Have you noticed the high prices for the Azumanga Daioh DVDs? I looked online and they are 25.oo each! I am forced to watch it on demand. My on demand chanel only gets a new episode every month! Do you feel the anime is overpriced? I have all the manga and actually find the manga is better than the anime in my opinion. you?

and but an already used one, that is cheaper... or... go to:
Justmanga.com
And I agree... I like the manga better

Actually, if you go to overstock.com they have great anime prices. They have:
The 6 disk full set for only $41.14!
The regular Anime DVD's for $18.13!
The AniMini's for $4.91!
and Manga for $7.04!
The S&H prices on these are only $1.40!!
They don't always have everything but they do have a lot. This is a great place to go for all your Anime needs!!! I hope I helped. xd

i think it is way to overpriced...you can't even get InuYasha as cheap as Azumanga Dia-oh. But either way they are all way too overpriced

Animemoon jamoldred i think it is way to overpriced...you can't even get InuYasha as cheap as Azumanga Dia-oh. But either way they are all way too overpriced yes but the manga prices are normal to me i buy all manga at 10.00 I know what you mean... I hate how expensive the Hellsing manga are! $13.95, plus tax! I think that they price them so high, just to spite us! ninja

I've seen the anime,but I don't care for it.I muchly prefer the manga.
That's with everything,not just Azumanga Daioh.
Reasons why:
1.I love looking at he art,that's what I want to do when I'm of age.
2.Voice acting......Grr!I want to do that so badly!I can't bare to listen.
3.I understand the manga better.

At Suncoast its $33 for the 1st dvd. So I brought a manga.

I agree with everything only a few animes I can find at target for like 15 but theyre mostly edited. So I stick to spending 100s and 100s on the manga and then dling anime.

I'm pathetic,but I get by. I bought the Azu manga mangas,I prefer those over the DVDs.
