other species/races?
I think they would get along with them well, as long as they were treated with respect.
But, I'm not sure if it would be quite commonplace to see them frolicking with others, as I've always imagined them being very secluded.

Religion? Marriage?
As for religion, I'm not quite sure on that one either. But I like to think that they believe that everything and everyone has their own unique spirit.
Maybe similar to Pagan?

As for marriage, I think they are advanced enough to comprehend that love is love, something powerful and special that shouldn't be frowned upon no matter who with.

I think they'd be peaceful but...usually kept to themselves, however.

in alot of mythology, centaurs are highly territorial, that male centaurs will kill anything that threatens them, and that the females will only protect children or women with children of other races.

I like the idea of them being skilled warriors but not the type to start wars. They like to keep to themselves and protect themselves.

So what makes a centaur? Well a horse body of course but what else? Personally I see centaurs as a very spirited people. We're proud and very protective of our Earth. We're like Mother Nature's guardians. We're also a little recluse though, as I see it. I think some centaurs could be more aggressive ( like the one in the comic, haha ) or shy around other races, since we keep to the forests most likely. We value animals very much, such as the fish!
Do you think centaurs are an advanced or primitive race? I don't think we're like cavemen or anything, but I don't think we've advanced ourselves like the humans or anything either. I see the centaurs more like the Native Americans. We've learned to live off the Earth, and how to give and take without defacing the Earth.
Where would centaurs live? In the forests and the plains. We'd need trees but also wide open spaces to run!
Do they have their own language I think we speak English, but might have some centaur-words thrown in too.
How well do you think they'd get along with other races? We'd be peaceful with other races that are peaceful, but I think we'd be opposed to anything that harmed the Earth or had malicious intent.
Do they have a relgion? Do they accept same sex marriages? I think we'd have sort of a Native American-like religion. I also think they'd accept same sex marriages, I see them as a very peaceful and accepting society.

I like that. Centaurs are like the Native Americans of fantasy. They respect nature and hunt only for food/the animals fur or teeth to make weapons or clothes, never for sport.
I think they would also (esspecially the males) hold games to test eachothers strengh and endurance. (races, wresteling ect)
