it's nearing christmas and you don't want to spend it with the family, so you come to Cold Mountain resort in the Rocky Mountains. you hope to meet some friend, but what you didn't except to meet the love of your life.

Aubrey dropped her suitcas as she entered the middle of the lobby. She decide to come here after finding her fiancee in bed with her best friend. and she wasn't in the mood to cuddle by her mom and her 'told you so's. she walked up the front desk and got her room key. she went into the elevator, hoping that this trip would be worth it's money.

Yuki walked inside the resort and looked around hoping no one noticed her. She smiled when there wasn't any paparazzi there and skipped to the front desk and got the key to her suite. She thanked the lady and looked at the elevators then the stairs.
"Wow, I never climbed stairs before!" She smiled happily and started ascending the stairs, once she reached her suite she unlocked the door and exhaustively walked to the bedroom and dropped onto the bed.
"That was my first and last time I'm climbing up stairs" She sighed and then decided to take a nap.

Aubrey unlocked her door and went into the suite. she dropped her suitcase and opened up the blinds.
"wow!" she breathed as she took in the sight of the snowy moutains and the slopes.
defendly worth it she thought as she went to the fluffy white bed and sat on it.

"Cold..." she whispered to herself as Ayame stepped off the bus that had taken her to the oh so famous mountain resort. It had been a horrible week for her and thanks to a great friend she was finally able to temporarily escape the troubles of her home life for something better. With a sad yet peaceful smile on her face, Ayame gathered up her bags and slowly walked to the resorts entrance. The landscape from what she could see was breathtakingly beautiful. With a new sudden excitement, she quickly went to the counter to pick up her room key. With the energy of a four year old, Ayame dashed off to where her resort room would be so that she could unpack and get a tour of the place and hopefully start her new job as a part-time waitress.

Aubrey got comfortable then left her room and walked around the resort for a while. they had everything you can think of: gym, workout room, indoor pool, spa, bar and dance club.
sweet she thought as she sat in a bar stool and order a drink.

It taken what felt like forever but at last Ayame was done. "It's about time too" she said aloud to know one in particular. Getting up and stretching a bit Ayame was torn in between taking a shower and just going down to the bar to see when did she have to start working. Deciding on the latter, Ayame grabbed her room key, jacket and wallet and walked on out the door.
It was easy finding the bar and a bit too early for the real customers to start coming in. So Ayame wasn't too surprised at how little of people were in the room at the moment. Now that she thought of it...she had no idea how the bar manger looked like. The only time she had ever spoke to the manger was when she was on the phone asking for the job. Ayame was about to leave and go to the resort lounge to ask for some help when she spotted a dark haired beauty sitting all alone. "Maybe I should meet the locals first." And with that she walked on over and took a seat next to a potential distraction.

"Hi" Ayame said as a big smile started to appear on her face and while she held out her hand for a friendly handshake. "Nice to meet you. I'm Ayame. And you are?"

She took her hand and shook it. " i'm Aubrey. it's nice to meet you." she said as she shook her hand. " so...what are you here for?"

Yuki awoke when she felt something on her back. She immediately turned to her side to not harm the creature and got up quickly. She started backing away from the bed until she saw her pet ferret Magica.
"Magica! Don't scare me like that ever!" She looked at the clock "I was asleep for 20 minutes... Well I guess I have to unpack" After 10 more minutes of unpacking Yuki decided to go to the indoor swimming pool.
"Come on Magica, your going too." After she said this she took a washing basin from the bathroom and picked up Magica. "Oh wait almost forgot!" She put both on the bed and quickly changed to her bathuing suit. She picked Magica and the washing basin again and left the room.
She took the elevator this time and skipped the rest of the way to the pool. Once she was there she filled the washing basin with water and put Magica in it. After that she jumped into the pool and started to swim around.

"Oh" said Ayame while thinking on how to reply the question. "I'm just trying to escape the harsh cruel world of reality while trying to find out who's in charge of this wonderful bar here so that I can see when I should start my job as a part time waitress". "And you?" Ayame asked as she shook her head no when the bartender asked if he could get her a drink. "Sucks being underage" thought Ayame as she watch the bartender leave to serve some drinks to some customers that can drink.

"same here," she said as she took and a drink. when the girl looked at her funny. "it's coke. i don't drink spirits, they make me into a person who i don't want to be. so you are going to be a waitress here. well, looks like we are going to be working together."

"What?" Ayame said as her eyes grew wide in surpised and while she called back the bartender to get a Dr.Pepper. "Thats really great. I was hoping that I'd be working with someone I'll know. Do you by any chance know who's in charge?"
