This is a very nice program that my room mate alerted me to. It looks to be awesome and so I wanted to post here to give you guys all the site... That seems interesting, I think I will do it. One of the reasons I am losing weight is to join the Army and I know you are required to do a certain number of push ups so this will be a good routine. As of now I can't even do a single full push up crying .

This looks like a really good idea...
I'm on week 1, day 2. My arms/chest are so sore it's pathetic, lol. But, if I can pull off 100 full pushups at the end of this, it'll be worth it.
Hooray for challenges!

You'd think I'd be the furthest along on all of this, but I hurt my wrist just before finding this site, and I've been waiting for it to heal up and stop hurting... but it hasn't. ._.

I've heard of that challenge, but I think I will change it to one hundred crunches biggrin I'm trying to tone up my tummy..

I'm pretty sure it would work on any exercise like that, squats, lunges or anything else. hmmmm...

Wow, thats really cool! Yeah I was at a high performance camp for the sport I play and we had to do fitness testing. They had us do as many pushups as we could in 60 seconds (I did 48 relatively sloppy ones, I was so amazed..) Some of the guys did like, 90 and above!! I felt okay about it though, cause the thinnest, most toned-looking girl there could only do 25. It motivated me, even though I'm larger than the average athlete.
