I'm going to a DCI competition next Saturday, the one in Allentown, PA. It's gonna be awesome! There's a whole group from our band that's going, so we're all meeting up there, riding up in two 15-person vans. It's gonna be awesome. =D
(I just hope there's gonna be someone I know in the van I'm riding in... xd )

I saw DCI at San Antonio, TX this past weekend. Blue Devils got first and Cavies got 2nd while Phantom Regiment actually didn't really do so well. I can understand why, since their marching wasn't all that great, but their colorguard was awesome! I loved their overall visual effect. It was beautiful.
Yeah, the Blue Devils are good, but as to why they beat the Cavies, no one knows. The results say that Cavies lost in visual effect, but everyone knows that's totally not true. I mean, honestly, I knew exactly what the Cavie show was about by their marching AND colorguard - which did not seem to make many huge mistakes - whereas the w/Blue Devils, I could not tell what their show was about at all - and their colorguard made many noticable mistakes.
As for my favorite marching corp?
CAVALIERS
