Kjerne slinked through the moist bushes, her ears laid back against her head, and her tail swiftly following behind her. She stopped for a second to shake her fur from the water soaked in it, but was quickly watered down again by the pouring rain. Frogs croaked in the dim landscape around her, and the rain made a steady harmony as it softly struck everything.

[-is too lazy to get Louise's image-]
Yawning, Louise stared up between treetops, her camera pointed up. When analyzing the shape of the shilloette of the trees against the sky and the the way the rain was hurtling straight for her, she realized that it would make a good subject. Now, as she laid on her back looking into her camera, surrounded by sound equipment that she'd put a tarp over so the water wouldn't get to it, she waited.

Kjerne recklessly climbed into the lower branches of a tree in an attempt to try and figure out where she could find shelter. She looked around through the pale of the rain falling, and was surprised to see a large tarp laid out on the ground a little ways away. Curious, she jumped back down from the tree and headed in that direction.

Louise sighed, waiting for something to fly by, or penetrate the rythmic beating the sounds of the forest combined with the rain were making, she was being put to sleep. Her ears twitched as she heard something coming near her. She looked over, through he camera, and saw a familiar figure, "Kjerne?"

Kjerne peaked her head out of the bushes, looking to see who lay under the tarp. Her ear twitched as she heard a familiar voice. She looked around as she called back, "Loiuse?" She got out of the bushes and walked over towards the tarp, looking for her.

Louise turned her camera off, rolling off of her back lazily and slinking out. She stared at Kjerne with a soft smile, "Hi..." She said, yawning. "You're soaking." She herself was mostly dry, though her back was a little dirty. Though now, with small surprise flinches, water soon gotto her fur. She didn't mind though, "It's raining a lot harder that it looks...isn't it?"

Kjerne looked at herself and laughed. "I guess I am." She shook her fur again and smiled at Louise who was now getting wet. "Yeah, it is." She then looked over at the tarp and saw the equipment, "You recording the rain?"

Louise looked back to the tarp. "Yeah...I guess so." She shrugged, "It's not really exciting or anything...I just didn't have anything else to do."

Kjerne though for a moment before she smiled. "Would you like to come with me to find something to do in the rain? It'll be fun!" she said as she rocked back and forth on her paws.

Kjerne smiled at Louise before running over to grab her paw and pull her in a random direction. She shook some water out of her eyes as she began pulling and looked back at her. "Is there anything specific you wanna do?" she asked as they bolted through the trees.

Louise blinked, surprised as the other female grabbed her paw. She shook her head as they ran. She grinned, liking the way the trees went by and the way the rain pelted her face. She shrugged, as much as she could while running, "Not really." She said, "I was hoping you'd have something."

"Have you ever been swimming in the rain?" Kjerne asked as she slowed down some, carefully stepping over small puddles of mud and water. She yelped as there was a small crack of thunder and then began to hesitantly laugh. She didn't like thunder all that much.

She shook her head, "Once when I was a kit, my dad took me. But, I don't remember it all that well." She jumped as she heard the thunder, also laughing slightly, "You know when if you count the seconds between a thunder and a lightening you can tell how many miles it is from you?"

Kjerne smiled. "Then we shall go swimming!" she said over the rain as she pulled Louise in a slightly different direction. She looked back and nodded before replying, "It's 5 miles for every second, right?"
