As you can see, I need help running the guild. I am the only one that is active and taking care of the guild.. So meh.. time to hire! We are also hiring here, at the main forum.
We need inspired and inspirational people who really want to launch lolidollies off and be very supportive of this.
We want our mods to make lots of interesting topics, help out our fellow lolidollies, and contribute as much as you can to the growth of Loli Dollies.
Qualifications
1. Must have at least 20 posts
2. Must be friendly and helpful! (:
3. Must continue to be active.
An example of a good application setup would be:
-Why you want to be a staff member.
-A letter of intent.
-Gushing about how dedicated you are and how much you will help us out cause that will probably work!
-Knowledge/experience.
-And anything else you'd like to add

Moderator Rules~
One: Do not edit any post unless asked to or material is inappropriate.
Two: Do not delete any post unless asked to or material is inappropriate.
Three: After deleting a post, pm me (Nefarious Vile) your reasons why the content was deleted.
Four: You may not ban anyone until I approve unless constant inappropriate behavior has been active.
Five: Do not delete locked threads.
Six: You may delete a thread with the creators permission..
Seven: Only use your powers when you need to and not when you want to.
Eight: You may lock certain threads if they become out of hand. (ex: debating and arguments become uncontrollable)

Hello, my name is Nandi (: and i've been a huge Lolita fan for a couple of years now. Every day i look up information and i look around for great deals on anything lolita like clothing, shoes, accessories etc. I'm always on this guild (and the other board) trying to think of interesting posts to make to try and motivate people to post more, but as it seems, this place needs more advertising.
I will help out by going around the little random places i go (i.e camden market, london expo, the venue i work at) and give out leaflets and giving out information about this guild and the forum/website. I feel that the Lolita community needs to grow, and there are a lot of people (especially here in England) who would be very interested in hearing about it, but don't know where to go.
The experience i've had with moderating things are:
being a promoter for my local venue - i have to convince people to be interested in comming to a night, to realise that it will be something they will never regret. I also have to talk to a lot of people (bands, managers, labels) to try and negotiate for bands to play. I feel i can use this as it's a very good communication skill.
I've been in many bands, meaning i've had to manage and run many apon many websites and forums. I am very aproachable (as aproachable as you can get on the net), and i wont just flare out and go mad at people.
I'm a photographer, and model..i can help by finding some cool photos, and even meeting up when i goto america and here in england with people who want to be able to have their photo taken. I feel this would help people feel secure, as i'm not an old perverted man (lol), but i am a very trustworthy person who wants to help people out (:
my only flaw (and i'm willing to admit it) is that i'm dyslexic, and perhaps my spelling or my wording may not seem correct, but it's not so bad that you can't understand what i'm trying to say.

I would like to be a mod because I have been quite active in this guild plus I love lolita. I have been wearing it everyday since I was twelve even when being called a freak. I love the people in this guild and will full go by your set rules. I have been a mod in an other guild for about two month now and I think I would do a very good job. I promise to go trough every thread at least once a day. And make sure everyting is PG-13 and under. Please I know this letter was not to great but if you let me be a mod I would not let you down miss. Also I am a new loli clothing maker. I am hoping to post some of my ideas very soon.

Although I'm a relatively new member, I would very much appreciate your consideration as a candidate for moderator. I love this guild very much and would love to see it grow, and being able to help that happen would make me very happy! I would dedicate myself to keeping peace on our forum and spreading the knowledge of our guild to many users on Gaia. I would not only encourage growth from outside, however, but growth from within as well. By further engaging the community that we already have, our guild can be an even better, more active place to be!
I think that I would be good for this position because I am very good at resolving conflicts and helping a community to flourish. I love Gothic Lolita and am quite knowledgable about it, and I try to live as loli a lifestyle myself as possible. I am a creative and open-minded person, and am mature enough to handle any problem that might come our way. On a lighter note, I love to design and draw loli styles, and to collect and create my very own to wear! I hope that I would be able to spread the joy I find in Gothic Lolita to all the members of our guild, and make this guild into the very best guild it can be!

I know I'm really new here, But I would love to be a moderator. I know quite a bit about the lolita style and I know alot about the lolita style and I feel that I can manage with alot of the questions about the lolita style, And i feel like I can give alot to the community, with lots of tutorials and things. ^_^
I've been into the lolita fashion for a few years. At first it was completely from an art and fashion point of veiw, but then I fell in love with the culture, the mannerisms, everything. Its much more than just a "cute outfit" idea and more of a lifestyle now. I will be going to school for design, and I will be working mostly with lolita designs. I hope someday to bring the lolita culture to the U.S., while keeping it sort of couture but still with the ability to wear out every day.
I've been on Gaia for about three years now (various accounts) And I know my way around the site pretty well. I am obviously still active and I continue to be. ^_^ I'll definatly be active in this community especially, since the lolita culture is very important to me in general, and Lolita community on Gaia is just that much more incredible!
I can deal with arguements well. I never take sides or treat others any special than anyone else. (I am a moderater as well as an owner of various guilds on gaia, as well as many other forums that arent gaia related ^^) I believe I can handle all the responisbilities of being a mod, and I can bring alot to the community as well. ^^

Hmmm.... Where to begin. Although I haven't been active in the past month it was because of reasons beyond my control. Other than that, I am pretty darn active. I was going to try to be a mod in the forum but I suck at making banners (I'm sure some of you saw my pathetic attempt). Also, I am fairly knowledgable in the way of the lolita and am very dedicated to it. I think I'd be a good mod because I already try to mediate when things start to get uppity. I try to advertise when I can and point gaian lolitas to our guild. I'm sure there are members who may have joined based on my recommendation that this guild is great. Now onto the responsibility part; I take my resposibilities very seriously. You give me a task and I won't mess around, I get it done right. I already take matters into my hands when it comes to promoting the guild. I have a need for responsibility for having a task, as lame as it may be, it's like having a purpose. I'm what you call a knowledge worker, I may not know everything but I know how to find everything. My personality is perfect for a mod. I know you may not consider age to be relevent but I am slightly older than some of our members and that gives me the feeling of wanting to be a good role model, mentor, someone that others can come to for help and things like that. I think that if I were a Mod I could do some great things for our guild. I really do suck at selling myself and even if I'm not chosen to be a mod, I would still continue to be active, promote the guild, and be as big of a help as I can be (that's what I try to do already). Alls I know is that I joined gaia because of this guild, because of Lolita, It's my way of life! Thanks for your time and patience, I just hope my excitement didn't make it hard for you to understand what I want to say.

I'd like to be a moderator.
I'm hardworing and once I put my mind and heart into something, accomplsih everything I intend to.
I'm great with money (what this has to do wiht being a mdoerator is unbeknownst to me but if guilds are ever able to use their funding for certain activities, I'd be able to be pushed into accountant position without hesitation).
I belive the leadership of this guild also needs more open-minded lolitas, seeing as how the guild will go downhill if two parties are not formed (angst between the two opposing sides of loli populairty maybe?) (not likely, but let's playpretend, plus I've been learning about Napoleon and am inspired to achiceve all goals!).
I'm very knowledgeable about all factions of the lolita subcultures as well as some knowledge as to the way life in Japan actually is (for lolitas, cosplayers, and how to find the best sushi!).
I'm also very dedicated to this guild (except for when I'm sick and then I'm not seen on anything for a while), this guild being the guild I post in (out of 6 or 7 guilds) the most.
Lolita is indeed my way of life, and soemthing I'm proud and not hesitant to share with anyone and everyone.
Other aspects of "specialty":

-teas
-poetry
-art
-putting together outfits
I believe I am well qualified.
